I've got this and can't say it's that great or bad but as far as 'boosting' it doesn't!...not bad texture and have more as a backup...only use it if i can't find my regular foundation..It is quite light and a change for my skin but if I'm going out I don't use this, it's not good enough but then it was quite cheap.

I have normal skin with no skin problems what so ever, just the dark spots under my eyes wich are from not sleeping too much but thank god for that there is concealer. This product suits me very well because of the fact that i do not need coverage. It hais a fair coverage and it's very light(like a day-cream) on the skin. For people with my kind of skin-I strongly recommend it!

the coverage is sheer and more natural than 10hr effect. But wont last more than an hr on my oily face.

I'm such a fan of Matt Lovely, I thought this one would do something for me. Nothing. It's like I'm wearing sunscreen: my face gets a bit sticky and it covers absolutely nothing. Disappointing.

I first bought this foundation a few months ago, tried it once and the colour match wasn't right. I did love the texture/finish/coverage but it just wasn't pale enough and I had already purchased the lightest shade, #61 Abricote Clair. I thought to myself, great more $$ wasted on a product that isn't even my shade!
The coverage is light/medium, leaning mostly towards light. This did not accentuate any flakies or sink into lines. Also no caking and lasted a good 5 hours (:
However I recently started running out of Chanel Vitalumiere (which also isn't pale enough for me, but I mix it with Laura Mercier Porcelian Ivory Moisturising and get a perfect colour) and didn't really want to fork out the AU$100+ for it. That's where this one comes in - mixed with my regular Laura Mercier foundation I get the exact same finish, colour, coverage etc that I get when I mix it with Vitalumiere!
Whilst this is a little thicker than Vitalumiere it also feels more moisturising. So girls, if you're looking to try vitalumiere give this one a try first for a fraction of the price. I bought mine for AU$31.95 at Target.
Not HG, but I will repurchase.

I bought this foundation after looking out for a relatively good quality everyday product. I chose the shade 61 abricote clair which is one shade up from the lightest and really suits my pale, fair skin. It has a really nice, light texture and glides over your skin. From its feel you think its not going to be good coverage but somehow it makes everything look better and your skin glows. It is quite moisturising and is good for my dry skin but obviously would not suit oilier skins. It has the classic rose scent and with an SPF 12 it protects your skin too. It is often on offer in Boots but even when its not. its still only around £7 - 8 which I think is a bargain for something of such good quality :)

I was also looking for 10 hour but could not find it on Bourjois.com, so I settled for this, just as dewy & natural/sheer as 10 hour, I don't notice that much of a difference between the two, in fact, the Happy Light is quite the same as well, in terms of dewiness & coverage. Hale Natural is a bit darker compared to #73 in 10 hour. As for me NC 40 in summer, equally part of each adjusted perfectly for the summer tan.
Go to the Bourjois site in UK, if you have difficulty finding the 10 hour.

I bought this when I was looking to try 10hr sleep effect but I couldn't find a store that stocked 10hr and ended up with this instead. For some reason I didn't like it much to begin with. I wanted something fuller and longer lasting. But I've since found that I prefer a lighter dewier foundation and have been using this more and more. I have normal to combo skin and this looks great. It is dewy and I don't find it greasy at all. I don't use powder because I like the dewy effect. The fragrance is also lovely. It seems to be targeted at more mature skins. I don't have any or many wrinkles but I love the look and feel of this foundation.

I tried for years to find a foundation which would give me a healthy glow, without covering my freckles. I finally found it! Unfortunately I don't feel that the wrinkle boosting system works, at least for me. I have some deep wrinkles around my mouth, and they seem the same after I finish my make up.

Let me start by saying that I was so so surprised by this foundation!! I bought this in colour 62 which is a perfect match for my light/medium yellow toned skin. I wanted a change from my usual liquid mineral foundation (glominerals) since it started to feel a little heavy for my skin which is changing to combination rather than oily. This foundation is really light and is actually the sheerest foundation I have tried to date. BUT once it goes on for some reason it covers everything beautifully and takes away all my blemishes. I just need one pump and my skin is dewy and even. I usually set this with a light dusting of my glominerals pressed powder or ultraceuticals powder. What is more is that my skin has had absolutely no reactions and this foundation stays on throughout the day! So finally a cheap, widely available foundation in a perfect colour.

I got this as i *love* Bourjois 10Hr Sleep Effect Foundation - i was hoping this would be as good, but sadly...its not! It has SPF12 - which is nice & the handy little pump bottle. I went for shade #62 - as i wear shade #72 in 10Hr Sleep Effect - but #62 seems a lot darker & it looked darker on my skin (i am nw15/20 with dry skin) despite being the 2nd lightest shade. It was a little gloopy to apply & felt heavy on my skin - like my skin couldnt breathe. I had no problems with dry patches or clumping but i really felt the foundation was just too heavy in texture for me to bear & the shade was a little dark. This seemed to work well for my mothers mature skin though, but as she doesnt wear MU i will pass it on to a friend.

