ABSOLUTELY GAWWW-JUSS!! Summer baby is one of the best drug store lip glosses I've tried. I was curious to try Milani lip glosses because the colors look so pretty, and I've heard great things about them. I picked this up at Walgreens, and it was like $4/5. This is a very shimmery, pinkish-golden lip gloss. I always pair it with a nude lipstick like MAC Fresh Brew, and it complements my NW 50 skin so much! This lip gloss looks so sophisticated and high-end. It reminds me a little bit of my Chanel glossimer in Seashell, another pinkish-golden color. It's also very long-lasting, at least compared to other drug store lip glosses I've tried. My only complaint would be the packaging. I'm not a big fan of the tube - it looks cheap. Other than that, everything's fine. I would recommend giving this a try.

I like the lipgloss. It's very sheer, but its long lasting. the peachy pink and gold flecks go great with my warm undertones. It is not a stand alone lip gloss if you are, ahem, Highly pigmented, I suppose? However, my bottom lip is a few tones lighter than my top, and the peachy pink in the gloss help minimize that. I think this gloss would be excellent to layer over coral, peach, or pink lipsticks. I do wish there was more in the tube, but it is pretty thick, so perhaps the size isn't a big deal. I shelled out about 5 and a half bucks for this thingy, so you bet your fur that I'm gonna use all of it, lol.

This is such a pretty lip gloss. I pair it with almost every dark lip color that I wear and it tones the lipstick down a little bit while giving a perfect shine. Milani is not sold here in Australia so I had to get it shipped from the US. I will surely repurchase this when I run out but the shipping and the effort to get it shipped from US will be too much.

For reference, I'm NW45/NC50/Revlon ColorStay Cappucino with full pigmented lips. I gave it 2 stars b/c the color is not the same on the lip as it looks in the tube. It seems more gold and less pink when applied, and even after some time, it's just less gold. I suppose if I used a pink liner I would get the look that I'm going for. However, for my chocolate-hued ladies, there are other Orgasm-like glosses that complement our complexions better. Keep reading my reviews!

Such a pretty color. Hard to describe but it is a lovely summer color with a pink, tan, peach combination. I love wearing this alone or over MAC Myth. This is my second Milani gloss and I love them. The formulation is nice-minimal stickiness, the color payoff is great, and it smells slightly of vanilla. I think this gloss was under $5. Give it a try, it's gorgeous on my NC25 skin.

I purchased this lipgloss because it is supposed to be a dupe for one of my favorite glosses, MAC's Nymphette. I am so disappointed because it barely shows up on me at all and the formulation is horribly drying. The scent is annoying and the applicator sponge is very cheap. This is the worst gloss I have ever used. I have had better luck with Milani blushes, but I will NEVER buy their lip gloss again!!!!!

Great color, no complaints. I like how it is a bit smaller tube too, fits in your pocket well.

Iīd hate to bring down the ratings for this, but this didnīt do it for me. The color ended up being to pastey pink and the glitter felt crunchy. Tried this with light pink shades and it was a disaster. Also, the color was not flattering for me at all. Overall, great color but donīt recommend for those with very pigmented lips by itself.

This is great - lovely shimmery colour. I prefer to wear it over another lipstick or gloss as it is a little too golden / pale straight on my lips. The smell does not bother me at all - I hardly notice it. The applicator bugs me though - the tip is quite stiff and small.

Here's my problem with it: It smells.
I have no complaints about the colour or texture (even though it is a heavy gloss) but oh wow, I put this on for the first time, and HOLY BEJEEZUS I nearly fainted. Even now, five *hours* after I took it off, I have a headache.

It's a very, VERY strong vanilla scent, with hints of plastic and decay mixed in for good measure. Right under my nose, on my lips? No thank you.

I think it's a pity, especially since I love the way it looks on me, but if I die every time I put it on? Yeah, this one's going straight to the trash, unless one of my friends wants it.

The packaging, I also didn't mind. I thought it was very cute, small and easy to hold or slip into a pocket. It's actually why I bought this.

Oh well.

Very comparable to NARS Super Orgasm in both color and consistency. I really like this gloss and I'll definitely purchase other colors. I'd never by NARS again if this came in more colors. Oh and I also thought that the staying power was pretty good for a gloss.

Editing this to say that it's pretty much exactly the same as MAC's Nymphette but I like the formulation of MAC's lipglasses much better.

This lipgloss is what I wanted Nymphette to be but with a better texture/taste. The color is beautiful and gives you a sexy pout. Downside: the lasting power is a little weak even for a gloss.

I love this stuff! I just picked up a tube from CVS and it's become my new favorite gloss. Summer Baby is the perfect combination of peachy pink with gold shimmer. It's the best lip gloss since... um... sliced bread?

There's a guest post on the lovely Karen's Makeup and Beauty Blog comparing Milani's Summer Baby to MAC's Nymphette. Are they dupes? I can't say since i haven't seen them side by side, but both look beautiful!

For a college girl, this lip gloss is beautiful... both for the lips and for the budget!

Milani Summer Baby has long been touted as MAC Nymphette's much cheaper dupe. As I haven't tried Nymphette, I can't speak to that, but hey -- if numerous reviewers are enjoying the perks of a MAC lipglass at a Milani price, then how great is that? All I can say is that Summer Baby applies a sheer pink with a soft golden shimmer. If NARS Orgasm lipgloss really wanted to mimic Orgasm blush, I think it would look much more like Summer Baby. I find the texture to be slightly less sticky than MAC, and while the packaging is nowhere near as attractive, it'll do. Plus you get more bang for your buck, as it's 4.86 g to MAC's 4.8 g. All in all a great buy at Target, where, if memory serves me correctly, I paid less than $5.00 for it.

Thank goodness for these reviews or I never would have tried this. I love it! Tastes and smells like vanilla so my husband and I love that. The color is glorious, light pink with gold shimmer, and different from anything I have. I am running to CVS to pick up several more tubes in case they ever discontinue this shade.

I love the color of this gloss...def a duplicate of MAC's however the aftertaste and smell of this gloss makes me want to take it off.
It smells really nice right out of the tube but after five minutes the plasticky smell and taste come out and are a thumbs down for this product.
Love the color and texture but will not repurchase :(

I wear this gloss all the time. I love the shimmer gold, such a pretty color and really cute name. I bought it because my makeup guru emilynoel on youtube said it was a dupe for MAC. I have seen the swatches and I can't believe how close they are. It does smell a little odd, not enough to make me stop wearing it. Such a great buy!

**Edit**Just wanted to chime in on this product. This has become my FAVORITE lip gloss. I reach for it all the time. It gives my lips a sexy shimmer that I haven't found with any other gloss.

I gave this a good rating, but don't think I would buy again. I am really sensitive to weird smelling lip glosses - and this one is definitely one of them I am more sensitive to. It is just a very fake plastic-y scent. I was hoping to get this as a cheaper dupe for MAC Nymphette. I love the golden pearl/shimmer to it, but I really dislike the stickiness of MAC's lipglasses. This is a pretty good dupe for MAC Nymphette. It might be a hair darker with more berry than pink, but pretty close for $10 less.
It is also nowhere near as sticky as MAC's lipglasses. I really dislike the container and applicator for this gloss, however. The tube is pretty tiny, and the applicator doe-foot is also smaller and doesn't grab much color at all - so you have to keep applying.
I hadn't tried Milani glosses in over 5 years, and I'm remembering why! But all-in-all, this is a good dupe for MAC Nymphette.
