This is one of the best acne treatment masks out there,
It seems to have been discontinued,
I can't buy it anywhere.
Does anyone know where I can buy this?

i think this is actually an effective masque, it works well overall as a spot treatment. however, the sulfur smell is so strong when i apply it over my entire face that it makes my eyes burn and i can't sleep at night and end up with puffy, red eyes. i have purchased the product after receiving it as a sample, but really a tiny small size is all you need. the sulfur smell lingers after you wash it off, i love ddf's products but just can't recommend this one.

This is a really great mask. I was looking for something to just help detoxify the skin and my friend said she really liked this product. I use it every 1-2 weeks and it makes my skin feel clean and smooth, and helps to prevent breakouts, especially along my chin where I tend to get pimples from stress/hormones. As other reviewers have stated, works great also on current pimples to help get rid of them in a few days and for me this helps prevent scarring as well since the pimples don't get as angry. I have dry skin and have used this all over my face without it drying it out or making it feel tight after use. The tub lasts a long time since I don't use it too often.

No longer sold at sephora.com which sucks.
Tub lasts forever, I like to depot it into tiny containers for vacations and in general to keep it from getting dry.
Really helps with oil and bringing impurities to the surface. Helps with pimple.
Don't overuse it because your skin gets use to it and it doesn't work as well.
Amazing product

I think this is a GREAT spot-treatment product for existing pimples, and pimples that you might feel forming underneath you skin. It heals or greatly reduces new pimples overnight, and usually, they are gone after 2-3 days of continuous use of this product. I find that the best way to take it off is to apply water directly rather than scraping it off. In the morning, however, when it has dried up, I take a towel and soak it under the sink with warm water and apply it to the area to take it off without rubbing it. I don't recommend using this product for your whole face if you have dry or sensitive skin, as it is too harsh in my opinion. I'm not sure if this is great for blackheads, I think a clay mask would work quicker. The smell is not great, but as long as it works, I really don't care. The proactiv mask that could be used as a spot-treatment also has sulfur in it, but this one has a higher concentration and I find it works way better than any ProActiv products for targeting blemishes. It is expensive, but one jar will probably last me a long time.

Love this mask. I usually do not use masks, but this gives my skin a clean slate about once or twice a week. It just makes me feel so clean and fresh and leaves my skin incredibly smooth as well. I use this about once a week after exfoliating with my cleanser and washcloth, I'm sure that it helps aid with blackheads and prevention of acne because I'm not breaking out at all. Will definitely buy again.

I really love this product. I bought it from Sephora on impulse one day because I had been looking for a product with 10% sulfur.
Sulfur always helps me greatly with my acne. I use this mask about once a week, along with a few other of my masks. It's great because you barely need any. The packaging says "thin layer" and that is really all you need. Plus, it only needs to be on the skin for 5-10 minutes, which is great because I hate waiting forever when doing face masks.
I also use this as an overnight spot treatment. Works great for that also!
I must say this mask has made my skin very soft. After every use my skin feels super clean and wonderful.
I know this mask costs a lot of money, but there are also other less expensive ones just like it. All you need to do it look for in stores or online a product with 10% sulfur. Anything with that is sure to work as great as this mask does.
And if you would like to know how long this mask lasts, I would say about a year or so. So a lot of product that lasts a long times makes up for the expensive factor.

I read the reviews on this product and had high hopes for it. This stuff is expensive, $40 for one jar, and the packaging is awful because that mask dries out very quickly. This dried my skin and was not at all effective as a spot treatment.

This product is really great at healing acne. I use it 2 to 3 times a week as an over nite treatment and love it. I went on sephora. com for more info on this mask and the website said I could use the DDF Benzoyl Peroxide Gel 5% and then the mask to intensify the treatment...and now this product is a staple in my skin routine.

My mom bought this for me at TJ Maxx, so I don't recall how much the sale price was. It worked really well at smoothing my skin. And I was convinced that it cleared my acne. Buuut, I stopped using it because I'm lazy. That's when I realized that it was the DDF Blemish Foaming Cleanser that got rid of my acne. I will get around to using this mask until the jar is empty. I think they need to package it differently because it seems to be drying out (but that might be because I don't use it regularly). I recommend this if you typically see good results with sulfur products. My skin doesn't respond to sulfur products in any way.

I've used up the whole tub. Firstly, I find it very expensive for the amount given. It didn't provide that many usages either. When it arrived, I was surprised at how small it was, for 25 quid. It did nothing for my skin. I even tried using it as an overnight spot treatment, and my zits were exactly the same the next morning. What a waste of money. I suggest using manuka honey as an anti acne mask, does the job, all natural and doesn't break the bank. I hate DDF sulphur mask.

