This cleanser is like my guilty pleasure. I know the chemicals in it is not good for my skin or my insides but there's no doubt it helps with my hormonal, cystic, adult acne. By the morning, most of my pimples are gone or dried up. My face looks more even and less red and blotchy. I can moisturize my face with coconut oil which breaks me out, and cleanse with this afterwards with no breakouts. Without coconut oil it can be a little bit drying but not anything drastic even though my skins leans towards dry. I never use it in my eye area but it does irritate them a little bit more then my Burt's bees cream cleanser. When i first tried this i thought the irritation feeling i got afterwards was intense but i hadnt used anything unnatural on my face for a long time. Its not my cup of tea still but it doesnt bother me as much, feels like any other cleanser. I try to use this only at night when my skin is sane. I just don't know it's almost like I hate that I like this and that it works! Ill update if my opinion changes.

I really liked this cleanser! My sister gave this to me because it didn't work for her, but it worked great for me! I use cream cleaners now since my skin's getting drier as I get older, and I really like this one. It cleans my face and takes off my makeup no problem. I use it with my Olay face brush in the shower and it lathers great and makes me feel squeaky clean, but not like my skin's been stripped of oils or anything. Will definitely buy again!

I absolutely love this stuff. I have Oily/Acne Prone skin, and I've used Clean and Clear, Neutregena, Burts Bee's, and Proactive, but none of them as worked as well as Noxzema. This stuff as prevented me from having a major break out in years and I've been using this stuff for about 6 years. It's gentle but strong enough to prevent and treat acne, but to a degree of course. (Added bonus, this stuff can also wash away my makeup when I'm too lazy to clear it off with makeup remover first.)

I'm in my late 20s and I still get breakouts, especially since I just moved to Florida about a year and a half ago. I've been using this for a about a week now, and so far so good. It's really helping my skin. I still get breakouts, but the deep, gross, cystic ones have disappeared. Now, if my skin breaks out, it's small, and not noticeable. For the price, you can't beat it.

Great product! I looked for it everywhere (CVS, Target, etc) after reading the reviews and finally found it at the Dollar General close to home. Works great, removes my makeup (not eye makeup of course) and doesn't dry my skin. I'm acne prone and have tried everything and you can't beat the antibacterial ingredient. Definitely will purchase this product again and again!

This is great I like it a lot! I love the creaminess of it. It makes my skin feel squeaky clean without feeling tight. I feel it helped a little with my acne also. I will definitely repurchase.

I was initially drawn to this product because of the active ingredient triclosan (I had already been using products that contain salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide). I really love this cleanser because it doesn't make my face feel tight/over dried and it also reduces the redness in my acne and acne scars. If you have any questions feel free to ask! p.s.- I use this product along with others to help keep my skin clear, so I'd try pairing it with other products to find the combination that's right for you.

Tried this product because it contains triclosan, which is the only acne product that works that does not dry me out. For years I used Clearasil Daily Face Wash and also the Walmart version, but when I discovered this cleanser also contained triclosan, I thought I would give it a try. It is a nice product, smell is ok and it lathers well. The only thing that I don't like is that the outside of the tube is sparkly blue and after about a week or so in the shower, the sparkles start rubbing off of the bottle. Every day I have blue sparkles on my hands and my face :( I've tried 2-3 tubes and it happens each time. So, good product, but Noxema-please change your packaging!

This was an ok product....in the Michigan winter. I have combination skin that rarely breaks out. Using this in the cold weather, my skin stayed fairly clear and moisturized, with only a few small breakouts around my hairline; a small price to pay for skin that didn't feel tight and itchy in the winter. However, once it started to warm up outside, my skin immediately became blotchy and broken out all over my forehead, nose, chin and hairline; it's awful and my t-zone feels like an oil slick. My cheeks even developed a rash! I won't be buying this again, and I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

It wasn't terrible. I loved it for awhile... probably six months. It didn't really do anything for my acne and blackheads, but it didn't make them worse, either. If you want a cleanser that won't break you out, this is a good bet.

However, I didn't realize it was holding me back until I tried the OCM. I figured since it didn't make my acne worse, it was fine... but it didn't make anything better. It kept my skin red, oily, and blotchy. Castor oil fixed all of these problems.

