Everytime I make a Kiehl's purchase, I get oodles of samples. It's one of the reasons I always want more Kiehl's! Definitely has influenced some of my purchases. I just wish they would find better ways to package them, sort of hard to open.

I'm surprised with the rave reviews on Kiehls' samples.

Or maybe things are just different in SIngapore.

I bought a few sets of the abbyssine serum, cream and eye cream. (over a few visits just because I fell in love with them and that I wanted the travel bags that came with the sets)

I didn't get the many samples each time that I bought the stuff as people here has said, and I thought that was normal.

And the 2 samples that I was given, they were the type that hearing from you guys, the tear packet type that are available with the online delivery. No, they didnt give the actual sample jars or tubes etc like other brands do giveaways. I didnt even know that Kiehls' have those.

oh well, anyway, my hype over the abbyssine range is over, although i still havent finished my first set.

And I've decided to fall in love with Clinique all over again after realising that the total turnaround concentrate and 15 min facial mask has enabled my face to become clearer brighter and so MUCH smootherrrrr. yes. puuurrrrrrrr.

But I still use my Kiehl's when I remember. I bought so many of it that I actually regret right now. Sigh. and with NO actual samples that you guys in the US seem to be able to get.

Kiehl's in SIngapore must be quite stingy. Hmm.. I feel a tad cheated now.

I'm a devoted fan of certain Keihl's products. I wouldn't have bought some if i didn't get a sample first (like the avo. eye cream), thinking it wasn't right for me. Sellers of Kiehl's have always been generous samplers. The first time i tried it was when i was travelling and found a boutique (non-Kiehl's) that had almost the entire line. I bought a couple products that sounded the most fitting to my skin and the SA gave me a whole little shopping bag of samples! I had fun with them my whole trip. Now that there's a store in my area, i can test things out, but they are still really good at giving out what they can and often have the delux sizes. Don't ever be afraid to ask to try something, even if you're not ready to buy. And now that i've developed a client sheet and a relationship with the SAs, they always try to sample me what's new or fits my profile. And remember, if you use any of their stuff regularly, the larger sizes are always the better deal, pricewise.

I love Kiehl's! I'm always trying out new beauty treatments, lotions, potions, etc. but Kiehl's makes such good products that I can't just stop using them. I'm surprised that they are as cheep in price as they are! They are such a high quality product. I particularly love the Sodium PCA Oil Free Moisturizer (adds just enough moisturizer w/o making me oily) and the Rare Earth Facial Cleansing Masque (makes my face oil-free and soft). LOVE IT! :)

Whenever I go to kiehl's, I'm always offered a good amount of samples. It's so fun. It's like walking out with a goody bag from a kid's party. If you're registered with the store, you get even more free stuff. I've even gotten 2 regular size tubes of lip balm. yay!

I Love Khiel's in store sampling program (the online one sucks. packets instead of containers). In store, if you buy something, you can ask for samples or they will be offered. SOmetimes they are in little jars, other times a big-little bottle. There are always labels on everything. And the first time I went to Khiels', the cashier was really nice and gave me 4 samples, plus a free lip gloss (full size! I didnt't ask or anything).

I agree with others that in a store, they are really generous with the samples, but online you are limited to 3. That would be the only complaint I have with these. It is terrific to be able to try things before purchasing the full size.

I love keihl's samples, even when I am not sure I like the product, I love that you get enough product to really sample it and not just a tease like the nars samples.

I've found Kiehl's to be very "hit and miss". There are several products that I really like and several I really hate. :-) The good thing is they are very generous with samples, so you can try everything before making a purchase. This is especially good since some products are rather pricey.

Kiehl's does have some wonderful products but a lot of the ones that I've tried were just ho-hum and nothing spectacular at all.

PROS: samples of virtually every skincare/haircare consumable product they sell, very generous sampling program; COMMENTS: I have received generous samples with online, mail order and in store orders; samples make sense - you try more products and make more informed/smarter purchases

They are really generous with their samples at Kiehl's which is really good so I'm sure about a product I intend to buy. They also have the best customer service and their product line is unique and great.

Whenever I make a purchase from Kiehl's, the sales person behind the counter always gives me a ton of samples! My favorites are the various body lotion, conditioners, and the toners. Everything works really well. And they are not stingy with thier samples, so you get to try everything before you make a purchase.
