Another Nars blush that i love! (Actually i love all the nars blush in my collection) :) Oasis is such a beautiful pink/plum shade with subtle shimmer that i can wear everyday, from day to night. As always, Nars blushes are very pigmented, so just a little amount goes a long way. My pan of Oasis lasted months and months. I love Oasis with plum/berry/mauve lippie shades. This shade is so beautiful. Will definitely repurchase!

This is such a pretty color, and it's super pigmented - so a tiny bit goes a lot way.

My go to blush. I owned this blush for years and wear it all the time and I barely see dent it in. It's a lovely pinky/plummy colour on my NC40ish skin. I wear it all year round and it was even my winter wedding blush. It matches all types of eye/lip combos so I find it pretty neutral. It has medium pigmentation so it's very buildable or you can apply a light dusting. I can't say anything bad about Oasis. They glitter doesn't show up at all but gives the blush a soft sheen to it so it's not matte or flat.

I love NARS blushes. This one took me a while to win my love, but it eventually did. It is now my signature winter blush. This is a mauve colour, with beautiful shimmer. The shimmer looks outrageous in the pan, but is barely noticeable on the face. It is a warmer mauve. If you have Sin, and you compare it to this, Sin is cooler, and therefore, will look very red and very dark on yellow-toned skin, very quickly. Oasis is extremely pigmented, to the point of being almost difficult to use. For a period of time, I thought it looked extremely unflattering on my face. I am very pale in winter, and recently, I noticed that if you are very pale, this would look very very good with a very light hand. It will look like you have blush on, but it looks like very pretty blush, very sweet but sophisticated looking. Or if you have olive or darker skin, it would also look like a natural flush. But if you are somewhere in between, it is a little bit harder to work with. Sometimes it will look muddy, sometimes it will age you, sometimes it just looks like you've got too much going on on your face. It will even look like contour if you put it slightly under your cheekbone. Therefore, I almost don't know if I should recommend this. I love it though, it looks very good with nude or red lipstick on pale skin. It also goes with shimmery neutral eyes very nicely. The one thing that it is also very good is that it works extremely beautifully with dark brunette to black hair. I don't suggest you to rush out and buy this immediately, but you should definitely try this out, as it is very beautiful if you get it right.

This is just as described , for the first time Nars nails it as far as color discription. Its a pink champagne with gold shimmer, sounds beautiful well it is, except there is only one reason why I wouldn't repurchase. I have an exact dupe in my collection already and it is COVERGIRL Cheekers 170 Golden Pink. I can't believe I overlooked this blush many times only because it didn't have the Nars packaging. I'm so dumbbb! but Yeah it's an exact dupe so save yourself some money.

I went into Sephora to purchase NARS Douceur blush which the small store I went into whilst on holiday didn't carry so instead I decided to look at the other blushes on my want list and had to decide between Oasis and Sin, which I had had my eye on for a while.
For whatever reason, I just fell in love with the way Oasis looked swatched on my hand so I chose it over Sin but now that I've used it a few times I'm really regretting my decision.
It's up to par with NARS high quality standards and the colour is truly beautiful, a pinky mauve, but there is just way too much shimmer in it. It's borderline glittery and applying it takes the lightest hand possible and a lot of concentration.
If I happen to get into the city I may consider returning it and I for sure will not be repurchasing.

My fav Nars blush! On me, it's beautiful w/ Nars Grand Palais & Catfight. Just found out I'm a winter, if that helps.
Am confused about the descriptions of this as warm... It's a mauve pink w/ a hint of plum. Berry, I guess. But definitely more cool than warm.
It looks very glittery in the pan but the glitter is subtle when applied, at least on me. Maybe being a very pale Asian makes it not as obvious? Altho I do have to use a light hand when applying this, as the shade can get a bit 'much'.
Should try this on before buying... It looks totally different in the pan vs on the face.

I bought this yesterday and I love it so much - it's a beautiful neutral pink on me - a good every day color. It does have some shimmer but that doesn't seem to show up on me too much. In the pan it looks like it wouldn't give much color, but like most Nars blushes, it's very pigmented and a little goes a long way, and it does show up well. I also have Deep Throat and Dolce Vita and love those as well. I think Nars products are great.

I got this in a swap a few weeks back and I have to admit, I wasn't excited when I saw it in person. I didn't even try it on until last night---I was in a hurry to get out the door to make a movie so that was that was the first one I grabbed. I have to say now, that I totally love it. It's a bronzy pink that didn't look muddy, yellowy or too dark on my NC15 skin. It made me look like I had a great, healthy glow. I'll be reaching for this a lot more now.