I'm definitely in the minority with this product. I've been using it for the past two days and I just have to stop. It makes my skin feel absolutely parched and it looks so irritated and red after washing. It removes makeup really well, even eye makeup, but that's the only good thing about it, in my experience. It sounded great and the price is awesome ($3.97 @ Walmart), but it wasn't meant to be. =(

This is my HG cleanser! I have always struggled with occasional breakouts from a teen into adulthood. I remember this product working great when I was younger but as i got older I switched to more expensive spa products thinking they would be better. Over the past year of not being able to get my breakouts under control i thought I would go back to noxema triple clean as a last resort - I am so glad I did! I have not had a single cystic pimple since using this cleanser - I no longer get mila either. If I do happen to get a blemish it is so small that it could just be scratched off and healed by the next day. I LOVE this cleanser. My face feels clean and refreshed after washing, I don't even feel mositurizer after washing with it because it is so gentle.

This is the first brand of face cleanser I have ever used! Brings me back to those teenage years when my acne started getting really bad. *shudder* The bottom line is, I used this product about 7 years back, and I can't think of any better cleanser today. I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY like Noxzema. :)

I have been using this product for about 3 weeks now and I am loving it. For years I have had pretty bad acne. I was taking antibiotics for 3 months and my skin cleared up pretty nicely but I stopped taking them to see if my face would just clear up on its own. My acne came back just as bad as before. I researched so many products online and came across this one. I love it because of the foaming aspect. It makes my face feel so clean and gets rid of all the oil. I have also started drinking lots of water and eating more healthy so that might also have something to do with it, but my face is slowly clearing up and I don't break out as easily as I did before. Best cleanser I have tried so far. I hope it continues to impress me.

How I came across this product is kind of a funny story... if you dont want to hear it skip to the little arrow for the review! okay so I wanted to get a new acne wash and I spent HOURS on the computer researching tons of different acne washes. Neutrogena sounded pretty good so I had a list of so many products that I would buy. Remember that I spent every second of my spare time researching products. When I got to the drugstore turns out they had NONE of the products I researched!!!! -_- The drugstore was closing in five minutes and I didnt know when I would see drugstore in a long time so I had to decide on something fast! I remembered from my research that cleansers with antibacterial were good for curing acne. I saw this Noxzema cleanser and it was only $5 (on sale) so I grabbed it and the triple clean anti-blemish pads and bought them!
BEST THING I HAVE EVER DONE!!!!!!!!!
REVIEW --->
This stuff is great! I use it with the triple clean anti-blemish pads and within an hour of first putting it on, this big zit on my chin shrunk by 75%!!!! AMAZING! This doesnt have the best smell in the world but it's not as bad as the anti-blemish pads...those smelled AWEFUL! (but worth it!) anyways this is great for getting rid of acne...saw an improvement in the first nigh! this is only my 2nd day of using it but its working good so far! I will update in a week or two!
BOTTOM LINE- buy this! great product! <3

I have to say one of the best drugstore acne cleansers out there. I have tried almost every face wash out there for my acne and this one surely ranks for sure one of the highest. I never heard of triclosan before but it works better then those harsher acne medications. My face is finally clearing up after spending so much money..thanks to this. I defiantly recommend!
EDIT: ...After awhile It stopped working and my face broke out bad...I'm, not sure if it was something else I was using on my face but this was not keeping it clear. I knock it down to 3 lippies instead of 4.

I bought this when it was on sale for 2 dollars at WalMart. I used it way back in high school and didn't think much of it. However, that was during the period where nothing on this earth would help my acne.

I was looking for something cheap and simple after the Neutrogena acne wash wrecked my face and made me break out horribly. In short, I love this cleanser. A little goes along way so this tube will last forever!! It foams up nicely to remove all the makeup i wear. I love how soft and creamy the lather is. The scent is mild, and unless you REALLy don't like scent, i don't think you would find it too offensive.

Now for the most important part.. Like the reviewer beflow me I too had some purging early on in use. That is now over and I now have smoother, more even toned skin. I don't think any cleanser really prevents breakouts a lot, but I don't notice any bad breakouts with this.

Buy it and try it!!

I have gone through maybe 4 tubes of this stuff and I love it. I use this with my clarisonic and it foams up nicely and rinses easy. Before I got my clarisonic it took a bit longer to rinse off but still left my skin very clean. It's very creamy and I like it's texture better than all other acne washes I've tried. It hasn't completely cleared my skin but it helps and doesn't dry me out irritate my skin.
