I received this as a gift. I honestly thought yves rocher was a luxury expensive brand. Seems this cost less than I thought. It is a mini nail varnish. The shade I have is 41 parme. I'm not sure this is the exact same shade as listed. Anyway, it looks lilac in the bottle. The bottle is pretty and has little white flowers on. I dont know why the packaging is rated as not very good on here. Nothing wrong with it. Was difficult to open so I know no one had tampered with it.
It's actually dark purple on my nails. I have dark purple... Well a couple already. Somehow this one looks more posh, more grown up and smarter. Solid colour. Only one coat needed. A bit of shine, no glitter. It lasted longer than my other polishes (I was trying out some of my purples on one hand, one on each finger to prove it!) I have a problem with biting my nails but this one grew the longest I can remember it being - I guess it looked good!
It was ok to apply but being a small pot the brush is obviously small so it takes more strokes to cover the nail... This is its let down. I wondered if this was a sample because of this but looks not. However some polishes can be a bit runny, this wasn't.
I do like the colour and consistency so I would buy again except it's not available where I shop.

Ok, I didn't get this exact color. I got Rose Étincelant. BUT I don't understand why it says it has such a high price tag? 2 dollars for 3 ml? How often does anyone run out of nail polish? This bottle lasted me for YEARS. The color is GORGEOUS. Pink with golden, silvery shimmer. Read that. SHIMMER. Not GLITTER. It looked gorgeous on my pink based fair skin, and made my hands look very elegant. It would look beautiful on darker skin tones also. HG!

I got it because I wanted something different. It's a unique colour but just not my thing.

Sheer lavender with a kind of antique gold shimmer. I got this in a tiny 3mL (about the same size as an OPI mini) bottle for CAD$4, so it wasn't exactly inexpensive, but how often do I use up bottles of np, anyway? :) I have only used it as a layer over a nude-coloured polish, though I think it should hold its own with a couple coats. Application is nice and even, not streaky, and it didn't take long to dry. Overall, it's a nice polish and in another colour I might repurchase—this is pretty but I am not particularly into sheers.
