I've used this foundation for nearly two years and have loved it but have recently decided to change as I think over time the needs of my skin have changed. It does have really good cover and you don't need to rush to blend it but sometimes it can be a bit streaky if you have had the product a while. Mine usually lasted 5 months which was great and the packaging is really handy. It lasts well throughout the day but I found that after a few hours (or straight away in heat) that I'd get oily patches. I'ts also great for sensitive skin and I'd but it again but it's time for a change!

This foundation broke me out like crazy, to the point where I had to stop using it about halfway down the tube. It felt heavy on my skin and came off on my clothes. It has a nice finish, and stays well throughout the day, but nothing is worth the kind of breakouts this caused.

When I first tried this foundation I was looking for something to cover my severe acne and red scars. I was desperate, nothing that I already had could cover that mess so I decided to give this a try (although was a little expensive for me). I noticed that it made my face look cakey, my pores very visible and the make up started to run after few hours. So I decided to use it just as a concealer. But few months after I tried again with a primer and then put some powder over. It looked amazing. As a primer I used a very little amount of cream (for oily skin), then I applied a very very little amount of foundation and settled it with powder. Wow!!! So that was what worked for me. I was used with those foundations that sink deep into the skin so I used way too much product, on a rather dry skin (as it was freshly washed with harsh cleanser for acne prone skin) and this made my face look horrible. Now I use Pro Activ lotion as a primer or even 2 drops of jojoba oil. They both work amazing with this foundation.
I like the tube, very hygienic and allows you to dose it well. I use no.2 shade and it suits me very well (plus some blush so I don't look pail as this foundation covers everything).
A little goes a long way. I don't use it everyday (sometimes I have good skin days and I afford wearing a lighter foundation).
Will definitely buy again as it is the best foundation for my oily acne pron skin that doesn't cause pimples or cysts. If it didn't work for you, give it a try with my method: clean face-small amount of primer/moisturizer-SMALL amount of foundation- setting powder. Good Luck! :)

Having worshipped Unifiance fluide mat foundation of the same brand,I had no choice but bying fluid corrective foundation when the first one was withdrawn(why do companies withdraw their best products?).Yes,its coverage is pretty good.Yes it lasts long.But for my pale skin it looks dark yellowish(like potato skin)and stresses every flaw of it!Try it on your face before you buy it.

I started of with the vichy dermablend version of this and hated t as it went shiny even after setting with a powder. When i saw this La Roche Posay one in boots i decided to try it to see if it was any better ... IT IS. Its amazing coverage, doesnt go shiny at all, lasts very well too. I dont use this as my foundation, all over i think could look a little too much, i use this before my foundation as a concealer....red marks..GONE...dark under eyes...GONE....spots...GONE....just use this on the areas you need too...let it dry, then go over with your regular foundation....flawless skin all day. Its amazing !!
I got this in 10 ivory (its slightly yellow but thats great becouse it fades out any red) the next shade up is 11 light beige and is more pink....and i am about a nw20

I like the packaging and how it is a squeeze tube, i feel like there is less contamination that way. At first I though I might love this foundation but I do not think so. It highlights every pore on my face. I actually really loved the color unlike some of the reviewers below, but I will say there isn't a huge color selection. I am NC20 and went with the lightest shade 10 and it was great for me, but I would rather look lighter than darker if I had to choose. Fragrance & paraben free which I totally appreciate, and also non pore clogging which is great. I just wish it didn't look so cakey on my skin and highlight imperfections. It is also hard to blend it almost stays on top of the skin. Back to the search sadly!

Very good foundation for me! Looks pretty good on skin, has medium to full coverage. Good for all skin types, doesn't break me out and stays at least 8 hours. The only problem I have is that it doesn't control oil at all.
Update: Ugh, this stuff made me looking like "oily mess" after an hour(!), even with base and powder. And I have combination skin! I really want to love this product but I wouldn't repurchase. And it stinks.

This product gives good coverage, however it does make my skin slightly oily, especially at the end of the day. Having said that,it is longlasting although the range of shades is not very wide. For the quality of the product the price is reasonable, and is actually cheaper than some drugstore foundations. The packing is hygenic and easy to carry with you when travelling.

It's a wonderful product! I'm on my second tube now, it goes on velvety smooth, the coverage is medium to full,best thing about it, it doesn't brake me out and it really is for sensitive skin! The only downside to it, it makes my T zone little bit oily, but nothing that a powder can't fix!

I bought this trying to find a slightly cheaper alternative to my Clinique Anti Blemish - anomie thing that would cover blemishes and do nice things to my skin! I'm really not overly impressed to be honest- its very thick and a bit too much coverage (think it would be really good if you wanted it to cover redness or uneven skin tone though), my face just felt a bit like a white sheet as the lightest tone was just too light but the one above far too orange. It seems to highlight my pores and any under-skin blemishes, and I think the last time I had to use powder this much to get rid of shine on my t zone I was a teenager! Overall I think this would be great if you have really smooth skin and just want to correct redness, but really not for me!

