Terrible! This is THE worst conditioner I have ever used! It did not condition at all. It left my hair drier and a frizzy, tangled up mess! I can't even believe they are selling this stuff in the salons! Do not buy this stuff!

Just an amplifier for the shampoo does to you. Brief rundown: coats the hair, provides short-lived shine/luster, smothers the hair shaft and dries it out. Props to Farouk Systems for the great marketing campaign, though.

Horrible just horrible same goes for the shampoo. this stuff proves that just because something smells nice doesn't mean it going to work. my hair felt dryer after washing it then it did before. I'm so scarred that I refuse to try anything else from biosilk.

This is probably one of the worst conditioners I have ever tried. It's not hydrating at all and does nothing for detangling your hair in the shower. You put it in and your hair feels dirty and not moisturized at all. I had to use another conditioner afterwards to make my hair feel hydrated and manageable. I've used other Biosilk products and am disappointed by this. Good thing I bought it at Nordstrom Rack and it was only $10.

I received this in a gift set. I used this conditioner following the use of the shampoo. I hate the smell, just can't stand it. The conditioner is very thick when you squeeze it out into your hand, so think that I've had problems getting it out of the bottle. I though now this is going to be a great "hydrating" conditioner. Boy, was I wrong! You have to use a of product to even feel like it's doing it's job. My hair felt semi- smooth upon rinsing it out in the shower. However, once I tried to comb my hair afterward it was a dry tangled mess. This conditioner is complete garbage. Don't waste your money.

Yuck! I bought it at a supply house on sale, and thought "well, the serum does well in my hair, so will the conditioner". Wrong! Such a frizzy, dry mess I had afterwards.

This conditioner is a must have with the hydrating shampoo. I use a small bit on my dry, super-straight, color treated blonde hair, and comb thru with a wide-tooth comb in the shower. I wait a few minute, rinse, and have fluffy, soft, hair. I use this line and Fekkai's Technician products and honestly can't tell the difference in how my hair turns out, except I know I have saved a ton of money buying lots of Biosilk on ebay of late!

A real dissapointment. After using Biosilk Silk Therapy-one of my favorite- I decided to give this a try. But I have met with one of the worst conditioner I have ever used. Even though it is very expensive, it is not hydrating, nothing has in common with the word of 'Silk' in its name. You have to use a lot to feel the product on your hair. Maybe okey as a leave-in for extremely curly hair. Overall don't waste your money.

I would describe this as a creme rinse, not a "hydrating conditioner." It smooths wet hair but I don't have any confidence that my is better moisturized. Just like the Hydrating Shampoo, this is not the quality I would expect for the price. It is equivalent to a drugstore brand, and I would see better results from those. Fortunately, it was part of a promo pack and I didn't pay the normal price.

One of my favorite Shampoo and Cnditioners is the Biosilk Hydrating. It's lightweight but very moisturizing with silk proteins. Smells great too! You can get this at TJMAXX for $6 for the shampoo and $7 for the conditioner, they also have the large size with the pumps for $10 per bottle. I wish they would put pumps on the smaller sizes but that is my only issue with this duo.

I went to the store looking for a redken product, but since they were out, I decided to give this a try without looking at the reviews first...BIG mistake! The first time I used this product, I realized that my ponytail was a little crooked and dry looking, but I didn't pay much attention to it because it WAS in a ponytail after all (which meant that I didn't have that much time to mess with my hair that day). However, the next day, I realized that my hair was duller than usual, I went to my computer to look at the reviews here, and was horrified at the low rating. I immediately tossed it to avoid acquiring more damage.

Like a few other BioSilk products, I've had this conditioner for some time but never find myself reaching for it. Tonight I decided to try it to see why.
Despite the fact that it's called "BioSilk Hydrating Conditioner", I see absolutely NOTHING hydrating about it whatsoever!!
The ingredients list shows why. Manufacturers are required to list ingredients in order from the most in a product to the least. When you look at these ingredients, the first half of them are herbs that do nothing for your hair. Then there's a few different types of protein...why...this is suppose to be hydrating! Then towards the end of the list, there's a few moisturizing ingredients.
The bottle is stiff and difficult to dispense the product. The smell isn't bad, but it's nothing special either.
I found it very difficult to rinse out. I had a very difficult time detangling my hair, I had to use one of my heaviest creamy leave ins to get through it without causing any breakage.
This is definitely not worth the price or the hype. I threw it away tonight..

I was thrilled to see it at half the price at Winners in Canada! I have been waiting forever to be able to purchase the shampoo and the conditionner but at full price it's like 16$CA each....And I don't spend that kind of money on hair products unless I am 100% sure of the results.
My hair is very blonde, from dying jobs and highlights, and it's dry beacuse I use my flat iron A LOT. I tried it this morning and I did not see a huge improvment. Usually i can tell as soon as I rinse my hair if it's working or not. I was disappointed since the biosilk serum is SO GREAT. I don't know, it's not that good, + after 2 or 3 uses it's very hard to squeeze the product out of the bottle which I find weird.....

First, I read the reviews below AFTER I bought this product But before I used it. I must say that I really thought about returning it unopened because of the poor reviews....but I didn't because I did not want to make the long drive back and go through the hassle of an exchange. I had just had my hair colored and highlighted and it really looked dry and in need of some help. I must say that I fully expected my hair to feel and look like a rats nest but went ahead anyway and did the full shampoo/conditioner treatment from this line. To my utter amazement my hair did NOT get tangled and it felt silky and soft and I loved the scent. (I am really into rose these day ie: Guerlain's fleur de teint; DHC rose oil, American Beauty's grains and toner. ) And when I set my hair it fell into nice loose waves and it looked healthy with a nice shine! To top it off, when I got up from lunch at restaurant today the woman behind me said my hair was beautiful and what did I use!! This in one use! I am SO GLAD that I did not read these reviews because I would NEVER have purchased this product. I have to say that the people below must have gotten a really bad batch of this line, otherwise I cannot explain the negatives.....but different hair types respond in different ways I guess. I suggest you try this out for yourself....it did a great job for me.

I've used silk therapy for a long time and finally bought the hydrating shampoo and conditioner. Eck...hate them both. The conditioner did nothing. My hair felt so dull and tangly after using it. I set is aside after a few uses and recently went back to try it out again with a different shampoo. Still terrible. I ended up throwing it out despite how much money I had spent...not worth subjecting my hair to this stuff any longer.

I do like this conditioner. When you put it on your hair it almost feels as is it disappears into your hair and isn't really going to work. Not like most conditioners that you can feel on your hair sitting there while you wait. When you rinse it out your hair feels very clean still, almost like you havn't conditioned and you might think that it hasn't done that much. After I dried my hair though my hair felt silky, soft and very healthy. It smells wonderful too. I was very surprised by how conditioned my hair felt even though this is such a light conditioner. It is pricey though!
