This is how I currently use hairspray... I curl my hair in sections, and while I'm curling each section I mist it with a bit of hair spray, unwind and move on to the next until each section is curled. I then give it a light all over mist and let that dry. Finally I got back and brush out my hair. This gives a light curl to my ends and defines my layers and usually lasts all day.

This hairspray works perfectly for that purpose. It adds volume and can still be brushed through pretty easily. If I want extra hold I just go back and spray again, not brush through obviously. It doesn't feel heavy or sticky and combined with a thickening gel prior to blowdrying, I really think it does a good job of adding volume to my hair which is fine and difficult to style.

I don't mind the smell of this at all, and once it is dried I don't really detect a scent at all. I paid around $4 for a bottle of this and it will last a while. Good deal.

I usually love the Got2b products, but I honestly do not like this hairspray at all. It smells terrible and it doesn't hold or help with volume. My hair is flat and flying away within 30 minutes, even after using more than anyone should normally have to use. I've given this hairspray more than it's fair share of time hoping maybe it was just my hair being horrible, but no. Honestly the suave touchable finish, extra hold works ten times better than this hairspray does and it's half the price.

One of the best volumizing hairsprays I've tried! I don't have to tease my hair much when I use this because it holds volume well. The smell isn't nauseating, which I appreciate. It comes in a big can for a low price, so I can't complain about either of those. It doesn't make my hair feel crunchy or hard and it keeps flyaways down. It also doesn't break me out, which most hairsprays do, so I'm very happy!

The staying power is not long enough. I have a lot of hair and it is thick too and I guess that is why it would not hold for very long, its probably too heavy to hold. It held my loose curls for only three hours and then it turned into waves and mind you, my hair is naturally curly so it has texture. I would have to spray the whole bottle for it to hold. It smells good though.

I dont think I loved this a lot. its does give that 'poofy' texture that gives volume but unless your teasing, this is not that great. I found that I get even better volume with tresemme's thermal creations mousse, so check that out! As for the hold, its flexible hold and its actually good for setting your style etc. However I find the smooth operatior hairspray does a finer job at setting my style and thats my HG. Might repurchase this. Love the smell though. Check out my reviews on other hairsprays and let me know if this reivew was helpful or not. :]

One of my favorite drugstore hairsprays! It gives great lift and doesn't leave your hair feeling cruncy. It has a light scent to it not overpowering.

Favorite! I've used so many different hair sprays but I always find myself coming back to this one. It gives a great tousled hair look, great hold, even in humidity. I have really thick wavy hair, and it gives me that perfect tousled, perfect-messy look. And has a great day after look, for those nights you go to bed without washing out the hair spray; i wake up with even more curls and wave, and it's tighter. I think i'm on my 4 or 5 bottle now.

love this hairspray even with its horrible old lady scent. it really does give volume to my fine flat straight hair. i spray this all over then blow dry my hair upside down, style my hair and then use aussie hi hold hi shine to keep everything into place...

A really good volume hairspray.
I think it smells a bit like raspberry, that's what makes it special to me.
Apart from that it's just a really good quality hairspray. It lasts long, gives good volume (if used right!!!) and doesn't damage my hair (or at least not that i'd notice). Just the right product for a sexy bedhead look.
The bottle is quite handy, though I keep losing the tiny cap.
Will defenitely buy this one again after I finish my current hairspray.

- really volumizes and adds bulk to hair
- holds volume from curling, teasing ect.
- good spray( fine 360 mist , not concentrated)
- nosel doesnt clog
- brushes out easily
Cons
- holds volume but doesnt seem to hold curl too well
- smell is not so great
- can be slightly drying

An avarage hairspray, nothing special. The mist could be finer too. Lovely scent and holds pretty well.