Hi, I have to say that it's my first time here. Well, I used to buy Clinique Repairwear, I used it for three years. But a week ago I went to the place where I usually purchases it and they told me that Clinique is not selling that product anymore, so I went to another drugstore to check if they had some of them left but unlickily they didn't have any. So, I used other foundations these days but I was so depressed when I went past a mirror... Finally, I started searching on google "foundations with couverage" and I found good opinions about Dermablend of Vichy. But I couldn't purchase it anywhere either. The druggist told me that she used a foundation by LRP with a lot of couverage (which was this one) and I bought it. It was yesterday and today it's been my first time with it and I only have good words, even my boyfriend says it's better than Clinique's one, ant it's half its price! So I'm SOOOO happy with it. For me, it's EXCELLENT!

I got this foundation in nr 10 and 11. There's not big of a difference between colors - Ivory 10 is more neutral beige toned, while 11 is maybe a tiny bit pinker but I still can use it on my warm toned skin without looking ashy or pink.
I have oily acne-prone skin which breaks out when products I use are wrong. This foundation doesn't do that.
It is full coverage foundation which sets nicely. You have to have moisturized and non-flaky skin or otherwise it will look bad (like any other foundation would). Once you apply it, it may look a bit powdery or heavy but when it sets, it will look even and healthy. Depending on the amount and brush you use, you can get different coverage. Duo-fiber brush applies foundation more sheer while flat top kabuki gives full coverage. You don't even need pea sized amount of this foundation to cover your whole face (I use it very lightly to even out my skin).
It lasts on without primer and powder 3-4 hours before I notice oils coming through. If you have oily skin, you need a primer or very light powder to help it last longer. I don't use it during summer because I don't need that much coverage and my skin looks better in summertime anyway, I think it would be a bit thick for summer. It feels comfortable on skin for a high coverage foundation. It doesn't make skin tight or itchy.
I usually use duo-fibre stippling brush which gives less coverage but looks very nice. You need to take time blending it though or it will look patchy because the texture is quite thick. Foundation covers redness, acne marks and other spots you may have amazingly well. It doesn't have strong scent which I like, but it has medicine like smell which fades very quickly so that is not a problem for me.
I don't know how it's on dry skin but it is amazing for oily acne-prone skin.
Pros:
* SPF
* finish is semi-matte, very natural, not oily or shiny
* medium to full coverage depending on your brush choice
* tube - you can get every last drop of it and it's hygienic
* perfect color match if you have light yellow/neutral skin (Clinique Anti-Blemish foundation in nr 2 or MAC NC20 can use Ivory 10 shade)
* reasonably priced
* doesn't feel heavy
Cons:
* I have to order it online
* color selection is not good (if you are very pale, even the lightest shade will look too dark on you)

Remember to moisturize well before applying this if you have dry skin.
This foundation has a tendency to highlight my skin's uneven texture, only the skintone is unified - to a beige tone that looks dull.
The light beige works for my skin tone with a little bronzer on top, but this is nothing special.

This is an incredible foundation with heavy duty coverage and a really natural finish. It cleared the acne on my chin and gave me the most wonderful light feel to my skin. I first saw it on a friend that had really bad acne scars and it made her look just perfect. This is the best foundation I have ever tried and it's too bad they don't make it in a larger shade range. The price is not exactly low, but you need the tiniest bit for your whole face, this lasted about 5 months with me. Amazing product, easy to blend, no smell, just perfect to me.

The coverage is just a-m-a-z-i-n-g!!I used it when I had a skin allergy and it covered it all!!The colours are a bit weird though.Ivory is way too light for my Eastern European skin tone. Compared to the expensive brands this one does a way better job for less money.Definately worth trying!!!!

This has the worst colour selection ever! I have it in the lightest colour and it still is too dark for my skin. It does cover very well and goes on nicely but after about 4 hours it starts to look very greasy which isnt exactly a good look but somehow still seems to have good staying power. I would not buy this again. Why is it so hard to get a full coverage foundation that doesnt slip off the skin and get greasy? If anyone has any recommendations please let me know!

Most amazing foundation I've used! Not kidding, I came across a sample and was blown away at just how awesome this foundation is. I've never used a foundation I thought to be perfect for my skin. Until now. The coverage is excellent and made my skin appear flawless. It covered up the little blemishes completely and I also love how it goes on, just perfect, no flakes or other annoying things foundation of lesser calibre are prone to doing. This is HG for me! I I got mine in Sand Beige and it's a great shade for me. Bottom line - buy it!!! I am so happy I got that little sample package given to me, if not I probably wouldn't have bought it as La Roche Posay isn't a brand I normally would buy but it's my new favorite foundation that's for sure!
EDIT: Sadly the discontinued this in Canada awhile back but I can still get it online. I ordered it once already (from the UK) and although I had to wait a few weeks for it to ship to me in Canada, I was very happy with it as usual. It lasted a loooong time (thanks to the amazing coverage, I find a little goes a long way) I wish it was available locally but glad I can still find it.

Covers well and doesn't flake off and heavy-duty corrective foundation in creams usually ends in drying mess over time. Actually it gives me a little sheen hour later. Not unattractive but for combo and oily-skinned, a sight, not a vision. Creamy and gentle and it will go the distance for me. The lack of colors is annoying and I'm not buying two to mix in hope of a shade that will "do". If more choices are available, I'm there.