I am a nars blush whore and I can't stop so I tend to avoid the makeup counters at nordstrom for that very reason. But my cousin wanted to browse and I helped her choose her blush and was drawn to oasis (the blush I always pass up). I have about 9 other blushes from nars and I always pass up oasis just cause I call it a "dead color" it looks blah and boring in the pan but this day I decided to swatch it. Again I wasn't super impressed but as I blended it out I knew it was going to look phenomenal on my golden olive skin. Oasis on me is like a golden pinky color nice natural flush in all honesty I would call it orgasm's subtle and sophisticated sister or the girl you take home and marry its that good. This is the shade you wear when you want to look put together or that special evening and believe me having (taj mahal, gilda, gina, orgasm, taos, torrid, luster, exhibit a,) I know when something is special. This is one of my most used blushes while I keep the others in rotation based off seasons: taj mahal, orgasm, torrid-summer. gina, gilda,taos-spring. exhibit a/other berry blushes- fall and luster I use all the time. Buy it you wont regret it!

This is a really pretty mauve blush! I use this as a blush/ contour. I has nice glitters in it but it's not to the extreme. It's pigmented so you might want to use a light hand. I would sometimes use too much and have to use a kabuki brush to blend it out again. Overall, it's a great fall/ winter color and I would definitely want to purchase more.

Glittery but not OTT like orgasm/super orgasm.
In the pan it is a brownish colour but really pretty in reality.

Boy Howdy...in the pan at Sephora it looks brown and I passed it bye entirely for the Orgasm, which was just too glittery. I returned it to the sales woman's horror.
I tried the Oasis and found it to be perfect and what I had hoped to get from Orgasm less the glitter and over dramatic effect. This must be applied with a light hand. A heavier hand for evening, more dramatic effect for certain.
I would imagine this color would do for just about any skin tone, even darker and lighter skin tones. I am a definitive medium skin color with oddly enough, a little cool and little warm, so I can go either way and this blush is my daily keeper!!!

NARS Oasis is definitely a surprisingly beautiful blush! I honestly being an MMM/NC40 didn't think it would show up on me when I first got it. I ordered it online without seeing it in person and when I first looked at it instantly suspected it would end up being returned. I went ahead and tried and it was blown away.
In the pan, this is a light dusty mauve/rose, very neutral and looked quite pale to be honest. Despite my doubts, it actually does show up, and this blush turned into HG status because it gives just enough color to add a very subtle and natural color to the cheeks without excessive layering, and is perfection for someone like me, that tends to pretty much go with a smokey eye/nude lip. The only disappointment in this blush which prompted me to give it 4 lippies instead of 5 is that is has some sparkle in the pan, that unfortunately, doesn't transfer to the cheeks. I don't like super shimmery/frosty blushes for the most part, but a subtle shimmer is always nice to add a little zing, and because this is more 'sparkle' vs. shimmer, that sparklyness just doesn't show upon application. But color wise, this is the most perfect mindless goes-with-all blush that would work with pretty much any eye make up colors .. looks great with charcoals, greys, neutrals, even plums. Overall, very pleased and surprised by NARS Oasis.

This is my new favourite blush! Oasis is a dusky rose and in its pan, it looks very glittery and sparkly but when applied, none of the sparkle seems to have been transported to my cheeks. Either way, I'm happy. I would definitely recommend applying this with a light hand because it is very pigmented. Again a plus because a little goes a long way. I also like the longevity of the blush. I start my make up routine at around 6.45am and I don't take my make up off usually until 8pm and there's still as much colour on my cheeks as when I started. This is a great product and because of the tone of the colour, it is suitable for all skin colours. I love!

This truly is a beautiful blush. I am pretty fair, neutral tone, and this gives the most gorgeous, natural flush. With a light hand, this can go on very sheer, or can be built up for a more intense look. Any shimmer/sparkle you see in the pan does not show on your skin - (I was worried it would look too sparkly on my cheeks). I believe Oasis is being shown as part of the Fall 2011 collection. Oasis is begging to be worn for Fall/Winter or truly anytime of the year. I love it!!

This blush is one of my absolute favorites- the color is beautiful, it's well pressed, easy to apply, lasts all day and the signature Nars packaging is really nice.
I imagine this color would suit a lot people with different coloring, it was perfect when I had black hair (NC20 skin) and goes just as well with my currently copper red hair.

This color is great alone for a healthy peachy picker-upper and with another color to give a shimmery boost. This color works well for most skin tones and with pink, orange, red color pallettes.