The picture of this product is not the same as the got2b 2 sexy voluptuous volume hairspray. Overall, best hairspray I have ever used, fells light and really holds well. The smell of this hairspray I find is not very strong either. LOVVEEE this line of hair products. Good drugstore brand if you don't want to pay big bucks for salon styling products. I even recommended it to my hairstylist who works in a salon/spa and now it's what she uses on her clients. :)

I love this hairspray! I don't use it after I heat-treat my hair, but rather when I wake up in the morning and my hair has that PERFECT bed-head look. It keeps my natural curls nice and cute, and smells great too! The packaging is a little too sexy for me (yea,h yeah, 2 sexy, I know). I'd prefer something less red and sultry and more girly and flirty, but hey, it does the trick!

Based on the positive reviews from the board (I always turn to the board before buying anything!) I decided to "splurge" haha and buy this hairspray. I've used just about every hairspray out there and trying to find a really great one for growing out my hair. The perfect hairspray when my hair was short was Paul Mitchell's Super Clean Extra, then it evolved to Rusk W8less, and now on to Got2Be Sexy Voluptuous Volume Hairspray! Been using it for about a week and I can't complain.

I spritz a few times while my hair is wet and I'm blow drying it, I also flip my head upside down and the soft volume I get after is great. This hairspray seems to hold well (not as strong as some out there) but is also flexible. For reference, I have Asian hair, about 2 inches past chin length, graduated bob and I NEED volume at the crown! This hairspray definately pumps up the volume and has staying power. BUT, as with all hairsprays I've tried (except for the Paul Mitchell one I mentioned), if you use too much (and I mean like a quarter of the bottle too much), it leaves a white film when you go to brush out your hair.

Try this anyways, at $5 you really have nothing to lose!

I bought this for one reason it was cheap. I needed a spray for work and wanted something cheap as everyone else will use it to. I planned on using the ' good stuff' ' at home then touch up with this later. I have very curly, frizzy hair which I flat iron, curling iron, color and highlight. This hairspray is great for volume. I don't think the hold is as good as others that I have but what is so crazy is how it fluffs up your hair. Often after flat ironing my hair can be to flat for my taste. I like a little lift at the crown and roots, this spray does a great job. Also I tried flipping my hair over spraying the underside then using my fingers to arrange. WOW not stand on end hair but really nice looking volume. There is something in this product that coats the hair shaft making it appear fuller NOT frizzy but full. My hair is below my shoulders and very heavy which is part of why it gets the flat look. This spray really helped seperate the layers, lift the crown and did not feel stiff. This can is leaving work with me in the morning and moving into my top drawer status products, if it held a little better it could be a HG. For the price it is certainly worth trying, good luck!

Best smelling hairspray in the world!! If not one of the best smells period. The hairspray itself is actually pretty good and will give you a decent hold with a fair amount of stickiness. It is not comparable to Kenra or KMS, but will do when you only have drugstore dollars in your wallet. I still pick it up every now and then when I am low on funds. And it just smells so amazing I can't resist it! The reviewer who said it can give u white specs is also right...it can happen every now and then which is annoying. Sometimes it can get a little hard and sticky too but you can solve that by blow-drying over the stickiness if you want/have time to deal with it. Otherwise you get a pretty natural look considering what you paid for.

I got this as a 2 pack from Costco so it was a good deal for the $$. This is definitely a hard hold spray and does a fabulous job for volume. I can kind of shove my roots up, spray, wait for them to dry and I'm left with full-looking hair. My only gripe is the nozzle. It gives a large spray so the rest/bottom of my hair gets a coating also. And because it's so hard holding I have to then kind of rebrush the bottom or I have a huge helmet head all over. Other than that this is one hairspray that lives up to it's promise of lasting volume and hold.

I love this hairspray. It smells great and volumizes well. The one thing I did not like is that it leaves build up in my hair. I don't spray too much b/c of this but I still always up end up w/ the small white flakes.

This is the only hairspray I will use! I put it on everyday and it continues to do what it says; gives great volume! Not to mention how amazing it smells...by far one of the best smelling hairsprays, it doesnt have that strong scent that most hairsprays have. love this stuff!
