Wen tea tree has become my wen cleansing conditioner of choice..I have fine, thin ,color treated hair .It leaves my hair clean, shiny and no buildup. Also no more scalp flakes or itchiness. My hair also grows FASTER with it.It has a very medicinal ,potent smell that was off-putting at first, but now I barely notice it and it doesn't linger in the hair.I use it along with the remoist once a week and the oil 2-3x a week.My hair and scalp have never looked better or been healthier

First of all, of you're going to buy Wen DO NOT buy Tea tree!!! I hate to say it's the worse smell ever! And if you are going to buy Wen, we are all smart enough to know that we buy it in 32oz bottles off QVC with no commitment unless you want auto delivery from them. But you want to decide which formula works best for your hair & in my case I use 2. And you do have to play around with the # of pumps etc...for a month before you get it perfect but you will

I am very disappointed with this product, It left hair very greasy, When you buy product online you are making a contact to get a constant supply every two months, they automatically charge to your card to send you supplies. I was not happy with first delivery. I called and cancelled account, they said the second supply was on its way. I have to sent shipping to send it back, and after 3 months they keep charging to the account. Customer serviced said they keep charging until 4 till 6 weeks after you sent product back because that is the time to take it to process the refund.
Avoid headaches and get ripped off, do not buy this CRAPY PRODUCT. It is not worth it at all. Save yourself headaches dealing with their customer service is horrible as the product.

Ok, ladies...please read: I know this product can be tough to use. It took me months of playing with it to figure it out. You really do have to do two washings with it.
I have super thick, strawberry blond hair that is down to my waist. When I first get in the shower, I apply a lighter coat (less pumps) and really soak my hair, work it in and wash out. Then, I apply a heavier coat (more pumps), again, soaking my hair and working it in...but this time, I also use a tangle free comb and comb it through. Then, I let it sit in my hair for at least 3 minutes while I shave my legs, exfoliate, etc. When I'm ready to rinse it out...I rinse like crazy, making sure I get all of the cleanser out. My final rinse is a cool water rinse. Then, while my hair is soaking wet, I apply a small pump as a leave-in conditioner...I apply it starting at the back of my head and massage it in. It sounds like a lot, I know. But...after a lot of practice I have this down to a science and I can do it all in less than 10 minutes.
I shower daily, however, after using WEN and finally getting the hang of it, I don't have to wash my hair as much. Before, with shampoo, it was almost a daily thing. Doing this, of course, dried my scalp out majorly (no matter what shampoo I used). With WEN, I can go a couple of days before cleansing my hair.
It is a pricey product...but I do find that since I don't need to use it daily that it does last quite a long time...even with the length and thickness of the hair I have.

I really wanted Wen to work for me but it didn't. I did use up the entire bottle and I paid about $13 for it from ebay. My hair felt really nice the first couple of days (washing hair every 2 days) then my hair became very oily and weighed down no matter how much I rinsed my hair. My hair is long and fine and tends to be dry with flakes smetimes but after using this I couldn't get it to do anything and it had no body whatsoever. Not even bunning it wet overnight fixed it. It would just pull the body right out. I even tried the knock off from Sally's Beauty Supply (they have sample packets for around a dollar called Hair One maybe?) thinking maybe my formula just wasn't right for me and nope it didn't work either. There are still not so good chemicals in this product even tho its less than most brands. Now I stick to my Chagrin Valley shampoo bars and my fine hair has more body than I ever thought I could get just from washing. p.s. I use tea tree oil for a lot of other things including my scalp and it helps w/ flakes if used sparingly. But this brand was not for me.

Blonde hair stays clean longer than dark hair because blonde is more porous, so it's up to 4 days without my hair feeling dirty at all. With that said, since I went ash blonde form light brown, using this product is so easy because I can leave it on for about 10 minutes and my hair is fresh and clean. My hair is soft well behaved.
I love this product so much. I put on Paul Mitchell serum afterwards then comb dry with a blow dryer and my hair is silky smooth and straight! And with body at the same time.
I also got the 18oz (or was that 16oz) for $10 free shipping. It was a promotion online and I just clicked it and payed and got it in 4 days :) great deal, I should have bought 5x that, now I can't find that deal at all online.

I don't use nearly as many pumps as the bottle calls for. Leaves hair feeling nice... Sometimes leaves the scalp a bit dirty.

This stuff is awesome. It took a bit for my hair to adjust to it but now it looks so much better and feels better as well. Also seems like my hair is growing a little faster since my scalp is in better condition from this. It is a bit on the pricey side but I dont use as much as they recommend so its lasts a bit longer for me and still gets the job done.

