ARGH... this is just gross! I hate it! My dear sister wore it today and I asked her what it was. I love her to death but didn't have the heart to tell her it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO strong and just icky. Smells chemical, irritating, and yucky! I like Avon as much as the next gal who likes a deal, but ICK.

A pretty bottle, but not much else going for it. Very generic fruity berry type fragrance that's not much to write home about. It's pretty enough to wear but once you've tried a designer scent, you won't go back to 'budget' scents again!

Not a bad fragrance, but boring. There is nothing to this, no dimension.
I find it interesting this scent is still being sold by Avon; it ought to be discontinued to make way for a better product.

First of all, can I make the distinction between Surrender, Surreal and Wink. They are three distinct fragrances. Surrender is in a pink and silver box and that is the one that smells like Euphoria. It's really good! Surreal is the one pictured above and could be compared to Beyond Paradise and Wink is in a tall cuboid colorful bottle that has a fruity raspberry (not to pleasent to me) scent.

I have never seen Surrender discussed on the boards so I am assuming that it is a European release and hence the confusion which is understandable because the names are so similar.

Anyhoo, back to Surreal. Think of all the fuity florals blended together and you get an idea of what this one is like. To me it smells too much like many others on the market. Don't get me wrong, it is pleasent and nice and not at all offensive and would probably suit a lady who would be delighted to be described thus. But not me :)

I do not like this one at all. I don't like the way it smells in the bottle, and I don't like the way it smells on my skin. It is an unpleasant scent to me, which is strange, because Avon fragrances are in my experiance usually inoffensive. I got this as part of a set (one of those Avon special where you get a purse loaded up with products). It just smells strange and synthetic to me.

To my nose and with my chemistry I get a more spicy/fruity scent...very light and pretty. I find the lasting power pretty good...a couple sprays in the morning and I can still smell it at bedtime. The more I wear Surreal the more I like it.

I think this is the best perfume ever made by Avon and I do think it smells very similar to Euphoria for a fraction of the price. I have both and I really do smell a similarity. Its like Euphorias sister scent in my opinion and I love the color of the bottle. My man likes it and thinks it smells sexy so thats always a plus.

Avon "surreal" is such a pretty, light,summery scent that I could wear it every year and not tire of it! It's got top notes of berries and dries down to a ambery type scent. Very easy to wear.

fruity and tropical, lasts all day. beautiful bottle,love it! Sort of reminds me of Live by Jennifer Lopez. Not quite, but, love this perfume.

"Surrender" is Europe's version of "Wink". And Wink does smell like Euphoria more than this scent. I don't detect "Euphoria" from this scent. But it's pleasant.

this is my favourite avon perfume so far..all the other 1s dont smell as fresh and sophisticated and this 1 is just pure beauty..its a little fruity and tropical and not very musky..which i like..it lasts okay..not long but just okay..smells sooo good!!..EDIT: this fragrance gets old pretty fast, it still is a pretty scent but it may give you headaches if you use this for too long

A lot of people on here are comparing this to CK's Euporia. I dont smell that at all. Infact, this scent is identical to Estee Lauders Paradise. Even the bottle is the same, just like Avons Goddess is a knock off of one of J Los scent (I think its Still, cant remember right now..)

EIther way, Surreal is a nice scent, very summery to me. Would buy when on sale.

This smells just like Calvin Klein's Euphoria, I can't believe how close they smell!!! It a fruity, spicy scent, not sweet, not musky....different, but really nice and sexy. It's not heavy, so you can wear it in the summer/spring, the fruits notes help in that, and the amber notes help to make it wearable in fall/winter as well. Love the bottle, better than Euphoria, that my cats keep knocking over! I will buy this before I rebuy Euphoria.... I tend to use this one more, due to a lighter and more fruitier base in Surreal.
