Working as a dental hygienist, I get "up close and personal" with patients. I literally invade their personal space so I get to see and smell up close what beauty products they are using. Last week, I had a middle-aged male in my chair. Mid-way through the cleaning, I smelled the unmistakable scent of coconut. Turns out he was wearing LM's Almond Coconut Body Souffle. Not sure if it's his or if he swiped some from his wife's stash, but it got me to thinking, I own that stuff, too. So I broke out my jar and spray, just in time for the warmer weather. If you want to smell like summer, Almond Coconut Body Souffle is one to try. Though not inexpensive, you get a lot of product in a very nice glass container. I love the creamy, whipped texture. It's highly perfumed so you really don't need the spray that's also available in this collection. I wore this to work this week and was immediately told how nice I smelled. The coconut and almond together create a sweet, tropical aroma that's not too over-powering or cloyingly sweet. I'll be wearing this one all summer.

I was so excited to get the sampler quad with all the different smells, I opened them and loved each and every smell so much. Each night I have been trying a new one after my shower, tonight was almond and coconut. It smells amazing in the tub but when I put it all over my arms and chest it suddenly smelt like plastic!! Honestly the most horrid smell ever! I gave it 5 mins to see if it was just my nose. But it was getting worse. It made me feel sick so I tried to scrub it of wi a wet towel and wet wipes 3 times. And put my sanctuary on just to cover the smell.
So disappointed in this one .
Others are All beautiful :)

Oh my goodness, the consistency is like whipped custard and leaves your skin exquisitely silky. The scent which lingers for hours pretty much transports me to a private island - it's a blissful, trancelike scent if you enjoy the smell of suntan lotion. Scrumptious, like no other!

This is my No. 1 body lotion. I love to smother myself with this especially when I am in a bad mood or after shaving my legs and having put on clean sheets on the bed. It is the ultimate luxury. Also very moisturizing and smells great. Does not irritate my sensitive skin even though it is quite perfumed. Must be natural flavors.

The price is much (60 Euro in Germany) but wort it as I love this so much. The other flavors do not do it for me.

I love this body creme. It smells amazing and the scent lasts all day. It is quite a sweet almond vanilla coconut scent.

The product itself absorbs really quickly into my skin. I use it both night time and bed time as I have quite dry skin - especially on my legs. It isn't stinky and because it absorbs quickly, I don't have to worry getting it on my clothes etc.

I don't like the jar packaging but I buy the small squeezy tubes from the chemists which I just refill now and again. I also use it as a hand lotion and keep a little pot of it in my handbag.

The only downside is that this is probably one of the most expensive body cremes I have bought!! But I do really like it. I think I will keep an eye out at Christmas in the hope that LM brings out a little Christmas kit or something.

This product smells heavenly. I use it on my chest, neck and arms as it doubles up as a perfume as well as a moisturiser because the smell is so fresh and sweet. I have had so many compliments whilst wearing this. The cream sinks in well and the scent last all day. I use it all over my body if I am going on a night out. The product lasts forever because the jar is quite big and you only need a little so it is well worth the price. This is a luxury product and would make a fantastic gift. The only downside is that it is not great to take traveling because the jar is glass and the lid is not very secure when flying. I took it on holiday and it opened up in my suitcase, oops. Howeber for use at home I give it 100%.

I love this product. LOVE LOVE! ahhaha. The smell is so delicious. I love it because it doesn't smell like straight coconut It's way more sophisticated. It is obviously a very foody gourmand I think it smells sweet, nutty and warm almost like a really tasty cookie. I don't use it all over my body because it's honestly not that great a moisturizer. I use it on my arms and chest/neck area in the morning basically just for the smell. Everyone who sits next to me comments on how nice I smell. The smell also lasts on your skin a really long time, which is great because it's not cheap!

You get a nice size jar too, I will repurchase because the smell is addicting.

This smells terrible on me. A perfectly nice sales assistant slathered my hands with it and sent me on my way. The scent was initially not unpleasant, and not as sweet as I’d feared. But it grew stronger in the hot and humid weather and less and less likeable so I tried to wash it off before lunch. There was enough smell left to ruin my grilled veggie and feta on garlic bread sandwich. Washed my hands again, this time re-soaping and scrubbing until the other ladies in the restroom started backing quickly away from me. I must have gotten some on my sleeves because I still reeked. Went to the grocery store, ran into a relative of hubby’s, who said, “Awful smell, their bakery section, I guess...they must have really gone downhill...uh…is that you?...you poor thing! What did you spill on yourself!?”

The crème itself seemed to be of good quality but the smell is much too over-powering, and not helped by my not liking the smell of coconut to begin with.

When I see the worlds Almond, Coconut, Milk and Souffle, I just have to have it. So you can imagine my joy when I noticed LM had a creme with all these words together. I was able to work out a swap for it and when it arrived I was thrilled. I opened it up to take a quick sniff and it smelled soooo yummy! But the more I smelled it, the more the scent of old milk became apparent, almost overbearing on top of the other scents. I tried to get over it, but that right there was a huge turn off.
The souffle itself has another let down - it is extremely greasy! This left my skin feeling and looking so greasy that I had to wipe it off shortly after.
I do give it credit for leaving my skin very soft after but I can get other products for much cheaper to have that effect on my skin.
In all, very disappointing product. If you want a yummy smelling body souffle, haunt down those BBW Tutti Dolce ones. Sooo worth it!

really sorry to not like the moisturizing qualities of this. for $55 i was really hoping for the best quality. have to force myself to use it up. and dipping the fingers into the jar is just euwww. the fragrance is so comforting though and i can smell it when i open the cupboard. but, my skin looks parchy just a few hours later so will have to pass on this.

