This highlighter is by far my favorite. I love that it's a powder instead of a cream so it's buildable and goes exactly where I want it to. I'm pale complected so I chose the rose glow color and it's more of a cool shimmer, no real color to it but it is super super flattering. My second favorite highlighter is Benefit's Moonbeam, but that is a distant second!

I think this is one of the best compact highlighters around - they are a great size for the price, but they are so intensely pigmented as well. I have the Natural Glow colour, which is a pale, natural pinky peachy colour. This is a neutral colour which can be used over the top of bronzer. It's fantastic for highlighting under the eye area (along the top of the cheekbone), and it's also brilliant to use to highlight the brow bone, as it lifts the brows up. I find that using a highlighter is great for awakening the face, especially if you're looking a bit tired. The only thing is - if you have open pores like me, try to avoid using it directly on the pores, as it accentuates it. So I just stick to applying it right up at the top of my cheekbone, diagonally opposite to the eye area. Also, I recommend starting light handed with this product (because of it's intense pigmentation), and build up from there, using a bronzing brush or a blush brush. A great product - highly recommended. It also contains Palladio's signature rice powder and is full of vitamins and antioxidants, so good for the skin. I am hoping to get the Golden Glow next, which is a gorgeous pale gold.

I use the "rose glow" as a blusher on my PPP skin. I am not much of a blush person, but I like what this soft pink with glimmer does for me--soft and subtle. Also, my cheeks are not an area that I worry about glimmer being confused with oil slick.

I bought this in Rose Glow. It is a very, very light/bright pink. I am not sure I know exactly how to use this because I have tried it on several occasions and it just does not look right. Too shimmery and bright for me. Maybe it would work for a younger person.

I just cant decide if I like this or not. Herbal Highlighter in "natural glow" is a pinkish-nude color with lots of shimmer, comparable to the shimmer provided in BB's shimmerbrick. Now normally I avoid outright shimmer. But I have had good luck with Shimmerbricks for providing glow, versus glitter shimmer, and this product actually provides glow as well. However, the product, though in pressed powder form, is actually very "loose". When you run your brush over it, it goes everywhere and gets all over. Thus, it is hard to keep this just on my cheekbones when I apply it. I find that it falls lower on my face (below my cheekbones, in the hollows of my cheeks and lower) when I apply this. That "messiness" factor is enough to keep me from rebuying. I do like the healthy glow it adds over blush, or alone, but I am a stickler for precise and area-specific makeup application, something difficult to do with this. $7.99 at Sally Beauty Supply.

I got this in Natural Glo and am very pale complected and it did not even show up on me. There is a shimmer but thats it. I am returing it to Ulta. Too bad, I wanted to like it. You get alot of it, it is $8.00.
