very nice glowy powder. I really like that there's a multi-dimensional sparkle when I put this on. However, I feel like this has poor staying power and doesn't show up as much as I would like. I want a more pronounced glow but this does enhance my skin and make it look nice. I bought the 10 g. jar and am disappointed that it looks much smaller than the 6 g. jar of edm minerals I have! I even emptied the contents in a bigger jar for comparison and it looks like I got more from EDM. Although radiance didn't really cost that much, I'm a little peeved about how little I got and in such a small jar that's not very useful. I had to put it in another bigger jar to use. I think I will look for another highlighter that does more and stays longer.

this is the best setting powder EVER, I get a glow without being shiny, for, 6 hours till now....

I was worried it would look caky, but no, totally light and sheer

I bought the sample size of You Glow Girl and love it. I don't like the sample jars though; they're a little difficult to be neat with. It gives an absolutely beautiful finish to my skin. It makes it look perfect without adding any discernable color. I've applied it under and over blush. It looks beautiful either way. You don't see a lot of shimmer and sparkle, just a lovely look. As an added bonus, it doesn't look dry or powdery on my dry skin. I can see buying this again and again as a staple in my makeup collection.

I thought this will be similar to BE Clear Radiance without the slight pink color(which has an unnatural tone in my oppinion), but it doesn't compare. Clear radiance gives a glow, PL radiance gives shine...contains quite big glitter, not very natural for day wear, and makes the texture of my skin(oily) look more irregular then it actually is(while Clear radiance seems to make it look more homogenous). And while it doesn't give color, it seems a bit chalkey and white on my skin(fairly light). It works ok as a brow highlighter when used wet, otherwise it is not very effective, I like to obtain a pearl-metallic-glow and used dry this just gives a bit of shimmer. Given the previous reviews I wonder if something when wrong with my product.

I got a sample of this to try, and I was so surprised that it has become my favorite highlighter. I especially like the way it gives my skin a healthy "glow" when applied over blush or bronzer on the cheekbones. It is radiance in a jar, truly! This product makes you glow - the powder is very fine and gives just the result I was looking for - no shimmer, but a glowy look I have been buying all kinds of products to achieve. Will definitely repurchase.
I am NC20-25 with hazel eyes and blonde hair.

Completely agree with jinglecat. I've been using this for about 3 months and I can't live without it. I use a light dusting to set my concealer and eyeshadow and it completely obliterates my usual morning shake-n-bake look. I just look more rested and alive with this stuff. Shimmer is very subtle...more of a glow than a shimmer. Prices are too cheap not to try this.

If you haven't looked at the Pure Luxe website you really ought to. Their service is fantastic and the prices are bargains for the quality. They also have sample sizes that are generous protions for very cheap! Radiance is a pale pink mineral with a micro-fine gleam that you can dust lightly all over for day without ridiculous glitter factor. (Though glitter factor is a very personal thing.) I like this best under indoor or evening light, when I want a boost of confidence, this is it in a jar! I apply it a bit heavier on cheekbones/ browbone to accent those areas. It looks amaaazing over bronzer! I have nuetral-warm skin tone, but the pink of this powder never looks off, and truly gives a radiant glow. They carry a translucent beige nuetral toned highlighter 'you glow girl,' which I use for a more subtle result, but my fav is the radiant. Both go over my fine lines and enormous pores with a graceful result, and really impart a youthful energy to my skin without screaming "highlighter applied here." The package is the standard screw lid for minerals w/ plastic sifter insert. Because I got a small size (10 grams is only $8 on sale now!)I just tap some on my counter top and apply from there to get a good distribution on my brush, which is way bigger than the jar mouth. I am anticipating another shipment from pure luxe any day now, and can't wait to try some more of their products.
