I bought this because I've loved Bliss products in the past, and it sounded like a nice bath product. I absolutely hated it. It leaves a horribly greasy film around the bathtub when you get out. It makes your skin feel soft at the beginning, but it leaves this thick oily mess on your skin when you get out of the tub. I had to get back in the shower after bathing to wash it off. Never again!

Sooooo relaxing. The scent is light and fresh, very very spa-like. And it makes your skin super soft. Delish!

OK I just used this for the first time 5 minutes ago.
Initial reaction:
Oh my lord, I feel like I just took a bath with the Exxon Valdez! I'm 28 with combo skin & dry patches on my stretch marks from having 2 kids. I can guarantee you I have *never* been this moisturized in my life before on every inch of my body! I may have to take a shower with soap to wash some of this off. I used about 2 tbsp & I highly reccommend you start with 1 tbsp or less. I'm not sure what I think of this yet, the smell is very relaxing - I will update later.
Update, 30 minutes later:
The oil sunk into my skin & it's ultra moisturized & I smell great! I'll try this with less oil next time, increasing lippies from 3 to 4 for now. Will update again.
UPDATE #2:
All you need of this is a capful - I don't squeeze it out of the top since I always get too much in that way. This is awesome to sooth dry skin in the Winter, but I won't use this in the summer (I don't usually use any oil based product in the summer since it breaks out my combo skin)
Conclusion (Finally?) :)
This smells great & works but I'm not sure it's worth the price overall. If I was rich I'd definitely buy again since lower end probably wouldn't smell as good. Nice stuff.

First off, the packaging must have changed, because i just bought this, and it is in a plastic bottle now. It is pretty easy to handle, so that is good. Second off, I absolutely LOVE this product! At $26 (at Sephora) it is a little bit on the pricey side, but I have never used something that has made my skin so smooth with such a nice scent! I was only in the bath for about 10-15 minutes (it recommends staying for 20) and my very dry skin was soft as can be for 2 days! Usually when I take a hot bath, I get out and feel very dried out, but this worked like a charm to moisurize my skin. Since it has an oil base, it does leave residue in the tub, but i sprayed "The Works" on it, and it wiped right off. I will definitely buy again! One tip, though... if you shave in the tub, make sure you clean the tub between using this, and shaving. I amde the mistake, and my razor was so clogged with oil (from the side of my tub) that I had to rinse it out between each stroke.

Use very sparingly b/c:
#1 - It is expensive;
#2 - It is very concentrated in terms of moisturizing and the delicious smell;
#3 - it leaves your bathtub super slick, so be really careful climbing out of your tub, after using this product.
All that said, this soak leaves your skin incedibly soft after only a 15 minutes soak. I smell delicious, and my bathroom and bedroom (attached to bathroom) smell clean and refreshing for at least 24 hours after my bath. I save it for special occasions and as a special treat for myself. If you are a bath lover, you should try a bottle of this bath soap (assuming you like the lemony smell). It will definetely raise the bar for future bath treatments.

Smells fantastic! I just can't get enough of that Bliss Lemon + Sage scent...I love it, and I end up using the products simply because they smell so good.
This is a nice bath oil soak...nice, but nothing spectacular. Fairly expensive, but it does come in a big bottle, and a little bit goes a long way. We have very hard water, and this works well to soften and moisturize my skin. Very nice for a warm, before bed soak.
The packaging stinks, just like the other reviewers stated. A big, slick glass bottle, filled with oil in a tiled bathroom is a recipe for disaster. Ouch! Just be careful when you're handling the bottle...as my health teacher always said, 98% of preventable accidents happen in the home!
Seriously though, nice product, great fragrance, dangerous packaging.

YECH! 1. Save yourself some money and buy some mineral oil and scented oils and pour it into your bath tub. 2. I love the Lemon&Sage smell and it does make your skin soft. But after bathing it leaves an oil slick in the bathtub which takes FOREVER to clean up.

Aside from it being an accident waiting to happen (seriously - what was Bliss thinking - they put a very slippery product into a glass bottle and expect it to be used in the tub) the soak is not exactly a pleasant experience. I like to leave the bath feeling clean - not drenched in oil. There are, I'm sure, a lot of dry-skinned people that will welcome this product. I'm not one of them.
Update: I'm still not a fan of the oily nature, but I did want to add that the smell is DIVINE.

A bit expensive...okay, very! This smells great...leaves your house smelling the same, and you only need alittle bit. Still doesn't explain the price.

The packaging has clean lines and a spa feel. The smell is fabulous as always but other than that, this product doesn't impress me much. It leaves my skin a little softer but nothing much. I get better results with Keri brand bath oil from the drugstore! This is much too pricey for what it is (despite the fact the bottle is massive) for me to repurchase.

Two tablespoons of this product in a warm bath, and after a 20 minute soak, my skin felt wonderfully soft and silky. The scent is fresh, soothing, and relaxing.
