This is an ideal eyeliner shade for emphasizing blue eyes. The bronzy gold color is the perfect contrast. It lasts all day and doesn't irritate my eyes like some liners can. The texture is super soft, allowing for easy application to the waterline and lower lash line. I recommend a good sharpener with these pencils, as the soft texture can cause some breakage with lesser quality sharpeners.

Lucky is such a great pop of color on the eyes. It's a warm bronze color with subtle shimmer in it that's great to rim the under eye with, even if you're blue eyed or brown eyed. I guess it will give your eyes that certain something if you have blue eyes, but this color is so versatile and pretty that it can look good on every eye shape and color. It's especially pretty combined with strong eyeshadow colors like irish green or a deep blue, or just on it's on with mascara. You can also smudge this out to use as an eyeshadow, since the liner spread so easily.

The texture is very smooth and creamy, so it can smudge a bit. A trick is to rub urban decay eyeshadow primer all over the eye area, both coat lashes and under the eyes, and you get a mascara/eyeshadow and eyeliner primer. It works great!

For some odd reason, this is the only true copper that shows up against my skin. I'm NC30, and the red tone of this pencil really opens up my eyes ( I tried NARS' and Sephora Collection's, and both barely show up against my skin tone). The only downside is that it doesn't last that long.

I bought this liner because I figured it would look good with blue eyes and I was right! I love this shade and it lasts all day!

Lucky is a copper with microglitter that doesn't irritate my eyes. I bought with this the intention of using it on my waterline, but it only last for two hours! I've had drugstore eyeliners that last longer than that. I returned this and I will not repurchase.

You just really can't go wrong with these 24/7 eyeliners. I've had them in many colors. This green is stunning. They go on so smoothly, no pulling. I have a really hard time getting liner on my lower lids and this one goes on fine.

These are my total HG eyeliners and the colors are always fantastic. Worth the higher price tag.

If you have blue eyes buy this stuff I am telling you...literally.
I liked Palladios hebal liner in Bronze but it never seemed to last as long as I would like it to, so I thought I would find a good 24/7 pencil close to that color, & Lucky, I knew was the color. I had already got a 24/7 pencil in Zero & loved it. So I went out & bought Lucky...oh yes my lucky little pencil! This stuff makes my blue eyes pop even more than Palladios eyeliner. I got so many compliments when wearing this I now wear it everyday! I do admit it doesn't last long on my waterline, but I don't fell the need to put it there, I feel it makes my eyes look smaller than if I put it around my lash line. I have found my HG, favorite, bestest eyeliner!

Edit: I have realized it doesn't last very long at all even with primer.

I'm not one for eyeliner, but a light application of Lucky on my waterline makes my green eyes sparkle like nothing else, and a regular application intensifies them without looking harsh. It seems to last for only a few hours, which is frustrating (who wants to reapply eye makeup during the day?), but the results are worth it. I have a mini pencil given to me by a friend, and when it runs out, I'll be running out to pick up a full-sized pencil.

This eyeliner is a gorgeous copper / rust shade with orange undertones.

Pros - the color pay off is amazing. This shade makes eyes pop but is still subtle. I wouldn't classify this as statement make up. Great quality. Other reviewers have complained it doesn't stay on all day but I've never had any problem with it. Applies smoothly.
- - -
Cons - I don't care much for the silver flecks of glitter in the liner. 17.00 for the liner.
- - -
Over all: if you have brown eyes --> get this liner. I only use this to lightly line directly under my waterline but it instantly makes my eyes pop.

I love the formula of the UD 24/7 Liners, and Lucky is a gorgeous color! It's the color of a new penny (true bright copper) with silver microglitter. I wore this all the time last summer, and I've already started it in rotation for this summer. It looks gorgeous on my dark hazel eyes! My favorite way to wear this is with MAC Brule on the lid, Wedge in the crease, Vanilla to highlight, and Lucky on top and bottom lashlines with tons of black mascara. Really makes my eyes pop but doesn't look like too much. I'm thrilled with this pencil and will surely repurchase, but I don't think it'll be any time soon. These pencils last forever!

this is a true copper eyeliner. i love to use this especially on my waterline as it really makes my eyes pop due to its fiery bronze.
i love to use this on my waterline especially when i have have MAC's Rich ground fluidline lined on my lids as i feel that this matches it perfectly.
one thing i will say about this, is that you need to sharpen it all the time because of how soft it is and because this is expensive, it can feel like a bit of a waste, but i still would buy this again, as i have never seen a pencil like this before! i would also love to try this with the Lucky liquid liner!
i know this alludes to the penny, but i wish this really was a 'Lucky' liner though ;)

I have not used this product, but I just read the review that says this colour is not dupable. However, I wanted to offer you girls a potential dupe: AVON's Glimmersticks Waterproof eyeliner in Copper. I have this, and it's pretty good quality.

Lucky is a coppery bronze with a slight orange undertone.

A lot of people are using this color wrong, it not meant to be applied to the upper lid!
But it looks sooooo beautiful in the waterline! Especially when paired with a deep chocolate brown eyeliner on the top lid.... or you can use it to add a special touch to smokey eyes.

I get a lot of compliments when I wear Lucky. It pops my brown eyes without being over the top.

Lucky is such a unique color that it is not dupable. This color will pop brown eyes....warm green eyes and especially hazel eyes with golden flecks. If you have icy blue eyes, stay away from this color it will wash you out.

edit:
To those who complain that Urban Decay eyeliners do not last all day...
After your draw the eyeliner on your waterline, you have to hold your bottom lid away from your eyeball for 20 seconds until it sets. Don't allow your tears to wet your waterline as it dries. If you allow the eyeliner to set properly, it should last all day without smudging.

This is not for me! (pale, cool, blue eyes) I think the orangy/coppery color looks very strange on me, though it should be bringing blue eyes out... But it's just all wrong, the color is just too obvious and does not compliment me. I think this looks better on warm toned girls with brown eyes. Quality is very good. Up for swap.

This is a really pretty coppery-bronze shade with silver glitter. I have NC35 skin and this is the perfect liner for my lower lashline to bring out my brown eyes without making it look too obvious I'm wearing liner. It leaves behind a shimmery defined look that's pretty hard to explain. I don't really use this on my upper lashline since it looks too orange, but a thin line of this on my lowerlashline is perfect! It also lasts all day without smudging, which is much more than I can say for Zero. I had this in a travel size, but I'm definitely going to get it in a full size! It goes great with bronzey or neutral looks :)

I love UD's 24/7 liners in general; they're very creamy and easy to apply.
Lucky is like a bronzey/coppery color with silver sparkle (not annoying glitter, at all). This is a great liner to use in the summer; and especially when I want a subtle definition with sparkle on my lower lashline. I probably would repurchase this color because I have yet to find a color like this at the drugstore and because these are very creamy liners.

For recs, I'm about NC40-NC42/C40, dark brown eyes

As with all the 24/7s, I can count on this to go on smoothly and stay all day. The color is absolutely beyond gorgeous, and really brings out my blue eyes. The only thing I don't like is the glitter, and I mean huge chunks of glitter. If they would make this color without that, it would have a 5+star rating... I love it that much. Just not chunks of glitter all over my face. ;)

while i love these liners i do not like this color. it did a splendid job of highlighting a couple of broken blood vessels in my eyes. not to mention i had a girlfriend comment on how weird this color looked on me. i thought it would work with my green eyes but it just looked odd. i gave this to my daughter. hopefully this will work better on brown eyes.
