Although it doesn't say it in the review-title, this product is the CB I Hate Perfume "Pipe Tobacco Accord."



This Pipe Tobacco Accord does smell like a rather generic, sweet tobacco (it reminds me somewhat of Bell'Antonio by Hilde Soliani which is a very nice coffee and tobacco), but it doesn't smells like a dead ringer for real pipe tobacco. (If you want a pipe tobacco scent that is uncannily like the real thing, I recommend opting for the Demeter Pipe Tobacco PMU - see my review if interested). It is pleasant and wearable, and I do get the tobacco note...but it just doesn't have all the rich flavors of inhaling a pouch of moist pipe tobacco. Also, the sillage that I smell wafting up from my wrist sometimes smells a bit camphorous...very much like Carmex lip balm. Not bad, but there are a couple pipe tobacco scents I would choose over this one, any day.



Update: Okay, every time I apply this now, I pretty much just smell Carmex. Once the association is made, it is very hard to shake, unfortunately. :-(

ok so I took a chance someone said this smelled like Ambre Narguile and the price was inviting. I got it from I Hate Perfume.Not sure what is in it, it does smell like Pipe Tobacco, totally, a total waste, Is this what I Hate Perfumes is doing, maybe he really does hate perfume Or I happened to choose the wrong one,If you want to smell like pipe tobacco go for it???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
