I ordered this off of Ebay for $13 so I got a deal. The retail price is $18 which is expensive....but it's WORTH it!!!
The Urban Decay website describes it as Electric Blue. It's definitely electric but it's a B-R-I-G-H-T blue with darker purple undertones in my opinion. It's so gorgeous and easy to work with. I have the Deluxe Shadow Box so the I knew what the formula of the shadows would be which is aaamazing! I love it! I'd totally buy it again... except for the fact the Urban Decay has discontinued it :( So I'll have to make it last :) Hope this helps <3

I'm actually a bit unimpressed with this eyeshadow. I love all my other Urban Decay eyeshadows, but this one was just eh. In the pot it's a beautiful colour, but the pigment is quite sheer. Once you build it up it's fine, but that takes a while and uses up product much faster.

This has quickly become my HG blue eye shadow. Great pigment. Stays on with my TFSI primer. Gorgeous color. Definite repurchase! Makes the blue in my blue-green eyes just POP.

Smooth application. Good contour color. Long lasting wear. Application of this shade is highly improved with a primer, either UDPP or Too faced shadow insurance.

Not to sound cheesy, but I adore Adore. It's a deep navy blue with a really pretty sheen. It's super pigmented and when you use it with Shadow Insurance it lasts all day. I am definitely going to buy this again.

Love it! I waited until I bought pretty much all the other Deluxe eyeshadows before I tried this one, and it was only because of the picture on the top--I didn't think I was a fan of blue eyeshadow. Well, color me surprised because I really liked the intensity of this shade together with the non-glittery sheen and it really sets off my eyes. If worn over a primer it's even better, of course. It's so versatile, too; goes with everything, even though you mightn't think it. One word of caution: Like all the Deluxe shadows, it is highly pigmented which is good in that it gives you very brilliant color without applying a million layers but bad in that it tends to get everywhere during application, like on your cheeks. If you're familiar with MAC shadows, you know what I'm talking about. Don't let this deter you--I've heard a lot of people complaining about this, but it's an easy fix, just blend it away with a little foundation and problem solved. It's pretty much par for the course, so I don't even think anything of it. Definitely buying this again if I ever run out.

Pretty sweet, sweeps on sheer and is buildable, if you apply wet it and pack it on it looks just like the pot. I quite like it and you get a massive amount. Probably would never need to repurchase.

AHHH the UD deluxe shadows are WONDERFUL....and this one is no exception. A beautiful rich jewel tone blue. It has GREAT pigmentation and i just love the buttery texture...i also like that there is a nice sheen to it but no pesky glitter!

ok, i cant say enough about this product.color payoff is a~m~a~z~i~n~g. staying power is great, packaging is very cute, and convenient with a little mirror inside. but.. the color wasnt for me. i like bold colors, but this was just a bit more than i could handle.lol so sadly i swapped it out. but for the money you pay. well worth it.

Colour: The UD site describes this as "electric blue", but I don't find it too bright, on me it's a mid-tone blue, slightly on the purple side. I usually use it as a liner with a neutral shadow on the lid.

Texture: Adore is a Deluxe shadow - very smooth with no glitter or shimmer, just a satiny sheen.

Packaging: The Deluxe shadows are in oval cases with a different picture on each one, Adore has a fish/pond sort of thing. There's a mirror on the inside lid but it's a bit too small to be of much use (and I don't usually carry about my e/s anyway).

Price: £12 in the UK

I bought this mainly for the cute packaging, since I only use it for lining there's probably a cheaper shade I could've went for, but it'll probably last me forever.

It's not in the Deluxe Shadow Box, but I would definetely recommend getting that if you want to try deluxe shadows :)

I'm a HUGE Urban decay fan, and have had great experiences with the eyeshadows, and primer potion... That is until I tried Adore. I initially tried it on at Sephora and loved the look so much that I immediately purchased it. The problem I experience was the makeup ran, and the application was very messy with more shadow ending up on my cheek than my lids. I promptly returned it to the store!