I have been using this product line for over 1 year now, and love it. My hair is fine, and shoulder length, and feels wonderful. My hair is shiny, and I only wash it 2 times weekly, as before it was every other day. Yes, it is pricey, but you use it less.
I am a Wen girl.

The line takes some time to get used to, but it is worth it. I dye my hair red and since I have been using this brand for the last 4 months, I cannot believe how little my color has faded(it used to fade sooo quickly with regular shampoo). This attribute alone would keep me using the line. Beyond that however, my hair is incredibly shiny. I find alternating between a few of the types works best however, for at times my hair feels a little greasy(I wash every other day).
Overall, I guess I can say I have found near perfection in this entire hair product line!

So my mother told me about this product and how much she loved it. I wanted to try it so she sent me a collection off the QVC channel and was very excited to try it. I wanted it to be as good as it sounds, but I was not impressed at all. I followed the directions on the bottle and after a couple weeks my hair was flat, stringy, and greasey. Even when I got my haircut my stylist was asking what I was using in my hair because there was so much residue and build up. I couldnt run my fingers through my hair anymore!
Not only were my results terrible, but it is crazy how much I have to use for the price! After a few uses it was already halfway gone in the bottle. I ended up selling it on Ebay. It may be better for ethnic/coarse/curly hair but not for my normal, thick shoulder length hair. Will stick to my loreal vive nutri-gloss shampoo and conditioner, that stuff is amazing. The ratings prove it.

The most important step when using WEN is to rinse, rinse before cleansing and rinse rinse rinse after cleansing and then when you think you've rinsed more than enough, rinse some more (on average, I would say I rinse for about two minutes, I sometimes count). I now have excellent results with all formulas of WEN...when I first started using this line though, my hair was super soft yet super flat...once I fine-tuned the amount I needed along and rinsed like a maniac, my hair is the best it's ever been. RINSE!!! I cannot say it enough. My hair is fine texture but I have a lot of it--it's highlighted every 9 weeks...I tend to get oily around the hairline...my ends can get frizzy because of the processing. I rinse for at least a minute before applying WEN (especially if using styling products). I have found using FIG on the length (10 pumps) and any one of the other varieties on the scalp and sides (15-20 pumps of either Sweet Almond Mint, Cucumber Aloe, Tea Tree or Lavender) works best for me--FIG is a bit too heavy for the top and sides--I like to leave one pump of the SAM in after cleansing, a leave-in conditioner if you will. Originally I was washing every third day, with the third day not looking so hot because of the oil build-up around the hairline--my new trick, which is basically cleansing my hairline with Philosophy's Purity Made Simple at the same time I'm washing my face, has allowed me to go 4-5 days in between cleansings. With that said, I do still rinse rinse rinse every day even though I'm not cleansing. This system is very cost-effective for me so I rated price as three lippies--you can't beat washing only once or twice a week! I love the scent of all five varieties, I also love the tingly sensation. I do not like the pump dispenser though--once you get to the last third of the bottle, the pump no longer dispenses properly so it's guesswork to me as to how much I'm dumping out into my palm--two lippies for packaging--the bottles ARE pretty. I order from QVC because they usually have good deals on kits. I love to watch Chaz present his products on the Q as well--it's very calming and soothing to listen to him :) I'm a fan for life--been using since September '07. I tossed my el cheapo hair cleansers and gave DH my old beloved Fekkai. PS--I forgot to say that since using WEN, my highlights no longer look dull after a couple of weeks--they stay bright and shiny...

I was pleased to see some negative reviews of this product, I thought I was the only one not finding it great! As another reviewer mentioned, I really wanted to like it, the idea sounded good. However, after trying it out for a week, my hair looked greasier than ever. I really followed the explanations very well but nothing came out of it. I have long straight hair and I looked like a wet rat! And it took at least 3 days to get my hair back to normal, without that greasy feeling to it. I gave the products to a friend to try, (she has very thick curky hair) and it did not work out for her either. My advice would be to buy it from the website since there's the promise of getting your money back if you did not like it. Customer service was very nice, no hassle, I haven't received my money back yet but it takes a while.

