This is a reddish-coral shade that isn't orange at all. The intensity of the colour can be built up by layering or can be sheered out by applying just a layer then spreading the color with my pinkie all over my lips. I like that although it is glossy, it isn't in any way sticky. It has golden shimmers but does not feel gritty and annoying on the lips. I like using it on its own as it looks more natural and I am all for the natural look. It brightens the face too! The best thing is this does not dry out my lips. Lasting power isn't great though, since this is not sticky and does not adhere on the lips. I don't mind reapplying though as I can apply this with just my pinkie even without a mirror.
While the whole concept of a lip gloss in crayon/stick form is great, I find that it is not very economical as you waste a lot of the product whenever sharpening it. I don't think it is hygienic to use what has been sharpened off either. Overall a very nice lippy to own if you want a non-sticky gloss with a shade that brightens up your face and make you look polished. But I don't think I would repurchase since I prefer tinted lip balms and the whole wasting of product thingie when sharpening it isn't great.

I like crazy colors so I was actually a little disappointed that this isn't as orange as I expected, but I do really like the color. It's not the same color as the bottom end of the pencil; it's almost red rather than orange.
This is sheer but the color does show. I wish it was a lipstick rather than a pencil, because it wastes so much product when you sharpen. However, I would restock on this as long as I can get it for a cheap price. I wouldn't pay $10+ for this.

Another great product from Stila, I got this at Beauty Crunch for just $6 (no sharpener w/ it tho)! This color is fabulous - it looks bright orange but goes on a sheer, buildable coral color with subtle sparkle to it. I really love the design of it as well, although as some have mentioned you have to be careful putting the cap back on. I did notice that I have to apply the Orange lip glaze more often than with the Plum shade, and that it has more sparkle too.

I've been using this lip glaze for a while now, and just love it. Despite looking very bold, you can layer it to achieve either a subtle colouring or a bold look. If i want to have really bold lips i usually start with Ben Nye Marilyn Red and then layer Stila Lip Glaze Stick in Orange over top to get super red, moisturized looking lips...it stays on for a pretty long time (I've never worn a lipstick that stays put as long as they claim too) and always get tons of compliments on the colour....the only downside is the price, which i think is around 25 bucks, but the pencil lasts a long time and I can usually by two on eBay for 30, with shipping. Also, because its in pencil form i find it pretty easy to apply. I've tried some other colours, like Fruit punch and have like them all.

I love that this imparts a natural, peachy color to my lips. The color stays on longer than with lip gloss and the texture is not sticky at all. There's a slight shimmer but it looks pretty rather than glittery. The best thing is that a fat pencil sharpner comes w/ it (unlike w/ NARS fat pencils), so you won't have to run out and buy additional sharpner separately! I took off a lippie, however, because the cap doesn't stay on very well on the pencil. It's slipped off a couple of times and left a stain in my makeup bag, so be very careful about the cap!
