I bought the 50ml serum couple months ago and have used it almost everyday and have not noticed any significant difference in my skin tone, firmness, elasticity, etc. I would not recommend buying this product. It was thoroughly useless and costed me more 100$ cdn after tax.

Just bought a set of the youthtopia today...and all I'm saying is that hardly any of these reviews are helpful. The woman who sold this to me said it was for older women who need firming and lifting. I bought it because i'm having some premature aging around my eyes and thought it might work for that.

My point is...hardly anyone has mentioned the whether it FIRMED and/or LIFTED their face. lol. :)

I have used up my whole bottle of this and i cant say that i really notice a difference. Oddly i got better results from the sample i got, once i purchased the bottle i wasnt as happy. But i gave it a go, i think there are better ones out there to be honest, even in the Origins line.

I am generally not allergic to anything. But I used the scrub on my face followed by the cream and I woke up this morning and my eyes were swollen. I noticed when I used the scrub it burnt my eyes even though I didn't put it around my eyes. I look horrible today!

Is this working? What the hell was it suppose to do again? Oh yeah, firm. Well either it's microscopically subtle or it doesn't do sh@t. Or is it preventative? I have the same issues with Origin's White Tea Skin Guardian serum.

Pros:
• Thin and light texture, sinks in quickly.
• Smell (I like it tho) vanishes quickly

Cons:
• May be behind a few recent breakouts (not sure)
• Cost
• No noticeable firming.

I got this lotion about 4 days ago and noticed a difference in the firmness of my 57 year old skin after only 2 days. It does have a distinct smell but dissipates immediately upon putting it on the skin. I use it as a lotion, then put moisturizer over it. I read reviews that the cream is too thick and oily, but this product is truly a firmer. I really do like this product and intend to repurchase.

Holy cow! I was on a mission to find a great new moisturizer, so I decided to try the Cream version of this. Let's just say that I'm SO glad I got a sample of this because whatever is in it made me have a HUGE allergic reaction! My eyes got watery, my skin started itching and got all red, and I ended up washing it off within an hour and putting the crap I was trying to REPLACE (clinique's DDMG) on my face instead because at least THAT stuff doesn't make me want to claw my face off. Stay away, stay FAR away from this if you have any kind of plant/tree allergy. It would have been GREAT had I not been allergic to it, as it really is a nice moisturizer, but YOWZA that was bad! For the record, I am allergic to evergreen trees, grass, pollen, mold, dust and apricots.

I generally really like Origins products, but I really dislike this one. It leaves me shiney. It doesn't sink it. It smells awful (I love the scent of most Origins products). And I don't see any results. So disappointing!!

I got a sample of this with my gloss order and now I need to order it. This smells really good, which is important to me, plus it left my skin super smooth. I reccomend it if you don't have super dry skin, maybe normal or combination.

Origins claims that Youthtopia is their No. 1 seller in Europe, while the product has been slower to catch on in America despite a well-placed and visible advertising campaign. The promises are catchy, attractive, and as always, supposedly revolutionary. Youthtopia is called a cream, but as categorized here it is in essence a treatment product for firming the skin. Skin firmers are not moisturizers and some of them leave the skin feeling a bit TOO taut (Guerlain). Youthtopia leaves a velvety finish without any sense of dryness. The firming action isn't as complete as something like the Guerlain, but in either case these products tend to shrink the epidermis a bit and provide few other benefits. Youthtopia has an herbal smell that I suppose is meant to seem medicinal rather than cosmetic. It applies easily and for those with oily skin will probably be surface treatment enough (although Origins recommends, as it does most of its products, to be used over the Perfect World skin guardian). On dry skins, however, the product might not apply enough "slip" for powder/mineral foundations. In colder climates it might be necessary to use a moisturizer over this product (making for a three-step treatment if one uses Perfect World). I did notice that the skin on my cheeks became rosy after using this cream, which would indicate an increased flow of blood to the surface, making for a healthy appearance, although this effect is temporary and in any event would be covered by makeup.

I'd be more apt to purchase this product if it were not fifty dollars, because I don't see any difference between my regular creams and it, and also because I use a powder foundation (Fresh) that requires a slicker base in order not to appear chalky.

I went to origins to buy a moisturizer because my Philosophy Hope in a jar was not able to cope with the dryness of the winter and indoor heating. SA was very excited about the Youthtopia lotion and so I got myself a sample.
I am turning 30 next month and my skin is mostly oily but recently i am feeling my skin is a little parched and need better moisturizer. I must say that immediately after applying this lotion, the skin becomes super soft to touch, but it does not feel nourished. It feels like i forgot to put on a lotion. Infact at times in office, I tend to put some handcream around my nose and chin areas because that feels too dry for me. Good thing is that it has not broken me out, but other than that I dont see much benefit. If I buy it, I'll have put another moisturizer on top of it, so I guess I am not buying it for now. It might be very good for summers though.

This just seemed like a crappy lotion to me. It smells super bad but I'm allergic to fragrances so I at least appreciate that they dont use prefumes to make it smell better. It didn't really have any great effects on my skin (not super smooth, moisturized, ect.) It didn't make me break out but I dont see any reason to buy this stuff.

Over 50 here and so far I like this. Skin definitely feels firmer after using the sample! I haven't had any problems with breakouts. Will purchase the full size and keep you posted. I gave it four lippies since I'm rating it on one week's use of a sample.

I got a sample of this and used it only twice, but it hasn't broken me out and hopefully it wont. I got the sample in the lotion formula. The SA told me its not coming out for another month. I used it with the mega mushroom serum and seemed to work out for me, but its still too soon to tell a difference, but it has not broken me out and i have oily/combo skin. I only gave it 3 lippies b/c i don't know how much it costs, what the packaging is like and don't know if I'll repurchase yet. Too soon to tell.

I got this for myself and used it once. The next day I woke up with a few pimples on my face! So I gave it to my mom and asked her to use it (she loves creams). She used it and complained a few days later about breaking out. My mom has flawless skin, although aging, and she doesn't break out! My mom didn't notice a difference, because she had only used it for about a week, but she will use it on her neck still. I conversed with my coworker and she told me she used the cream and it also broke her out...Weird.

I actually have no intention of getting this item. It was so hugely raved by the SA that it seems that I have to get it. This is a lotion that's supposedly to PREVENT wrinkles, lighten scars, and maybe firms up the skin. I'm in my early 20s and have some acne scars so I go it to try.

It costs SGD$89, which is rather expensive for brands like Origins. I tried it on my first day, my skin felt smooth. By the third morning, I had some bumps on the bridge of my nose and my chin. I was so horrified! It shld be due to this item that I have those bumps cos I've been using the same cleansers, foundations for quite some time and nothing had happened.

Will not purchase this again. I'm MAC NC35, had oily skin.
