This is a cream e/s in a small tube; the color is a muted plum/mauve. I am a cool-toned PPP (By Terry Beige Light or Rosy Light) with dark brown eyes and hair. This color is the perfect unobtrusive neutral for daytime. It goes on smoothly and blends well using a brush. It lasts a full day and doesn't crease (I always use UDPP). Reasonably priced. I will definitely repurchase.

Very subtle grayed-plum cream shadow. It looks like shadow on me, not like makeup -- very flattering for an everyday makeup. No shimmer. I don't use this as an eye makeup base for other powder shadows -- I have UDPP for that -- but the Touch Tint does make eyeliner last longer. Brings out the green in my eyes perfectly. Can't live without this. No creasing for me, but I don't have particularly oily lids.

I looooove this stuff! The color is perfect for me. I'm fair skinned with freckles and brown eyes and this color flatters me quite well. I love that during the day, all I need is this on my eyelids to give me a polished look without looking like I have too much eye makeup on. There's a HINT of shimmer in this also which is very nice. For more made-up eyes, I just use a powder shadow on top of it. This is my new favorite everyday shadow. I also love that I don't need my UDPP under it to make it last all day...it lasts over 8 hours before creasing, which is something that no cream shadow I have ever used has managed to do (even though they claim they will!) Mh HG eye color, for sure!!!

This cream e/s is very smooth - it's perfect for asian girls who have little or no crease in their eyes as cream shadows are generally more easy to apply and blend than powder shadows. I use a concealer brush to apply this cream - you only need a tiny dab, and you can layer on more without it looking cakey. Soft Heather is a satiny soft grey-heather/taupe neutral, which just adds a barely-there tint to my lids. It's good as a base, doesn't crease and lasts all day on my combo skin. It's a tiny tube which is portable and convenient. Will definitely be repurchasing this.

Clinique's "Touch Tint for Eyes" in "Soft Heather" is my 2nd experience with this cream eyeashadow line. I'm not a fan of cream shadows (in fact, I really dislike them) - I find most difficult to blend and spread evenly, slow to dry and I simply feel like I don't have as much control over the product as I have with powder shadows. Due to these reasons, cream eyeshadows have migrated out of my makeup bag entirely over the years. I had read good reviews on Clinique's "Touch Tint" and decided to try it out - I picked this shade up and although I am not as impressed with the shade as the shade I picked up earlier (Cocoa Cream), it really isn't half bad. "Soft Heather" is a matte light-medium cool-based mauve with an extra shot of violet with a buildable depth of color which dries to a non-severe finish. I attempted to apply this with my fingertips - I recieved well blended results and good color payoff after one-two coats which dried exremely quickly. The color did not crease and had excellent wear, I wore it for 15 hours straight with only minimal "budging" throughout the day. This shade will probably look best on cooler skintones, where the depth of color can really be brought forward. On a warm skintone such as mine, it's a nice spring violet shade with can be pulled off on occasion. I won't pick this color up again - while I love the formula, the color just doesn't sit right.

I love this product! I use it as a primer for other eyeshadow and it makes it last all day. I sometimes use it alone.

So when I went to the Clinique counter to get some powder, I also got this, since the lady put it on my eyes and it looked great! Best of all, it's idiot proof! (I would know- eyeshadows are not my specialty) The color is natural, but if I add a second or third layer on, I get this smoky eye look that's not over the top. Also, the color stayed on all day and did not smear like some of my other eye shadows.
My only gripe about this product is the cost...14.50 is way too much for eye shadow (in my opinion), but I guess if it lasts me a loooong time (like a year?) then it's worth it.

I really like the Touch Tints. The Cream formula ones are matte. Soft Heather is a medium grey putty shade that can really be sheered out. Creates a nice base for eyeshadows. Its not the best base IMO, but its pretty good. I still think UD PP is better and like MAC paints too. This is very sheer and light. Lasts for a solid 5 hours with slight fading but still holds up after 8 hours with no creasing. I own all these and really like them. Come in a small tube with pointy squeeze applicator tip and retails for $14.50. nice nuetral shade but i prefer some shimmer.
