So disappointed in this product; it made the skin around my eyes very irritated and left my under- eye area red and cracked.

I bought this product at Sephora and I am quite pleased. It works over my makeup or by itself. I love it. As a product gypsy I rarely buy anything twice, but this is a happy exception.I have very dry skin and the product does not make my skin taught or leave any residue.

At first it did seem like it was an undereye baggage handler, it made a difference in creating the illusion that I get enough sleep! However, after a while it stopped doing that good a job and it was never really that moisturizing. My eye area is drier than usual lately...don't think that I will be repurchasing this.

I have pretty bad circles and bags under my eyes (I blame work!) I was using Shiseido Benefiance eye cream but wanted to use something a little lighter. Unfortunately this product did absolutely nothing for me. It doesn't moisturize, lighten, or depuff my bags. I thought "maybe I haven't used it long enough to see the effect". After two months...still nothing. Aww poo. This will be shoved in the very back of my makeup drawer.

I used this product two springs & summers in a row to help with my pathetically puffy, swollen undereye areas because of allergies. I have since found Thayer's Cucumber & Aloe witch hazel and use that astringent twice a day for the undereye area and so I no longer use this product. I have a half a small bottle in my drawer just in case things get too horrific. The ingredients worked well for me and I would highly recommend this treatment for anyone dealing with the swelling that comes from seasonal allergies, especially in the spring. It works. I don't need to re-purchase but would if the other method fails. The price was moderate and the bottle is a bit tricky; just squeeze a small amount to use. I have discovered that the bottle is now a tube, so the delivery has no doubt improved. Also, I found that I cannot use this product with concealers/correctors because they would separate or dry out. But whenever I needed to use Eye Baggage, eye makeup was pretty much out of the question anyway.

I had a Sephora credit after returning a mascara that caused my eyes to swell like sea sponges (But thats a whole different review) and while wandering around looking for something to spend the credit on the m/a that always helps me came on to her shift, she said oh what happened to your eyes? I told her about the mascara and she said do you want something to help with the puffiness? I said yes, and that I had alreadly applied MAC's Fast Response and usually that helps alot but not today. She applied a tiny dot under one eye and said wait 10 minutes and see what you think. I looked in the mirror again after the 10 minutes and was amazed, the puffiness was gone under the eye she put it on. I like that its in a tube for easy traveling, and the price was only $28 (Like the MAC's FR) so far I am liking this and hope it keeps working if it does, I would repurchase again.

Well glad I got a sample from Sephora before I spent money on this one. This product did little to nothing for the puffiness, but it did seem to make the skin around the puffiness all cracked and dry. It looked like a dried up creek bed! Even moisture did not help to rid my eye area of the cracked look. I stopped using it and the small cracked area eventually went back to being ok. So nope...this one is a no go for me. Hope it works better for some of you though.

I had hopes for this product after reading the reviews. Granted, I do have genetic under eye puffiness. Some products do help with my puffiness and others do absolutely nothing. This one does nothing for me. I believe as an eye gel it is to thick for my eyes; it actually made my eyes more puffy. I'm now using No puffery by Origins and I like it a lot. Its a bigger tube and less exensive. Plus you use it as a mask. Baggage handler may work for some but was useless for me.

Mixed reviews from others, so hopefully this is effective for some lucky people! Not me. See photos of before and after on a particularly baggy day -- no results. Tested another time on less baggy eyes, still nothing. Packaging is actually pretty good, and price would be fine if it was effective, but I'm swapping.

I think this stuff actually works...and I'm hooked. I can tell the days I don't apply. It not only makes me look more rested....but helps to ease that heavy eye feeling as well. It's worth the price and I will definitely repurchase.

I'm glad this works for some - but it really didn't do anything for me. I only had a sample, used it for two days, but didn't really see any change. My puffiness isn't dramatic, and it kind of sounds like, this works for people who really need it to, and the people who don't - it doesn't do much. I think it's one you have to sample.

This product is horrible. It produces a temporary feeling of tightness, but no visible results. I used this product for 3 days in a row and it worked less and less each day. PLUS, the skin of my eyelids has been peeling and flaking off for 2 days now. I don't know if it dried out the skin or if I am having some sort of reaction...

When I first bought this it seemed a bit pricey for such a small bottle. But since you only use a tiny bit it will last a long time.
Just to see if it would work I put some under one eye and not the other, just to see if I noticed a difference. I was really surprised to see a noticeable difference in the eye that I applied BH too. Even though it didn't reduce all the puffiness, there was quite a noticeable difference in reduced puffiness and that eye looked much better.
Neddless to say I'll contine to buy it.

I love the cooling effect of this gel and it really does reduce any puffiness on my upper eyes; my problem is that I think I may have bought the wrong type of product for my needs. I actually have these sunken circles under my eyes; they aren't dark but it bugs me and I need something to puff them up! I get plenty of sleep and mostly enough water so maybe it's a genetic/age thing that just appeared. I do like it though and will keep it for when I oversleep and get that puffy look that doesn't go away for hours.
Only problem with the packaging is that it is WAY too similar to my eyedrops that I use in the morning. I had the bottle of Baggage Handler on the bathroom counter when I staggered into the bathroom the morning after first using it. I grabbed it and started squeezing it INTO my eye! Thank God it's thick and didn't drip out. Obviously, I am a useless idiot first thing in the morning :) Anyway, that proves the point of the other user who said that she had difficulty getting the gel out of the bottle after using most of it up. It isn't a very flexible bottle and once you've used a bit of the gel it becomes harder to get it out of the bottle.

works to reduce puff, this is my 3rd bottle. I use it in the morning and then layer an eye misturiser over the top - currently Leaf and Rusher (which I am not raving about but trying to use the whole bottle before making a final judgement) I'll put it on if I do my make-up again before going out and had a long day. basically helps you look less tired - a good thing

I love this stuff, works really well for me to depuff my undereyes. I use it every morning for general prevention, and I now rarely have undereye bags at all. Dark circles are somewhat improved, but I use it mainly for the puffiness. I've compared it to the Origins Depuffery, which didnt't work nearly as well. Will continue to purchase.

it does its job in anti-puffiness esp at the first days u use ...it turned a bit amazing but it might be not so amazing when ur eyes get used to it:) But i still think it is good in firming ...a big shortcoming is the packaging.....it is too hard to squeeze it out~~~when it still remains the at least 30% volume. The bottle type does not fit the gel thing at all

This eye cream absorbs quite quickly and is clear. I bought this to see if it can reduce eye puffiness. I dont have a serious puffy eye problem but I'm just high maintenance have it in my arsenal on days when i'm extra tired. However, I dont find this really doing anything. I can feel this tightening my eye area momentarily but its so miniscule that it doesnt make any obvious difference. maybe the problem is that i havent used this product consistently to get the desired results. to me this product just tightens but doesnt reduce eyebags, wrinkles nor is it moisturizing.

I love a lot of Bliss products and wish this really worked, but it doesn't for me. Mostly just makes me have to wait for a while before putting on makeup for the goopy feeling to dry. But as far as reducing puffiness -- maybe it works a little, but not appreciably, and not for the money. I get much better, much more visible results from Murad Renewing Eye Cream, which is pricier, but does more to tighten and firm.

After turning forty I have had such a huge problem with bags under my eyes-if I don't drink a ton of water you can't tell I have eyes! I was despairing of ever getting rid of them (tried every trick in the book)and rhen I found this. Love it!! Works better than everything else I have tried. I will re-purchase.