The way I use is as spot treatment on my acne. If I feel that there is a new one that is going to pop, I apply this and it works. It kinda reduces to acne and applying it for 3 nights, makes the acne really small and probably go away. It ofcourse does not help with the acne scars. I have used it a few times on my entire face but found it a little strong and also I dont like the face that it has parabens and all the other things that are generally not good for your skin in a long run. I have now moved on to using more natural brands like suki and ren. I bought this when I was going through a bad acne space after reading about this product on a blog. It does last long, its more than year that I bought this and this still has some left. However, I found that it has started drying out and so I added little water in the container overnight and that worked to make it moist again.

GREAT product. Really gives a deep clean. Not so sure about helping with blackheads, perhaps a little! I always manually extract those, but i really doesn't purify your skin and leave behind a great sheen. I don't find it particularly drying either. My main use for this: ON MY CHEST AND BACK every night as a leave on treatment. Totally banishes my breakouts! Love this!

I use this product as a spot treatment for my acne spots and it dries them up effectively. Not a magic product but definitely works to calm down cystic acne overnight. I have acne-prone skin and have tried a bunch of treatment products from different dermatologists, Differin, Retin-A, etc. and they would work for a while but start losing effectiveness at some point. So far I've been using DDF for 2+ years now (Glycolic Toner 10% followed by BP 5% with tea tree and then this sulfur mask for spot treatment) and my acne is still pretty much kept under control. Hope it stays that way.

This mask is potent. The smell of sulfur is strong and it’s a good match for people who think most skincare products are not strong enough. The problem is that the mask caused me to break out on the day after I used it, every single time. I probably should have given up after I finished the first tub, but this product has such great reviews that I was hoping my skin would adjust to it, as many skincare products need time before your skin accepts it. It never happened. I used this for two years with poor results. It is very popular with other skincare junkies, so it does work for some people, just not me. Additionally, I got it in my eyes one time while cleansing and it burned horribly. Like many other clay masks, the clay texture dries out after some time in storage.

i've been using this a few weeks, every night, as a spot treatment. my "spots" cover quite a large chunk of my skin, so this product has seen a lot of use. i have mild adult acne, a lot of clogged pores on my jawline that i couldn't seem to get rid of. i'd use the mint julep masque by queene helene, and although it dried up oil, it didn't seem to really get rid of acne. yes, it would shrink it, but did not eliminate. the sulfur masque seems much more effective with acne. it dries it up, but does not dry out my skin even though i use it every night, and have very sensitive skin. it also seems to get rid of redness (temporarily i'm sure). i got this at tj maxx for maybe $16, and saw good reviews on here and was fed up with my acne, so decided to give it a try. i'm so glad i did. i like the jaw packaging, i know people don't find it to be hygenic, but honestly i don't really care. i like that i'll be able to use every bit of the product as opposed to anything i'd need to squeeze out of a tube. the smell bothers me, it lingers for SO LONG even after super thorough showers, it's almost like it sinks into your skin and is not able to be washed off because it's not just on the surface. either way, give this a shot.

Oh my godness everyone! I used this as an area treatment last night on my forehead. I had a few little pimples sprouting up that I just wanted to get rid of before they got worse. I applied I thin layer over my forehead from temple to temple and between my brows. When I woke up I noticed it looked a bit red underneath the dried mask. I then wiped it all off with a damp face towel and to my surprise my forehead was red in the exact same shape I had applied! I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT! I do NOT have sensitive skin! Infact my forehead is the most durable skin I have! My skin in that area does look better, the pores are minimized and the spots were treated but it is BRIGHT RED. My forehead litterally looks like a red macdonalds arch! I don't know what I reacted to. For reference I DO NOT have sensitive skin, my forehead is relatively normal and occasionally acne prone. :( I won't be using this again! its been 8 hours since I washed it off and my forehead is just as red.. hope it calms down soon :( I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLYYYYYYYYYY enourage everyone to patch test this product! And take note of how long your skin can tolerate it before it goes red!! BE CAREFUL!!!!

I feel this mask is quite effective in treating my acne. I use it every other day, and find that my breakouts have decreased significantly. It doesn't burn or irritate my skin in any way. I haven't found that any of the seemingly harmful ingredients have caused damage, or any other negative side effects. I can't tell that it's a "miracle product", but it really does help.

I adored using this as a spot-treatment and occasional all-over mask when my face was simply too oily. It worked like no other acne product did - sulfur really did the trick when countless benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid products failed to deliver.
Sadly, as with many other beloved products that I'm currently purging, I realized that the Skin Deep Database rates this product as a 6 for toxins (mostly for parabens, fragrance, benzyl alcohol and diazolidinyl urea; the latter chemical releases FORMALDEHYDE upon contact with your skin).
I really wish DDF would re-formulate! The sulfur is really effective as an anti-acne treatment but all the toxic additives make this product severely unappealing.