Wen, Wen, Wen... I really, really wanted to love this product. My mother is an avid QVC customer and I order from QVC from time to time too. I had seen Wen in a magazine when the beauty buyer for QVC named it as one of her favorite products they sell. I asked my mom about it and of course she had been using it for months. When I went to visit my parents, I had the opportunity to use Wen and I loved the way my hair looked and felt. It was definitely a different hair washing experience but my hair definitely felt clean. I used it for the duration of my visit (about 3 weeks) and liked it so much I ordered some of my own. A couple things: my parents have very soft water at their house and my hair is just below chin length, the strands are fine but my hair isn't thin and it is prone to a bit of oiliness. Well, I came back home to NY and have been using Wen for about a week and a half and I just don't think it's going to work out. My hair is seems slightly flat, my scalp gets a bit flaky and it is quite oily by the end of the day. Also, I have tried the tea tree, the almond, the fig and the cucumber. I've tried using more, using less, using as a leave in, rinsing for two minutes...everything. It's weird- I think one poster noted that her hair felt great but didn't look good and I totally agree. I'm sad- I definitely was interested in something that was a bit more gentle and I did notice a reduction in hair loss in the shower. I think I am going to hang on to a couple bottles and maybe try it every other day or on days when I am just bumming around.

I saw this in QVC and had to give it a try. Now I'm on my second bottle. I'm happy with it but it is a bit pricy. I have thick, dry curly hair though, so I only need to use it 3 times a week so while it's pricy it does last awhile. It really reduces dryness and flaky scalp probs that's the plus. It doesn't smell good though, it's medicinal but so are most tea tree products. I can get passed the smell because I don't smell it after my hair dries. My only other complaint is the packaging, when you're near the end of the bottle it is really hard to pump out say for like the last 4 uses. It's a thick product so the end gets tough!!

I bought WEN after seeing so many threads and rave reviews for this product on the QVC beauty forums. I was new to the concept of cleansing with a conditioner and this seemed like an intriguing concept. My hair did really improve with WEN. My hair looks dull and feels dry when I shampoo. With WEN, it is so much shinier, softer, and moisturized. However, since buying WEN, I learned that the concept of cleansing with a conditioner isn't new. People have been doing it for years using cheap drugstore brand conditioners such as Suave. I decided to buy a bottle of Suave to see if I could get the same results as I did with WEN. I did indeed get the exact same results using Suave. So while WEN is a good product, I won't be continuing to use it anymore because I can get the same exact results for a fraction of the price by using Suave. However, the Tea Tree is good for scalp issues so those with scalp issues may prefer WEN to Suave. Another minus to WEN is that the pump stops working when you have only about 1/4 of the product remaining in the bottle. It becomes difficult to get the product out of the bottle because you can't sit it upside down due to the pump.

This cleansing conditioner sounded great to me. It's sulfate free, and the tea tree is great for easily irritated scalps. However...it's not as great as it sounds. I got this as a 1-2x a week alternative to my Nanoworks. This was so heavy & you have to use a ridiculous amount. My hair still looked dirty in some spots & I scrubbed well. The smell is nice, not overpowering, but I would never waste my money on this again. Why bother washing if it's still going to look oily when you get out? I got the Deva NoPoo which is the same concept, but about half the price. This worked MUCH better. Hair felt & looked clean, would definitely repurchase that one.

I admit that I was skeptical about this product. My hair is curly and dry, and, while I've done the CG thing before, I couldn't see how a conditioner with menthol and my rosacea were going to get along.
Honestly, my hands and hair hated this product. The menthol penetrated between my fingers as I rubbed it in, causing my fingers to ache. Also, the tingling was intense, way too much for a nighttime shower (which is my norm). And try as I might to keep the menthol-containing product away from my face, its absorption into my scalp seemed to effect my rosacea around my hairline. All this could have been rationalized if it had given me good, frizz-free curls, but alas, my hair was limp, flat (and it's not prone to this), and intensely frizzy. I guess my instincts were right, and this can go to the swap board for someone with different hair, skin, and showering times.
Water, Aloe Vera Gel, Glycerin, Cetyl Alcohol, Rosemary Extract, Wild Cherry Fruit Extract, Chamomile Extract, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Behentrimonium Methosulfate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Panthenol Pro-Vitamin B5, Trimethylsilylamodimethicone, Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine, Polysorbate 60, MENTHOL, Essential Oils, PEG-60 Almond Glycerides, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Methylchlorisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Citric Acid

I've written about this line here before but I wanted to add more about the Tea Tree. If you have any scalp problems, especially dandruff, this stuff is just incredible. I seem to have seasonal problems with it and the WEN Tea Tree works so well. I notice a difference after the very first time that I use it. They also make a WEN Tea Tree oil and I've found that if I put some of that on my scalp the night before I'm going to wash my hair, it works even better.
My friend's husband has had terrible dandruff for years and she called me a couple of days ago so excited, I thought she had won the lottery or something! Instead, it was about her hubby's hair and how great it's looking. She also said it has really helped him with his oily hair issues as well. She bought the Discovery Kit at QVC and is now ordering the full size bottles.
If you know anyone with dandruff problems, please tell them to try this line!
