My grandmother gave this to me (along with 6 other shades of red) after finding that she had too many lipsticks (she kept buying them because she has a bad memory and most of them she had never even opened). I have this in 964- Maximum Red and it is a creme matte formula. Although this does not plump my lips it does provide a tingling for a couple minutes and doesn't dry out my lips like other matte lipsticks and actually leaves my lips super smooth. (Although this is not truly a matte lip colour, it is a creme without sparkles.) I think the formula is creamy and build-able and I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the colour of it! It stays on better than some other drugstore brands I have tried (as long as I blot). It is fragrance free which means that a wide range of girls could wear it. Unfortunately the packaging makes me uneasy. Not only does it look tacky but the lid is rickety and seems like it could fall off at any second.
Overall one of my favorite lippy's.

This lipstick is definitely not a favorite of mine. It does not plump at all. You may experience a tingling sensation for1-2 minutes and think it's doing something but it's not. 2nd, this product does not have good color payoff. I have it in Berry Souffle and it hardly adds any pigmentation to my lips. The consistency is the biggest issue I have with this lipstick. It feels grainy. It's not smooth and creamy like others said it should be. Lastly, the color does not last. It rubs off very quickly. I'd return it if it weren't Bogo.

I just got this with a Walgreens coupon for a free one. I got Plush Blush (912) and I like the color and yes, it's creamy going on, but I can tell it won't last long and...no tingling...no plumping...no nothing except for the nice color and being creamy. I saw all the reviews at various websites and they were mixed.
I LOVE lipstick and glosses and my bag is SO full of them that I have a hard time finding one when I need it. I'll even put more than one color on to get the look I want. So....here I go with my free coupon and huge expectations in my head of more pouty lips. I really have full lips and don't need them plumped, but HEY, the fuller the better right?
But, I'm glad I got this one FREE because I would have taken it back if I'd have paid for it. It's just an 'okay' lipstick....I'm not impressed at all with this one.

I usually NEVER buy CG products. I got this in Baby Girl for free from Walgreens with a coupon. It's a very pale frosty pink which doesn't work very well for me (NW20) but with a little L'Oreal Color Riche gloss in Soft Coral over the top, it's acceptable. I like the cooling sensation when it's applied and it wears well, not dyring at all. I don't notice any plumping but my lips are already very full so idk. I think I would purchase this in another color because overall I like it but this color just doesn't suit me.

This is my everyday lipcolor and have been using it for years. I own it in Warm and Rosy, Honey Rose, and Baby Girl. Warm and Rosy is definitely my favorite and is a gorgeous shade. However, I hate Baby Girl -- it's too shimmery and too lightly colored, even for my very fair skin. The lipstick itself is very creamy and moisturizing. It's not a miracle lip plumper, but my lips definitely do look fuller.

The colors are nice, but I returned it right away. This is extremely drying, it almost feels like there was baby powder on my lips. I noticed no plumping whatsoever, and I don't understand why most lipsticks out right now are so drying. I guess I prefer the texture of almost lipstick by Cliniuqe. The packaging was also strange, too big,but could easily be overlooked if it was the least bit wearable. I really hated it.

I honestly didn't expect this to work as a lip plumper but it does. It's a slight plumping effect, nothing magical, but I can definitely see the difference. The tingling feeling is very similar to those peppermint lip balms. It wears off quickly but leaves my lips soft. I have it in Ripe Fig (976) which I think is a great every day color. I'm gonna check out the other colors, but so far all the ones I've seen were light frosty shades that look horrible on my tanned olive skin tone!

I bought this lipstick in Bold Bordeaux since I am middle-eastern and have light olive skin with dark brown hair. The color is very sexy, a nice dark reddish brown. I do wear this in the day as well, but the color may be too strong for a day event depending on your skin color/hair. The lipstick is creamy and goes on nicely. The lipstick is a bit drying on my lips but it does last quite a long time which is nice. I don't dig the smell either but it's a lipstick after all. Just as a comparison, I bought Revlon's Sultry Sable lipstick which is pretty much the same color. I have to say Revlon's is better because it doesn't smell, is more moisturizing, lasts a long time as well and is the same price.

Not a big fan of plumping lip products but the raspberry shade Incredifull was highly rated in a beauty mag. I ended up getting Incredifull in Pink Jolie and although I've never been impressed with Cover Girl products, I loved this lipstick! Super moisturizing, glossy, easy to apply and amazingly long lasting! I was shocked to come home from work and see that after an hour and a half commute, my lip color looked freshly applied. I plan to try Incredifull in Pillow Pink since I see it was highly rated by MUA users. I fully recommend giving this product a try!

Very nice! Superlative moisturizing power. I first bought 964, maximum red. Way too red/bright for everyday, but works for the rare night out. The pigment level of a lipstick, with the moisturizing power of a lip treatment. Super comfortable, never dry. I felt like every time I rubbed my lips together more moisture came out of the lipstick - almost like there were refreshing little moisture beads in there and I kept popping them! It really lasted. It did make my lips look full and soft, but there was NO sting or burn like some other lip plumpers. Maybe the plumping effect comes from being SUPER moisturizing. I was so impressed, I ran out and bought a color more suited for every day "Cerise" (a tawny lightly frosted shade). For some reason, I did not find the Cerise to be as moisturizing as the Maximum Red. I don't know if it was the color or if it was a bad batch. I was very disappointed, as I really wanted the moisturizing feel of the Maximum Red in a more day-time color! I also find that the range of shades available tends to be a little too blue-y or plain old brown. I was looking for a warm, tawny, orangey shade and Cerise was the only one I could find. I will try another color, but if I get the same result as the Cerise, I will not buy again.

