A bubblegum version of Girl About Town is the perfect way to describe this. It's almost what I would get it I applied GAT and then put a light, frosty pink on top. While swatching for comparisons, I discovered that Girl About Town, layered with Pink Nouveau is an exact color dupe for this one.
The formula is a bit more sheer, and more forgiving than most of MAC's bright fuchsias. Slightly frosted and beautifully shiny, but not like typical "frost" formulas.

I bought this sight unseen off the website since I love wearing fuschia lipsticks with muted eyes. FF is not quite as deep as some of the fuchsias I'm used to wearing; it's more medium fuschia, more "bubble gum"-looking on me (NW25/brown/brown w/ pigmented lips). Experimenting with liners, I find that Beet gives it a depth that I like a lot; Quartz boosts the pink just slightly. I'm very glad it's a Lustre; otherwise the Bubble Yumminess of the color would be too much. It's fun, and I'll use it, but it won't be a staple.

I LOVE this color. Very bright (but since it's a lustre, it can be applied sheerly) and has a definite blue tone. It's pretty pigmented, but to really make the color pop, I use it with magenta lip pencil. Very moisturizing, but I find it bleeds a little. It's definitely worth trying if you have the skintone to pull it off - get it now because, like all great MAC, it's Limited Edition. I have this lipgloss from Passport called Peseta that is the exact color of this and looks stunning on top of this. I would absolutely buy again.
EDIT - I jsut wanted to add that this is the only limited edition MAC lipstick that I have actually bought a back-up of because I love it so much. I wore just this adn some blush to a party today and got so many compliments on this. my mother even made me order one for her! Definitely get this one if you have a chance!

I LOVE THIS LIPSTICK!!!! I got it today when I turned in 6 empty containers so I chose this as I my free lipstick. I am a light skinned black woman with brown and dirty blond hair, I am not sure what my MAC foundation color is but in Maybelline I am a Dark1, lighter brown. This looks great on me, even with the blue undertone, I wore it out the store and got 3 compliments!! it is bright poppy pink, but sheer!! it has a smooth texture and is a bit matte but that makes the color less juvenile to me. This is a new color too!! GET THIS LADIES!!!!!! and if you are african-american dont be afraid!!! It is a great univeral shade anyone can wear.

This lipstick's name is pretty self-explantory.
What a terrific Spring/Summer color!
FF is a super-bright pink with a definite blue tone.
A Lustre formula, FF is somewhat sheer, which makes this almost neon pink more wearable than it might be if it went on opaque. A decent amount of sheen makes FF more wearable, too
I give it a 5 because I love brights, and cool blue-based colors work on me(pink-ivory skin, dark green eyes, dark brown hair). I realize that "Fashionably Fuchsia" may not be for everyone; all I can say is that it works on me.
I also love "Girl About Town," which is also fuchsia, but reddish; FF is a pink/blue fuchsia.
I don't have "Pink Poodle" lipstick, but I have the PP Lipglass, and FF looks fairly similar.
If blue-based brights are your "thing," check out this LE before it's gone!
I may even buy a back-up.
UPDATE: I really put this one to the test today, and its high score holds! I put on a moderate coat, blotted, then put on a final, rather light coat.
Then I dusted on a little "Fuchsia" pigment for shimmer. Then I topped the whole business with "Lustrewhite" Lustreglass. Then I drank water, sneezed several times, and rubbed my lips together. Two hours later, it was starting to fade, but still looked fairly good.
Of course, by noon, it was gone!
I'm not disappointed, because we are talking about conventional(as opposed to longwear) lipstick here, and I think it held up darned well under the circumstances.
Plus, I LOVE the color!
