Prescriptives flawless concealer is by far the best I have ever used. I stocked up on my shade when heard that they were discontinuing their line, BUT, recently found that you can purchase products, you just have to order online. So, Prescriptives is still in business!

I'm pretty bummed that Px is leaving us and this is one of the reasons why. Probably one of my favorite concealers I've come across, this has great, buildable coverage which never gets cakey. I love that it has SPF since I haven't found an eye cream with SPF that I like. I usually apply this with my Sonia Kashuk foundation brush after eye cream, otherwise it might get a little dry. I use this on those days when I care enough to want to cover patches of acne marks, but don't want to look like I'm wearing makeup. I simply spray my foundation brush with Thayers rose toner and dab this on. It gives great coverage that's fresh and natural. The packaging may be a bit unhygenic but I still love it. I've hit the pan and will restock for sure!

Just bought this. Im a sucker for any product with a high spf as they are hard to find. Great coverage and moisturising for my extra dry skin. I think I got a colour slightly too light. Love the packaging very hygenic

I like many others wish that Prescriptives was not going under becaues they offer such good products. I bought this over a year ago and its the best concealer ever for dark circles. I dont need much and it covers them real well plus spf is very important for eyes so thats a bonus.I'm going to stock up on this and the site unseen concealer because that one says it has a brightening effect.

I will be compleatly lost when prescriptives go. I use this is level 1 cool and apply with a brush and then finish blending with my ring finger. Its a little dark but with a bit of blending it covers my under eye circles a treat and trust me after working nights I need a pretty heavy concealer. I can find no fault in this product as I have had no problems wth it or the packaging. Finding another one when mine runs out and prescriptives has gone will be diffacult

I love this concealer. It's so sad Prescriptives is going under.. I have already started to restock on Flawless Skin Concealer and I dun know what to do when I eventually do run out..
This is my favourite concealer by far! It is creamy.. easy to apply and does conceal any nasty's really well. I always feel alot more confident when I use this over the top of my foundations and finished off with a dusting of setting powder. The colour is also perfect for me.. matches my skintone nicely. Like the previous review the only prob I had was the difficulty with opening it.. hehehe I have broken a few nails because of this.. but I still love it and will miss it terribly :(

Perfect. This is my HG concealer.
It blend so smooth... and the color matches perfectly.
The staying power is great when used with the foundation.
But if all i use is the concealer, i have to touch up at least once.
The only thing is that I find it hard to open.

I am a huge Prescriptives fan and have been for over 15+ years. I think they make the best foundation, concealors and blushes on the market.
I have acne prone, troubled, sensitve skin and this concealor does the trick. I use it in combination with my custom blend foundation/concealor w/the Prescriptives concealor brush. Dab a small amount on your trouble spots and watch them disappear.
This product is creamy and easy to apply. It lasts a long time too...

NEVER again. I am so mad at this product.
I've used this product on and off for around three years. I've repurchased, I've been devoted, I've come back. It's a pretty good concealer, creamy and easy to use for under the eyes or to even out redness. Not the best lasting power, which is why I've strayed, but I liked the finish well enough and the SPF 25 was a big plus for me.
But like I said, never again. Because I just discovered that this glitter problem I've been having for these past few years is due to this product. Actually, it's the product's packaging that's the problem - the concealer itself doesn't have any glitter particles in it - thank god.
Now I never thought I would be one to rate a product down because of its packaging. I never thought I would throw away a product solely for its packaging. But the metallic outside of the compact, girls? IT FLAKES. It flakes all over my makeup in silver, high-shine flakes of various sizes, getting on my fingers and onto my face before I realize what's happening. For years, I had this infuriating problem of doing my makeup perfectly, only to find a weird glitter particle under my eye or on my forehead. I had no idea how it got there, but it was terribly hard to get off and I'd have to sometimes wash off the makeup there, scratch with my nail or use scotch tape to get the glitter off, and then reapply makeup - which doesn't look too good when it's right under your eye. Messes up the smooth finish of concealer and eyeshadow that I worked so hard on.
It'd been getting much worse recently, and one day I was using this concealer, put it down, and found my hand covered in the same glitters. I was shocked. It turned out that my compact had been depositing sparkle flakes all over my makeup collection, which had been getting into the makeup itself and getting all over my face. I threw it out. I also had to go through my entire makeup collection, cleaning each item, and I still find glitter particles.
This concealer is good, but not worth it for the packaging. There are other good concealers out there that do not leave me with weird shiny flakes on random spots of my face. UGH. Never again!!

Hands down, HG concealer. I have been using this for 2 years, and have stopped looking for other concealers alltogether. I use it around my eyes, on the lids, over acne, over broken capillaries, on scars, U name it. It is very highly pigmented, meaning you can make it opaque if you need to. I used to think Dermablend was the most opaque concealer out there, but this is better. Why? Because it doesn't give you the dry/caked look that Dermablend did for me under the eyes. Why would you want to use 2 different products if you don't have to??? Also, it blends easier and does not leave a line of demarcation that others do. Buy it with their concealer brush. It is AWESOME. And I have a million brushes to choose from. I always use theirs for concealing. Also, after 2 years I am buying a new one for the first time. Expensive at $22 bucks, but worth every penny.

