This is pretty much the only moisturizer I can use on my face that doesn't either break me out or give me a rash. I have acne-prone skin that's both dry and oily--my pores clog easily, but my skin also gets dry easily. I tried a few different moisturizers: Dermatologica's Active Moist, drugstore brands like Clean and Clear and Cetaphil, and department store brands like Shiseido-always the oil-free or acne formulas. They either didn't have enough moisture, or they would sting when I applied them. Even Active Moist which is supposedly the gentlest lotion ever stings like crazy and turns me pink.
This does not sting when I apply-it's really soothing actually. It smells great-really natural understated scent. It sinks right in and doesn't leave a film or feel heavy. It makes my skin feel normal, not like it's been "moisturized".
It's really expensive, but I've been getting it from the same vendor on ebay for years now, so worth looking for there. I get the 100 ml tube, because even though the pot comes with a little spatula, I like squeezing it out of the tube better cuz it's cleaner.

I recently had a facial in Vancouver with Phytomer products and when I left my skin had never looked so good. Even my three friends couldn't believe it. And my skin had never felt so moisturized. I have combination skin and my skin is really dry and flaky in some areas, but in need of light moisture in others. This did the trick, it didn't irritate my sensitive skin and has left it just as soft as the day I had my facial. I use the Oglioforce serum underneath. I am hoooked, my skin has never looked so good. It was not cheap, but the results were worth it!

Love this product... especially in the winter, but it is not so heavy that i can't use it in the summer (at night). It is just an overall good moisturizer, hydrates the skin and doesn't cause break outs. I have combo skin, quite dry in the winter and prone to breakouts, but this moisturizer has always performed. Will definitely continue to purchase this.

This is my HG moisturizer. I have very dry and sensitive skin, and this sinks in and really makes my skin look glowing and even toned. The fragrance also is not too strong or chemical smelling, just kinda smells like the seaweed i guess, in a good way. I have repurchased, even though it is very expensive, because I have found nothing that even compares to this.

This superb moisturizer does wonders for my sensitive skin. Lines are less visible and my skin looks really good, well moisturized and healthy.
It comes in a jar and I would prefer to have a tube as it's just more practical to use. It doesn't make your face sticky or oily but you notice quickly how soft your skin gets with this. I have found my HG! and I will definately repurchase!
EDIT: so it's not my HG anymore, it's an average moisturizer but at the time it was all I could tolerate on my skin. Therefor, I downgrade it to 3 lippies.

I'm now on my 3rd jar of this stuff and I'm still liking it. Usually once I get halfway through the 2nd jar of a product I've had enough. This stuff I enjoy using because it hydrates my skin without leaving a film, greasy feeling or causing acne. My skin is sensitive, dehydrated and always has some acne.
I'll continue to purchase this cream as long as it keeps doing what it does. The downside is that it comes in a jar, but I'm looking into getting to pro size which comes in a tube.
