My sister gave me a sample of this because she loves it and I have noticed improvement in her skin texture since using it along with the B5 serum and moisturiser. Sadly, after two weeks of use I had to stop because it clogged my pores and made my skin look dull. It had the opposite effect of what others are reporting. I can't understand why :( I would recommend you buy a sample size before investing in the product because i think the results vary between individuals.

Nice stuff, while lacks the vit E, it has zinc sulphate and ferulic acid in it, so it's nice, less sticky/smelly alternative to CE Ferulic. I think I've seen in some journal that while CE Ferulic has 8x photo-protection (NOT to be confused with SPF/PPD) AOX serums are estimates to be 4x or 4.5x. Also not bad at all.
In any case, I get a nice luminous skin from using it. The trick is same as with CE Ferulic though, to use just the 4-5 drops for face (I find 8 drops to be max I can use), more isn't better and isn't absorbed by skin anyway. Just sits on skin, stains clothes and irritates skin. No good. More isn't better, not in this case. Also it does make skin look nicer almost instantly, but for nicer skin you'd have to stick with using it daily for at least 6 months.

I love this serum cause you can actually feel the effects of it! For some people it might sting and be to hars but for me it's perfect! I love the benefits of this product and it doesn't cause clogged pores! Perhaps Skinceuticals can also make it in a light gel base and pack it in an air free pump cause I'm always scared it get's Oxidized and that would be a shame.
Although I do love the product I'm going to test The CE Ferulix to see how I feel about that product!

I just started to use this product. Within 3 days my co-workers at work were asking what am I using on my skin because it looks brighter. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT.
PS: You have to use this under the B5 gel. Makes a huge difference.

Update:
I no longer use this product. I found that Ole Henriksen The truth serum works better...

This smelled disgusting, like hot dog juice. Couldn't use it long enough to tell if it was effective - I returned it.

I've been using Skinceuticals Vitamin C serums for about 3 years now. I absolutely love them! They work perfectly for my oily/acneprone skin. I've tried different Vitamin C products and I always seem to come back to this one.

This is the most similar to Cellex-C of all the C serums I've tried. Thin watery texture, pale color, stings after applying - but it's far less harsh and doesn't leave the same sticky film.

It's definitely exfoliating in spots and generally smoothing my skin. I like being able to get samples on ebay to keep it fresh, and love the little tiny droppers. Only took off one lippie because it does sting a fair amount so is less inviting to use than my favorite, Kiehl's.

My skin loves this stuff. I have sensitive skin, and it does burn like crazy - for about two seconds. My skin looks brighter when I use this, and I really like doing anything I can to protect myself from the sun; I live in Texas, and the warm-weather camping season is about to start.

The smell doesn't bother me so much, it's gone by the time I put moisturizer on. As much as I like the bottle and dropper, I wish it was packaged as the Skinceuticals retinols are - opaque bottle with a pump. It is pricey, but worth it to me so far.

I got this as a sample with an order I'd made, and I've had a chance to try this and the Skinceuticals Ferulic C+E. First, I'll say this for both, the smell bothers me. It's not as bad in this serum, but there's still that metallic, hot-doggy scent that lingers much of the day for me. Secondly, I can't say either (and I'd used them for about a month each) made any improvements that I could perceive. And I suspect that both were irritating to my skin (oily, acne-prone, use Retin-A), producing more color overall in the way of pinkness and reactivity. I don't know if it's the vitamin C itself, the glycol base, etc. but I think my skin would prefer to just go without. I was using them solely for the purpose of preventing oxidation and maybe helping to lighten my skin a bit, but I can't see myself actually purchasing these serums. I think I'll switch to LRP Active-C or Redermic - lower doses of vitamin C in more elegant bases.

I have this in Serum 20 AOX and didn't see a listing for this. I purchased 6 sample vials from eBay for about $26 and it lasts about 6 weeks, which is not bad. I keep getting breakouts on my chin from this and it seems to be clogging my pores. I will need to go with a more watery texture such as Cellex-C instead and when I used to use Cellex-C with the B-5 serum (Sun Savvy Kit), my dermatologist told me that my skin looked great (I also use Retin A and Tazorac switched every other night). When I kept the Retin A and Tazorac for nightly use with the new AOX in the morning, I broke out on my chin. Going back to Cellex-C Sun Savvy kit.

I *think* I would buy this again, but we'll see when I run out. So far it doesn't seem to cause breakouts like the C E Ferulic. It could be my inflated ego, but I think my homemade serums lighten acne scars and darks spots more effectively.

I have this on order and will review it after I've used it. However, I thought it might be helpful to go ahead and start this category for the new Serum 15 AOX+. It replaces the 'old' Serum 15. The + refers to the fact that all the AOX serums now contain Ferulic acid, a phytochemical with known antioxidant properties. INGREDIENTS: aqua (water), L-ascorbic acid, ethoxydiglycol, propylene glycol, glycerin, zinc sulfate, phenoxyethanol, ferulic acid, panthenol, sodium hyaluronate, sodium hydroxide. EDITED (05/12/06): Ok, I've had a chance to test drive this for several days and it's quite stinging for my sensitive skin. Interesting that the C&E Ferulic also contains 15% LLA but it never stings my face - obviously more buffered due to the difference in formulation. One nice thing about the AOX is that the hotdog scent is 1/10th the strength - great for those who hate the smell.