I love this blue color!! I love to pair this with peace or other turquoise colors. This did not come with the Deluxe shadow box so i bought it separately. Such a pigmented blue that works well with a lot of the other UD shadows.

A beautiful color; electric shimmery cobalt blue, that makes my eyes look more green/blue! The UD deluxe shadows are very highly pigmented and unlike a lot of the regular UD Shadows, have no glitter and are very velvety and easy to apply. This one is no exception. I don't have any lasting power problems at all with UD, either with the deluxe or regular E/S, but the deluxe UD e/s colors are very rich and deeply pigmented and a lot of them are "hot" colors. Very pretty packaging, but it's a bit bulky; cute, though. I am sure this will last me forever, I mainly use it as a liner and in the outer V or accent color, but it would repurchase this color if I ever ran out.

I'm so mad this didnt come in the Deluxe Shadow Box. I wanted to finish my collection so I bought Adore. I already had MAC Flashtrack but this is a brighter royal blue. It is somewhat metallic but I think it will be very versatile with aqua and black e/s shades. I also used this as a liner!

I have such a love/hate relationships with UD deluxe shadows, but I own all of them so that should say something! They're so silky soft, bright, and have the cutest packaging but unfortunately when applied by themselves most fell very short of expectation and that cute packaging could be made a bit better! (if you don't really, really press the little button in to open them the plastic casing pops right off and you're left with the cardboard picture underneath for a cover!)

The reason I proceeded to buy them all though is because once you figure out the trick (the right combination of brush and base!) they're so amazing and versatile.

Adore was particularly tricky to figure out. I loved the color in the pan but once I applied this to my bare skin it hardly showed up, and what did was very blotchy and uneven looking.

So, step one...my always handy UDPP with my favorite big fluffy brush. bad, bad, bad! uneven application, and picked up nothing but crumbly chunky pieces which lead to a ton of fallout.
Then I tried a flat synthetic "concealer" type brush (which did wonders for graffitti) but that didn't help either.
So I proceeded to try out different bases; White Eyeliner, UDPP, Vaseline, Cream Shadow.

I came to the conclusion that Vaseline and a 224 type brush gave me the most even, and true color.
White eyeliner made application just as even but slightly toned down the color.
and the cream shadow (Victoria's Secret Very Sexy Long Wear-Eye Cream in "Stay up!") changed the color quite a bit but the results were so pretty! a slightly sheerer wash of the dark blue was there but the turquoise color underneath flashed through when light hit it. Unfortunately the VS "long wear" shadow is hardly that unless a real shadow base (udpp, too faced shadow insurance...) is underneath and the layering can be kind of time consuming.

I was kind of disappointed when I got this because I was expecting it to be a little ligher. It goes on as a dark, shimmery navy blue. I do a lot of smokey eyes with it but other than that I don't use it too much so I wouldn't repurchase (plus, the deluxe eyeshadows are pretty expensive). The packaging for them annoys me cos they're not too easy to open (well, not with one hand) and the little plastic thing popped off, and I stuck it back on and later it popped off again and this time broke, so now the sticker's coming off and it's harder to open.

I actually use this over blue eyeliner to make it really pop. This is a stunning shimmery vibrant blue that fetches tons of complements. I will weep if they ever discontinue this, even though I've got three so far. I even adore the case.

I love all kinda of blue eyeshadows, especially royal blue, so I had to have this. The UD Deluxe eyeshadow line is overall, very impressive with great pigment and very vibrant colors! This color swatches very well but doesn't apply as bright as I'd like it to. So I tried with Mac Royal Wink Fluidline (another royal blue that takes a little work to show up correctly) very lightly underneath (not layering like I normally do with it) and used UD Adore wet ontop and it was the exact color in the pan! It does annoy me that I have to use an additional product for it to show up how I'd like, but the color is just so gosh darn pretty that I'm willing to put up with it. The best texture and best looking royal blue eyeshadow that I've ever owned.

I have three colors, the lid on one broke :(

this one is an amazing deep blue, goes on semi-sheer, lasts forever, doesnt crease, and looks really wild on brown eyes.

A little costly, so save up or look on ebay
