This gives a great glow to the skin that I've never had before with any other cosmetic item. It is the only bronzer I have had that didn't make me orangey or reddish after a few hours on the skin.
However...
This should be applied with a light hand, because it's easy to over-do it. This product also made me break out. I began noticing after a week or two that I was getting blemishes, and that these blemishes were forming right in the contours of my cheeks. I thought to myself, "Hmm...that's exactly where I apply my bronzer; I wonder if the bronzer is the issue." I then excluded bronzer from my make up routine, and ever since I stopped using it I have not had any blemishes there anymore.
Although this product left me with a captivating glow, it was not worth having acne detract from that glow. I will not repurchase.

This is a keeper. I bought it to replace the Bare Escentuals bronzer, after the brand aggravated my adult acne. Everyday Minerals never does, which is why I keep coming back to it. It is a great bronzer, which looks natural.
Occasionally in the heat, my pores will open and my face will begin to itch. I believe it is the bronzer, as it's the only new product I've added to my EM collection. The itch isn't bad, just more an annoyance, and my face never becomes red. It's not enough to deter me from using it, but I wanted to let others know my experience.

Good stuff! I'm an NC40-45 and it's about the right darkness to go with my skintone. It's looks almost like a faded brick red. A little goes a long long ways. I bought the tiny sample size container as an afterthought and I'm glad I did. It's matte and goes on smoothly. My only complaint is the packaging. All of the product ends up between the lid and the sifter and it could get everywhere if it falls over. I'm thinking about removing the sifter. Good product though.

I just received this bronzer today & I have to say that I don't know what I've been missing all this time! THE BEST!!! A little goes a long way. Great quality & pigmentation. Excellent matte effect, especially for oily skin users like myself! I'm a bronzer veteran... I've tried many of the popular Sephora brands & M.A.C. as well. This particular bronzer trumps them all... GIVE IT A TRY!

This is definatly the best bronzer I've tried.
It's totally matte, so it doesn't enhance my pores. I've got pretty pale skin, but I apply this with my stippling brush, so it goes on very sheer. The best thing is that this doesn't break me out.

Ahhh...it had such a strange red tint to it. Most bronzers are known for being too orange, but this made my medium tanned asian skintone look strange. Glad I bought the sample size...I still love Everyday Minerals and their amazing prices though.

I actually went through 3 full sized jars of these! it's nice they last so long but something always looked off when I'd put it on. Finalllly I figured out that it's way too red for my super olive/yellow skin. Other than that, I loved that it was matte and how dark it was.
Those parts were perfect

I ordered this a while back along with lots of other edm stuff and didn't have a chance to wear it until recently. Love this bronzer! I am an nc 20 or golden light and this is not too dark.

I use this bronzer everyday... Its not to pigmented so I can layer my blush on top of it without my face looking to done up... I love it...

I friggin love this bronzer! I'm medium-tan, like J lo and this is perfect! I had it stashed away and up for swap cuz I never used it. lol. Finally, I tried it and bam! it's friggin perfect! lol. It gives me a nice tan sun-kiss glow. I am in love with this. Ever since I tried this I stopped putting blush everyday and more bronzer. It looks so natural on me. I don't see any red-tones to it. I like that it's more of a brown-tone for my tan skin. I also love that it's friggin affordable and made of minerals, cruelty free and paraben free. Tan skin ladies should def. try this.
I will repurchase when I'm finished.
Oh, and another thing I love about this is that it's not a pain in the @$$ like BE's warmth where u have to get the tiniest amount. You can build with this stuff. I'm in love. lol

I agree with the reviewer below me. I too am fair skinned (Olive Light) and this is a gorgeous bronzer. I used this to contour my face and it works very well! It's totally matte so it's perfect for contouring without looking fake. I'd say to try it with a light hand and then build it up if needed. And if you are super fair, to use a foptic. I think this is a great versatile product that can be used as an eyeshdow too! Oh and try contouring your cleavage with this! works wonders!!! I said I wouldnt repurchase it because I dont think I will ever run out! You only need a tiny tiny bit!

Wonderful shade. Results in a natural, healthy look. I mix a tiny bit of this into my base (Olive Golden Medium, Original Glow or Intensive) and I also apply it (lightly) directly to my cheeks, forhead, and chin as a finishing touch. I've noticed some bad reviews about this product. Some reviewers say that it's generally way too dark on them even though they're not particularly fair-skinned. Well, I AM fair-skinned and this product does wonders for me. I think the key is to be careful how much you apply to your face. Only the tiniest little bit is supposed to be used. And that's all you need. If you dip your whole brush into the pot and then apply it to your face you're gonna be in trouble. You have to tap a little of the product into the cap, swirl your brush into it, and then dot your brush onto the back of your hand or on a tissue and THEN apply it to your face. Well, that's what works for me anyway. I've been using this shade for a few months now and I'm totally hooked. I'm pretty sure I'll be using it for life. This (along with SWIMMING POOL) gives me such a natural and healthy look that I'd be lost without it.

I love EDM but this is one of the worst for me. It's way to dark and reddish in tone. I am a light/golden in EDM foundation colours. I don't use this anymore, I tried mixing it with a foundation to tone it down. But I don't like the hassle of mixing and spilling.

This is a review for Everyday Minerals Summer Bronzer pressed compact. I am a bronzer newbie and went to the BB counter first to see what would be a good match for my fair breakout prone skin. I have dark hair and hazel/brown eyes. The SA emphatically suggested the medium bronzer and applied it for me with some blush. I walked around the store and in every mirror, I felt like my face looked "dirty" - just not a good match. I ordered the EM summer bronzer because it comes in a pressed compact but I wasn't too hopeful. It comes in a new packaging - plastic compact with a shield over the powder. It is a combo of three colors, very low to no shimmer. I swirled them together with a kabuki brush and "lightly" brushed on - great subtle warmth - nothing drastic but very pretty with a bright pop of blush. No breakouts, not messy. I think this will be a great bronzer used lightly for fair complexions who don't normally use this kind of product.

I have a medium to light dark skin tone. I use this bronzer as a contour shade and it works wonderfully. It does not have shimmer, that's one of the things I really enjoy about it.

This does not apply smoothly and That pretty much ruins it for me. If this was more finely milled I could use this but I'm not a fan of this and wont repurchase. Applies too heavy. I wish this was pressed at least.

Has the perfect amount of color for an everyday bronzer. A little goes a long way, i have it in a sample size and have had it since early summer and still have a generous amount. Lookin forward to using it this winter!!

I did not like this at all. No matter what I did it always made me look like I'd just smeared dirt all over (all over my nicely applied foundation, no less). Not a fan.

Broke me out. After some in depth online research, i've found i'm not the only one, despite how wonderful these products are for most people. I wear VERY little makeup; concealer, bronzer and a little bit of blush on the cheeks, no primer, no foundation..... minimalist all the way
Went from using B.E. faux tan (which i liked, but thought was contributing to the horrible hormonal cystic acne on my jaw and chin because of the bismuth they use in BE) - to this EDM bronzer which i really liked the color of, the matte, flat brown was good for me....
but after a week I've been itching and stinging like crazy when i sweat (which i do with BE, too - but much more with EDM) have whiteheads on my forehead and chin, after having no whiteheads at all (just a few cysts on my chin) I'm beginning to think the BE was better, afterall! I'm so confused! If anyone out there has had issues with different brands of Mineral Makeup and can give advice, i'd greatly appreciate it!
otherwise, this company is great, their products are quality products, their samples and color selection are extensive, prices are very fair.... damn, why can't this work for me!!??