I usually do not care for lip plumpers. I already have full lips, and many of them have that annoying burn. That said, I still happen to love this lipstick. It's an HG for me, and it does not feel as harsh as many lip plumpers. I have it in 924, which is a bright, but deep berry color. Basically, it has deep pink and hints of purple in it, along with some shimmer. It is a flattering color for me, and it makes my lips stand out nicely. This gives a nice, pouty look, and I do not find it to be too drying. The plumping agent tingles just a bit, but does not burn. In fact, I think it feels good--but that's just me. I've been purchasing this color for some time now, but I am also anxious to try some other shades from the Incredifull line as well.

I bought this on impulse. It felt creamy and looked pretty when I tried it on my hand. I have it in 912 Plush Blush. When I got home and put it on, I thought I had an allergic reaction to it (which would be a first for me), but it turns out it's supposed to feel all tingly and cooling. No thanks, I could do without it. I find it unpleasant and prickly. Thankfully it goes away in about 15 minutes. Surprisingly, it did make my lips look plumper. It doesn't last very long, but that's expected for a lipstick that doesn't make such claims. I still wear this just to get my money's worth and because I like the consistency and colour, but I wouldn't get it again.

I got this in some pink color (932), and I like the tingly feeling it gives my lips.
The texture is pretty smooth and light. I don't like that the actual lipstick part is cylindrical; I prefer the tapered shape for precise application. This always ends up outside my lip line. It's great for dabbing on the center of the lip for a little shimmer that adds fullness.
(I think) this actually plumps a bit, too. It's apparent when I smile. Usually, my lips kind of disappear, but with this they look nice and full. I love it! Gonna go pick up more shades. This one is a pornstar shade haha, I hope they have some more natural colors.

Love this lipstick, and it's so cheap too! I think it really does make my lips look fuller, without the major tingling that you usually get from plumping lipsticks. I like that it plumps but also adds a good amount of color and coverage (usually lip plumpers are just glosses). My absolute favorite shade is Bold Bordeaux...hoping they haven't discontinued it since I've had a problem finding it lately...it's actually a deep plummy rose like color and it's just perfect! A staple for me! I also have this in Spicy Pucker, a coppery red shade which is also very nice. Great product.

I bought this in "Spicy Pucker" off of the clearance rack at Target for about $3. It's a nice coppery color with a little shimmer. I'm pretty pale, but I have red hair and I think this complements my coloring and keeps me from looking too washed out. It does feel fairly tingly when I put it on, but I don't notice too much plumping...of course my lips are fairly "pouty" to start with, so I'm not really disappointed by the lack of plumping.
The only things I don't like are that the shimmer sticks around longer than the lip color...which looks a little odd with just little bits of glitter stuck to my lips, but I just put some lip balm or gloss over it if I don't have the lipstick with me and it's fine. The only other slight issue is, as someone else mentioned, the lid doesn't snap on as well as I would like. I don't think it's going to fall off or anything, but when you put it on like it belongs, it pops back a little like there's too much air pressure inside. Only a slight annoyance and certainly not enough to keep me from purchasing again.

I love this lipstick! Usually I don't like plumping lipsticks, because they are too expensive and my lips are already on the plump side, but these are inexpensive and the color selections are great. I've tried a few of these, and my favorite that I keep repurchasing is Ripe Rasberry. I have skin on the fair side with yellow undertones, and this shade seems to work with me well. Also, the deep berry shade is just a shade or two darker than my natural lip color, and it has a nice shimmer to it. This doesn't dry out my lips the way many lipsticks tend to do. Overall, great price and quality. It's an HG item for me.

I used to have pink hair, and I always felt the need to have lips that were as dark or darker than my hair, or else I felt pale and washed-out. The pink hair went away, but I still feel like a corpse without my dark pink lipstick.
I got #928 Fresh Jam--found it at a discount store for $2. :P It's a nice, bright magenta with a gold shimmer to it. Has a slight tingle upon application, but I didn't notice any plumping effects (which I could care less about). Will buy again unless I find something better in the meantime.
Oh, and I hate the cap on this thing. When closed, the cap is still very loose. Feels like it could fall off.

EDIT: wow-wow-wow! i've gone out and bought this lipstick - and i'm EXTREMELY IMPRESSED!! This is my new HG lipstick, and i plan to stock up just in case. Got it in Cocoa Delicious (a mocha/almost plum-tinged cool brown - no sparkles), Berry Souffle (a cool based berry - no sparkles) and Raspberry ?? (a cold berry - sparkles). Cocoa Delicious and Berry Souffle are far more moisturizing than the sparkles laden Raspberry - which is also too p asty/opaque. i'd recommend avoiding the sparkly versions. So Cocoa Delicious and Berry Souffle: are long-lasting, feel cool on the lips - with a little tingle but not too much at all, no scent, no taste, the most moisturizing lipsticks i've tried - even in the depths of -25C weather, great pigment payoff, aftercolour isn't weird either. i have very sensitive skin and i've had no problems even though i've used this for almost 3weeks now (started with the Cocoa). i'm very happy with this product - my new Lipstick HG and will repurchase! It's a much better product (IMO) compared to CG TruShine lipsticks as well. i'll stick with the COCOA delicious as my HG though - as the Berry ended up clashing with my strong eyes (gave it to my mum instead) - but this colour would work well with neutral eyes. i dislike the Raspberry as it's too pasty and leaves sparkles all over my face. i'll be trying Chai Grande next for a lighter coloured neutral. For reference, i'm a cool-undertone Caramel gal (NC42/45-ish or CoverFX I40/B15).
