This is by far the worst moisturizer I've ever used. The smell was ok but it was so strong and because it never went away I started hating it. Then it broke me out so I stopped using it and waited a week and started again just to make sure that's what was causing my pimples and it broke me out again. Since I don't like waste I started using it as a hand moisturizer, but I still couldn't stomach the smell anymore. This is the only face product I've ever had smell issues with because it just never goes away or diminishes at all. I usually like clean & clear, but was definitely disappointed with this one. I do like their Morning Glow moisturizer

PROS: Works great for my teen's oily skin. In a pump.

CONS: Not the cheapest, I guess.

ALTERNATES: Clean & Clear Dual Action Moisturizer. When my combo skin is more oily, I do well with Garnier's Moisture Rescue Gel-Cream.

Honestly I love the bottle and the pump...the product? Not so much. It was ok the first couple weeks, but it started making my face oily and red. Good thing it was only 2.75 CAD.

First of all, the SPF 15 comes with this bottle totally failed as a good UVA protection agent. If I applied this in the morning, I will have a very oily coat on my cheek by mid-afternoon. It just looks like my pore is spitting out oil that it gets from this moisturizers. I know this is oil-free, but that's what I have experienced. No exception; everytime I used it, that happened. Will definitely not repurchase.

The one thing I will say about this moisturizer, it that once the TERRIBLE burning and redness went away, my skin was pretty soft. I felt like it was trying to burn the layer of skin off of my face. I will never buy this again.

I bought this moisturizer on clearance for .50 so I thought that if it didn't work out for me, it wouldn't be much of a loss. It stung on my face whenever I used it so I stopped and switched to something else. I found that the moisturizer I'd switched to was making my face super oily (I have combo skin that can be dry sometimes but is usually not oily). I decided to give my old moisturizer a try and it no longer stung my face. I found out why it no longer stung; I stopped using harsh chemicals on my face during the time I switched moisturizers. No more BP or saliclyic acid on my face. So if you are using those things, then yeah it's going to sting. If you aren't then this moisturizer should be fine on your skin. It didn't make my combo skin oily like the last moisturizer did, and it also didn't break me out like the last one did. I have very acne prone skin too so that made me happy.

It does have SPF 15 in it but it doesn't have that sunscreen smell to me that most moisturizers with SPF have. It can make my face feel tight when I use it but if I put more on it's usually fine. It just depends on how my skin is that day. If you have super dry skin, I recommend something thicker or creamier than this, as it doesn't seem to moisturizer quite as much. It should be fine on combo and maybe oily skin though. If you have sensitive skin you should probably avoid. I'm able to use it under my eyes though and it's fine (I used to have very sensitive skin but it seems like it might have changed).

I like the package it's in. It comes in a pump bottle that twists to lock so it's great for traveling and also more sanitary.

I'm on the hunt for a better moisturizer for my skin, but if I am not successful, I will return to this product for now because at least I know it won't break me out and it isn't expensive at all.

Pros- They have written a great report for the packet... That is the only pro
Cons- Too glowy for me, worsens my only "sometimes oily skin", As soon as I used it, I could actually feel the pimples forming AND the pump bottle come BROKEN.
Don't buy. What a waste. If you want to buy it just for the sake of throwing it out, go for it.

My skin was sensitive and this was the only product that didn't burn my skin. It did make my skin look oily though. A little bit went a long way for me.

I LOVE Clean&Clear,
litterally saved my skin! So
i'm sad to say that this moisturizer is really bad.
Besides the fresh aloe smell and the SPF, it's horrible.
It didn't burn my skin like the others, and didn't turn my skin red,
but i found that my oily T-zone was even oilier after being applied! And i do have pretty clear skin, aside from some white heads, and this moisturizer broke me out so badly. I really don't recommend this.

I dont know why everyone is getting burned by this product. It doesnt burn me. But what it also doesnt do is anything really. It smells kind of weird, its light, goes on easily... dries quickly but doesnt do much for moisturizing and I found that it made me look a little shiny. I just put some on and its actually working nicely... I did it to see if it was burning and I had just been ignoring it. it must know Im looking to replace it. I like that it has SPF in it but thats around it. It seems like they arent making it anymore anyways and Im not really gonna miss it.

My skin was flaking, and the only moisturizer I had was too thick and made be break out. Then suddenly, I remembered that this moisturizer had been sitting in my cabinet for a while. After applying, I was pleasantly surprised. It was light, non-greasy, cooling, freshly-scented, and my flakes were gone.
A few minutes later... the notorious burning commenced. I didn't think much of it because it was very light and only a slight annoyance. Plus, it would go away soon, right? Wrong. When I finally decided to get rid of it, I spent 10 minutes to scrub the stuff off of my face until it stopped burning.
My sensitive face surprisingly wasn't red, though. I was also moisturized quite well. For this, I give two lippies. Still, it's completely not worth the hassle. Now I know why I hid this stuff in the first place. I should've tossed it.

Horrible. It burned and stung my skin and made it turn red. I had to immediately wash it off and put on another moisturizer to calm down my skin. I don't know if it's just me or what, but I cannot use this product. No other product has ever burned me like this.

This is my favorite moisturizer. I've never once had a problem with it burning my face, and I'm shocked at all the reviews on here. This product is ultra-light and that's why I like it. I wouldn't recommend it for people with exceptionally dry skin, but for oily or combo skin it really works great. It doesn't clog my pores or make my skin break out. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because the last two bottles I've bought were defective. After half of it was gone, it stopped coming out of the pump and I had to unscrew the top and tap it out into my hand. That was really annoying. I was hoping they would resolve that issue, but I haven't been able to find it anymore. I guess they're discontinuing it, which is a real shame. It's hard to find moisturizers this light.

I bought this after morning glow moisturizer because it felt too heavy on my face (this was before I started using more expensive moisturizers and such)

I wanted something light refreshing and just absorbed into my face immediately. I saw it a DS and thought "hey ultra light moisturizer! definitely something I'm looking for!"

Well this... is.. ultra light alright. It feels like it evaporates on y our skin rather than moisturzing anything. I dont really know about it absorbing into my face. It kinda feels like alcohol on your face really. Well the burning sensation lets you know its on your face alright.

It also made me break out. i dont remember how much it cost but its still on my shelf after 2 years because I haven't used it since. I need to get rid of it, darn. I don't remember how much it cost but its too expensive for this crap in a bottle.

Correction: Its no longer on my shelf because its expiration date has passed so I just dumped out its contents and stuck it in the recycling bin. What a waste of money!

Pros:
This makes my skin really glow, no shinyness, very light and perfect for summer. If it weren't for the burning, I would love this stuff. I use it with the oxygenating cleanser and it does make my face fresh and clean.

Cons:
NEVER apply this on a wet face, or put water on your face for at least 30 minutes or you will burn your face. I don't know why, but it REALLY burns if you don't let your face completely dry.

This is the moisturizer I've used for the longest time, but maybe it's time for a new one; one that will help my acne-prone skin rather than not at all or worsen it. I think I've kept this and used it because it was the only one I've ventured into trying. It's alright for those with really healthy skin already, but not for those who've acne-prone skin. It goes on light; doesn't give any change in complexion or that 'glow' that most moisturizers give you, it's just there to moisturize and protect your skin; that part, it does very well.

I won't be buying this again just because my break-outs are forcing me into something a bit more for them rather than moisture. It works well as a 'wake-up' in the morning because it cools when you put it on. (Sort of 'burns' if used on raw skin or accidentally get on cracked lips.)
