I was very disappointed by this product. It left my lips feeling very waxy. It provided minimal moisture. I found that I had to continuously reapply this to my lips. I expected so much more from this. I will not be purchasing this again.

100% shea butter in those cute little tins. I warm up the butter then apply to moist lips. Nothing else works this good for me. Other than moisturizing, the best thing about it is that it does not clog the pores along the edges of my lips! All petrolatum and vegetable oil based lip balms cause that problem for me; sometimes I even break out around my mouth with those lip balms. Just hope L'Occitane never discontinues this.

I was in the L'Occitane store to purchase some hand cream and bubble bath and I stumbled upon this lip balm at the register. The lip balm smells unbelievably good. The lip balm helps soften my lips and I don't have to worry about chapped lips if I keep this lip balm handy. The lip balm cost about 10.00 which I feel is too much to spend for lip balm in my opinion. The lip balm contains shea butter which helps repair and nourish dry, chapped lips. I have not purchased this in a while because I have not been to the L'Occitane store and I feel 10.00 is kind of steep but I would purchase again because of the results I got.

I expected much more from this product. It's pretty hard to apply - it doesn't warm up and melt a bit like other lip balms. + I think it actually dries my lips.

This is another wonderful balm from L'Occitane. The flavor is nice, not overwhelming and it's a great moisturizer. It's a great lip balm to have in your day bag and the shea butter is wonderful!

I cannot believe how much they sell this for. I just bought pure shea butter in 500 g container for 5 dollars, and i prefer it to this.

This is just wonderful!!! I couldn´t believe I´ve lived all this time without this amazing moisturizing power of the shea butter!!!
I spread all over my lips every night before going to sleep, and in the morning I realize how soft and hydrated my lips are(and that lasts for all day long)! Sure gonna purchase it again!

I prefer a shinier, glossier feeling with a lip balm but this is an effective moisturiser for my lips. In Australia it’s a little on the expensive side and as I’m a devotee of the famous Lucas Paw Paw Ointment I probably won’t repurchase.

The tin is cute, and a pleasant-but-hard-to-describe scent. Those are the good things, so of course i'll follow with the bad things: as the last reviewer said, my lips felt smooth but not at all moisturised, and my lips went a bit flaky after wearing it. The texture is also VERY waxy and wont soften even if i rub it in my hands to warm it up. Not horrible, but definitely won't repurchase.

I can not believe that I am only the 2nd person reviewing this. It has been my holy grail for about two years now! One tin lasts me about a year and I apply it multiple times throughout the day. It is just so neutral (no scent, no color, no chemicals) and effective!

I am amazed that no one else had open a new review for the non-tinted, plain old gd sheer butter. I had tried the tinted one (got a review for that as well) but not as gd as the original one with colour. I like this alot and uses this at night. I applied ever lightly on my lips at night before bed and it was very smooth and does make my lips soft and moisturized in the morning. Makes lipstick application smooth too. Can be quite ex but i don't mind for im paying 2 for the price of 1. Will repurchase this again.
