This is one of my holy grail products! <3 My eyeshadow always creases no matter what eyeshadow primer I use! One day about a year ago I decided to use it as a base so I put it in the middle of my lid and blended and I got this beautiful, shimmery base. I then proceeded with my everyday eyeshadow and by the end of the day I noticed for the first time that my eyeshadow stayed on the whole day! It was amazing! I use this product everyday now and I will continue to buy it wherever because I know MAC sadly discontinued it :(

Like all Liquidlast liners, the wear on this is unbelievable. The color is very neutral, and I use it as an inner-eye/tear duct highlighter. It's my HG for brightening up my eyes and making me look awake. It works with any eye look. I know people hate the brush, but I generally don't mind it. For the inner eye, I use the brush to paint a < shape and then smudge it with my fingers into the lid and below the brow bone. So easy!

This is an okay liquid liner. I like the color of this one. I was looking for a nice frosty gold color. I don't like how it is very long lasting. If you wash it off at night then you have rough patches of the liner. I think I'll be returning this one, I really don't think it was worth the seventeen dollars.

Well, the brush is a waste of time, but other than that I love this stuff! It's a pale creamy gold color, and I love using it for a simple daytime look: a nude wash, line with this, and mascara.......lovely!
The staying power is what gets me; I got smoke in my eyes while wearing this and as a result I cried like a baby. I decided just to forsake the eye makeup I was wearing (a full eye with base, several shadows, mascara, black kohl & this liner), and go for the big rub. I just went at it with tissues, expecting to just wipe it all off and be done with it for the night. When I looked in the mirror, the liner was still perfect! It took some serious oil-based eye makeup remover to get it off! I love that.
I took off a lippie because the brush is so darn wimpy and application isn't even. I usually use my 209 for it, because the brush is the only negative part.

Crappy brush. I'm about to snip the end to make it more managable maybe. The formula is thick and gloppy. When I used it as an eyeliner it applied to heavy in spots and had a cracked look when dry. I want to return this. :(
UPDATE - so I gave this another whirl as an all over eyeshadow base to make my shadows stick. Works great this way but I have like 5 other bases I can use this way.

This is really great at staying put. It comes off well with an oil based or dual phase eye makeup remover but not with a regular eye makeup remover. This is a no smudge, no budge liner that means serious business. I do find this formula a little goopy though, it's harder to work with than some others (l'oréal, lancôme etc.) but the staying power is well worth the extra work. Would repurchase this product.

I saw this shade and tested it on my hand at the counter and saw how pretty it was but couldn't quite see myself using it as a liner. I inadvertently smudged the line on my hand and it looked so pretty that I bought it to use as a highlighting and base e/s shade. It stays on so well and is perfect for when I want a really neutral look. I use this along with the brown liquidlast liner for a simple daytime look.

When I first tested this on my hand, I knew I wouldn't want to use this as an eyeliner. Like the other reviewers I liked the thought of using this as an highligher. I love using highlighting creams on the inner corners of my eyes and brow bones, it just polishes off my look, but it would only last an hour or two. Knowing the staying power of these liners are incredibile, decided to give classic cream a go as an highligher, it is a very light white gold. You have to be quick with blending it though otherwise it wont look smooth, at the moment am practicing with it, so if i improves and can get it to look more natural i will give it a 5 rating!

excellent staying power, nice color but the texture and applicator leave something to be desired. although easily able to manage all forms of liquid liner, this long, flimsy brush doesn't lend itself to a clean application or versatility in product use. the texture is a bit cakey and it'd be nice to have a smoother, more pliable, perhaps even blendable if you work with it fast enough, texture. as a liner, this works fine, but i was hoping to be able to work with it as a highlighter; even with varied application techniques, the heavy texture doesn't allow for a natural look. still, the pigment is great, the color is lovely, and it really doesn't budge, so for its intended purpose, it's a rather great product.

The new Liquidlast liners were released May 2006 and are permanent. (whew) I am not a huge fan of liquid liners but someone mentioned this for inner corners so i jumped on it. I am an nc30 light olive complexion and alot of products can be too stark white and be very unnatural. I also dont like powders since they dont last and some creams can settle into my lines. Well, this is perfect! Classic Cream is a shimmery ecru, off white cream with subtle gold shimmer. Great color for the inner corners. Lasts quite well and didnt sink into lines. I would not wear this as a liner so i cant say anything about how it wears as liner. Retails for $16.50 and is 2.5 ml. The small bottle has a pointy slim brush applicator. I like the softness of the bristles for the inner corner but i prefer a stiffer brush for liquid eye lining. Great shade!