I'm not what you'd call a fragrance maven, but there is one note I am fussy about and that is coconut. There are too many artificial and overly sweet coconut products out there. I tried this on a whim to qualify for a GWP at Neiman-Marcus. Good points: The fragrance is heavenly. The main note to my nose is the coconut, with the almond not so prominent, and even unnoticeable to me on some days. The cream's formula is quite rich and hydrates well. The fragrance has staying power: I received compliments on it well into the day, and didn't need to layer with other products to make the fragrance last. Bad points: The price. Some of you may think $55USD is not so bad for a high-end fragrance, but I look at it as $55 spent on body cream, even though it is a 12 oz. jar and will last quite a while. Also, the jar is glass—true, you wouldn't expect a high-end product to be packaged in plastic, but glass is not a good idea for the bathroom. (What if you drop it?) Overall, a fun indulgence. I ding it one lipstick for the price.

YUMMY! I absolutely love this product! I got the trio set of souffle's during the holidays and I am so glad I found it, They smell fantastic, feel great on the skin and while I love all three (creme brulee, almond coconut and french vanilla) this one is my fav! My hubby loves how I smell ;) BUY IT! UPDATE: The smell can be really overbearing after a couple uses LOL... use a little bit at a time.

You definitely get what you pay for. The creme is luxurious and unbelievably moisturizing. I have not tried applying it all over my body as my sort of perfume for the day but just from using it on my hands and arms I know it is super high quality and the scent lingers on and on. When you first apply, the almond is VERY prominent then gradually the tropical coconut scent emerges. It is very sweet and foody (obviously) but lovely, lovely, lovely and such a treat.

My aunt wears this and it smells really nice on her. I have been sampling this for a couple weeks now, I don't think I like it much on me. Sometimes is smells ok to me and others it is sickening sweet. My husband does not like this, everytime I force him to smell my arm he says I smell like plastic. The texture is nice but not worth the price IMO. EDIT 12/10: I got this in a mini trio set I ordered and this one smells really good, very nice and nutty with hints of coconut and vanilla. I wonder if the sample I tried was bad because this is nothing like that sample.

This body creme smells soooo good and the texture is amazingly light and fluffy. The scent does fade after a few hours for me although it generally does a good job of moisturizing. The only downside is the price. It's pretty hard to justify the price for the quantity despite the pretty packaging. With all the other body lotions out there(along with the various price ranges), I would definitely try another brand out before coming back to this.

Suffice to say I'm a LM loyalist: This is my third Soufflé, having used up jars of the Creme Brulee and the Tarte Au Citron. They feel so dreamy going on and the softness the cream imparts lasts at least 24 hours after you apply it. Incidentally, the scent does as well, so it's important that you like the smell when you buy it -- otherwise you will probably get sick of it, as I did after about six months. I pick up more notes of vanilla than of almond. It's very sweet and foody, and the scent makes me feel a little ill after a few hours -- like I ate too many macaroons. I'll go back to Creme Brulee if I ever finish this jar.
$55 for a 12 oz glass jar.

I received this from my mua'er friend in the US and I must say I really like it! It's smells dreamy and creamy, I really get lots of coconut, almond and soft vanilla tonka bean, it is also incredibly moisturizing, leaves my skin hydrated all day long. I wish to get the perfume soon!

A yummy, foody, creamy fragranced delight. I can place each individual scent easily in this--the coconut and almond notes are good enough to eat. It is wonderful layered with the matching eau gourmand scent or just worn by itself.

The texture is just right-not too thick or thin and it leaves my skin feeling soft, hydrated and pampered.

A bit on the spendy side, but well worth it. A definite re-purchase.

I most definitely agree with the previous lady- we will complain if the cream was too subtle-y scented and we now complain it is too much scented! This, imo, smells so yummy but it IS strong and WILL linger on your clothes/pyjamas/you etc for a very very long time! I do love the scent, but even to me this can get a bit too much. It smells very sweet, which is a good thing for me, but sometimes when its on my clothes, on me, it can be a bit overpowering. My ex boyfriend used to also really love this cream, and I would always put it on at night after a bath/shower. The reason I am giving 4 lippies and not 5: SO expensive, £45 for a jar in the UK, also the heavy glass jar may look great but not ideal for travelling so I could never take this on holiday with me, and lastly I admit I sometimes do find this too overpowering and I can never use it in the day AND my usual perfume. All in all, I would say this is a great cream for special occasions (although I find Benefit's body creams just as, if not more, luxiourious as this for half the price at least) but just not a day to day moisturiser for me. UPDATE: I put this on last night for a date and it was just too nausiating, the scent is very sweet/sickly I'm just not sure I can use this again. And I only used it on my legs but the whole car still smells of it the day after....