I love this foundation. I rarely use foundation as it often feels far too heavy for me so I stick with a tinted moisturiser. I decided to use this because my skin is looking peaky at the moment. WOW WOW WOW! It went on smoothly, didn't cake, smoothed the very fine lines around my eyes (I'm 24 so dont have many), felt soft and light and my boyfriend said I was glowing! So far it has lasted all day as well. I am delighted with it and will use this rather than tinted moisturiser as it is just perfect for me!
It worth remembering that foundations for 'maturer skin' such as this are often full of moisturising ingrediants as older skin tends to be drier. If you have dry skin then this product will suit you fine but those who have oilier skin may find it does leave the skin too greasy.

I really wanted to like this. The plastic pump bottle is hygenic & convenient. The colour choices are very natural and I never had problems with this grabbing onto flakes. However, It felt a bit heavy and, by the end of the day, had turned into a oil slick on top of my skin. Eventually, it ended up breaking me out as well. Too bad, maybe I'll try 10hr sleep effect next.

Dire. Absolutely incomparible to many other liquid foundations; including it's superior sister: 10 Hour Sleep Effect, which was the first Bourjois foundation I had ever tried. 10hr Sleep was quite a simple, but effective product - with a positive combination of decent coverage, and retaining a fresh, summery dewyness. I expected similar results from this foundation, and yet was a huge letdown. This does nothing of what it says on the bottle; texture-wise, it reminded me a lot of MaxFactor's Seamless Make-Up, which was equally as runny, drippy and pointless ~ the kind of makeup which could potentially make a good tinted moisturizer, if it didn't "sit" on the skin so much and clog pores, making my complexion appear even worse than before I started. It most certainly does not 'smooth wrinkles and fine lines' because due to the consistency of it's texture - it gathers, and sits in every little line, emphasizing flaws rather than concealing them. Higher results are surely achievable through simply dabbing a little concealer where needed, and leaving the rest of the skin to breathe free of the muck that is 'Repulpant Reboosting Collagen Foundation'.

I have dryish skin and normally wear Stila ILF in 20 watts,30 in summer.
On a whim I purchased this foundation from Priceline as they have just got Bourjois.
I got the lightest shade (61) and it's the perfect colour. It goes on smooth and is shiny, but not shimmery.
Might actually prefer this to the Stila, as it's not as shimmery.
Coverage is pretty sheer to light. Very moisturising IMO so prob best for dry skin. I am 28 and did notice that this foundation hid the fine lines around my eyes pretty well.
At $30AU this is certainly not cheap but much better than the $88AU retail for Stila ILF.

Love this foundation. Beautiful texture, the colour is perfect for me (62) and is comparable to Chanel 20. Easy to apply with fingers and gives me a great natural finish with a healthy glow. Will definitely buy this one again.

Excellent value for money. Leaves my (mature)skin looking healthy and natural. To my surprise I find I'm using this just as much as some more expensive foundations. I have two colours, the lightest (abricot) and the 'rose peau', and both suit me.

I was going to buy their famous blush yesterday (no. 95) and the makeup lady kept saying their collagen foundation also v good, bahbahaa....then I've tried tht on my face, at first I dun really like it, coz the colour looks too yellow on me (my skin type: fair), but after she put on the loose powder on me, it even out my skin colour and made my skin look v nice and natural...good pt of this product is easy to blend on, quite moisturizing (my skin tends to be sensitive n a bit dry)....
bad pt is have to buy the loose powder together...I get more interested in their loose powder, coz not only the loose powder it comes in a package with a loose powder brush, v convenient, since they have a discount if i bought both of them, no reason not to try:>

I discovered Bourjois in Hong Kong this summer. I bought a bottle of this in Rose Peau and even though I am not looking for any collagen-boost effect, I enjoy the consistency of this product - blends easily, isn't too dry. Unfortunately, Bourjois is only sold at Ulta or Sephora in my neck of the woods, and Sephora doesn't even carry this foundation! I went to Ulta to buy another bottle, but the two bottles they had of my color were tampered with and squeezed. (Shoppers, please use the tester bottles!) I've had to order it online at Ulta.com. I wish these were more widely available, but oh well. It's worth hunting around for, for me.

One of the many foundations I tried last year... It doesn't look too bad, not sure it reboosts anything, but it makes my face feel so dirty. Must be the lack of oil control. Definitely wouldn't repurchase this. Edit: tried this again recently and it's much better than I remember... and it has a nice pump. But no, still won't buy again. :P Edit 2: I'm finding myself reaching for this foundation more and more. Everything about it works for me. Application is always smooth with a brush, lasts well and makes my skin look really healthy. So yes, I will buy this again!!