This is a great concealer! It doesnt cake under eyes like other concealers just as long as the area is lightly moisturized. A little goes a long way, so i dont think that the price is steep at all, ive had this for about 6 months have barely made a dent in it.(thats how little you need) The best way to apply it is to warm it up a little between the fingers this makes it spread better thus using a smaller amount of concelear. The coverage is so full for how light the formula feels.I think if this is caking on anyone its because they are using too much!!!!! make sure you warm it up first. I warm it up then tap the concealear on lightly blending ( remember you need very little this is extremely opaque and pigmented). I only use this under my eyes and not on any acne. The color selection is also great, it includes warm and cool colors to match undertones which is essential with such opaque coverage. NC40, px beige, bb 4.5. I use level 3 warm

If you want a cakey concealer that brings out every line you have under your eyes, then this is the concealer for you!
The only reason it gets two stars instead of one is that the packaging is nice and Prescriptives has a great palette of shades from which to choose.

I love this concealer! I have combination skin, and concealers never seem to last long. I have worn this on hot and humid summer days to cover up blemishes, and under eye circles, and it really does last all day. The consistency is creamy but not heavy. I highly recommend this product!

I'd like to buy this product online, but there is no way that I can find a webshop that sends this product to the Netherlands. If anyone finds one, please let me know!

I like this concealer. It is a creamy powder. I apply it under my eyes and on my lids and it stays put all day and looks perfect at the end of the day. I have this concealer in Level 2 Warm and it is natural-looking with my skin.

Uhhhh! i hated this concealer. I bought it at Macy's, the lady said the color would match my skin, but just don't put to much and blend, blend, blend. Well the color was entirely too light. Was way too thick. I looked discusting wearing it.

Product: Emollient cream-type concealer in a small flip-top pan with a mirror inside.
My experience: I really like this, although its not top of the range, it is definitely one of the better ones that won't burn a hole in your wallet and is really value for money. I find that a lot of high-end concealers are good but a tad pricey, but drugstore concealers tend to have a really unnatural finish, look cakey, or just have no coverage. Enter Prescriptives, which provides good coverage, a natural finish, and a pretty long-lasting concealer at a price that is actually worth its money. I am NC20, Olive-ish skintone, but with neutral-to-coolish undertones, and I got Level 2 Cool. I think the color match is good enough, since it is blendable, but I think it still is just a tad too pink. I would go for Level 2 Warm or Level 1 Warm next time, and would recommend Level 2 cool for NW20ish. Packaging-wise, I like the packaging. There is a smallish mirror on the inside (abit too small for my preference, but will do in a pinch), and I like the casing - easy to open, and sturdy enough to toss in your bag for touchups.
Now the product itself. The good points about this concealer is that it is easy to use, because it has an emollient texture. Now I'm no stranger to the 'harder' type of concealer formulas (I use LM's secret concealer, which is almost spackle-like and solid and hard in quality, too), so I don't have anything against harder formulas, but this is really very easy to use, in part because it is so emollient, yet pigmented at the same time. It is more emollient and less 'sticky' and 'tacky' than MAC's studiofinish, and also MUCH better than Benefit's Erase Paste (which I detested - sticky, tacky, unblendable rubbish - but that's for another review), and thus much easier to blend. This makes it very ideal for people who want a natural looking finish - it doesn't look too cakey because it isn't too hard, yet at the same time, it is easy to use because although it is so emollient and smooth it is still very pigmented! Oftentimes I find that more emollient concealers sacrifice the level of pigment for their smoothness, but this is a very good balance of the two. Two swipes covers my dark undereye cirles on a bad day when I've slept at 4am rushing homework, and two swipes covers a fes spots of acne. A few more swipes (3-4) covers this red patch on my cheek which is perpetually having breakouts. This covers my undereye circles (in particular, the Level 2 cool is slightly pink-based, so it works really well at covering brown-colored circles, which mine are), and acne redness very well. I'm totally impressed by the pigmentation and blendability, as well as by the fact that it looks very natural - not cakey, not overly shiny, not flat-out-matte - just natural.
The only gripe I have about this, however, is the wear. It isn't as long-lasting as I would like, unfortunately. After about 6-8 hours or so my acne spots start to show through the concealer, however my undereye circles are still well-covered. I suspect this is due to the fact that my acne-skin is more oily than my undereye circles, so I'd say this has better lasting power on those with drier skin, as opposed to oiler skin. Also, it does crease a bit in the fine lines of my undereye, so if anyone has terrible wrinkles, I don't think this is the best concealer for you. I'd say someone with relatively wrinkle-free skin that is dry would benefit the most from this concealer.
All in all, I like this a lot for its pigmentation and coverage, and its blendability and great texture, as well as its natural finish. Only the wear and the fact that it doesn't last as well on oiler skin and settles into fine lines bothers me. I'd say that this concealer works better on dry skin, not oilier skin, and on skin that is relatively wrinkle-free.
UPDATED TO ADD: OK so everything I said still stands about this product. However I'm going to upgrade it's rating from a 4 to a 5. I've hit pan on this, and totally used up ALL of it (yes, I hit pan!!!), and despite doing that, I've found myself wishing for another pan of this. I think the fact that I'm actually missing something I've used up says that this is pretty good staple material. Upgrading the rating because of this.

This is the best concealer I found so far. I'm using it for dark circles mostly. The coverage is good and it remains for the whole day without sinking much into fine lines.

I love this product for covering up blemishes. If applied correctly, it totally covers up all pimples, scars, birth marks, sun spots - you name it. It blends nicely into the skin, too, so it doesn't look fake. Just be warned - it's a thicker concealer so it doesn't work as an under eye concealer.
