Best deep conditioning treatment for hair, literally transforms bad hair. Also maintains scalp health with amino acids and lipids. My hair stopped being brittle..stopped breaking easily, was more manageable and grew stronger and healthy. I sound like a commercial..but I can't say enough honestly good things about b&b damage therapy 4. I'm very very troubled and sad to say this product is discontinued..why?! I have no idea. The price is high but is cheap for all that it does for hair. I am trying to round up people to email b&b at there website so this product returns same ingrediants same price..please help if you have used and loved this product to help bring it back,..for good. Google b&b contact and there will be a link to submit an email. Please help! :) _thanks!

This is a wonderful treatment for damaged hair! You can definitely see and feel a difference in hair after use. Make sure you consult your stylist before purchasing though because it is a little more costly than other B&B masques and (as a former stylist) I have found in the past with a lot of clients that their hair isn't as damaged as they think and they have more of an issue with needing more moisture. Once again another great and yummy smelling product from B&B!

Absolutely wonderful. My new stylist used this on my hair along with the B&B Tonic Lotion and I was amazed--the best my hair has looked in my whole life--so soft and silky, and it "swings" instead of clumping together. In addition, the hair shafts have stay closed--no broken pieces showing all over. (My fine hair is double-processed/highlighted, thick, and tends to do whatever it darn well wishes--even after stylists have worked on it.) After leaving the salon, I received six compliments in rapid order (including strangers like the grocery store clerk). The price seems absurd, but I can't go back after seeing what it does for my hair. ( I could achieve the shine part of the results by using an anti-frizz serum on it but these tend to weigh down and "clump" my hair.)

Wow! I thank god for productville on an almost daily basis because the info I get here from you other MUAers is invaluable.
I bought B&B's Damage therapy Masque because of all the good reviews here (I got a pretty good deal on eBay) and tried it for the first time last week. I actually left it on overnight, rinsed it out in the morning and then blowdried, flat-ironed, all the usual torture I put my hair through.

My biggest concern was that it would leave my fine (but frizzy and damaged) hair too soft or weighed down, but it didn't... instead, I got the most healthy, full, shiny head of hair! Seriously, this stuff somehow makes my hair look really healthy AND actually makes it look more dense - how in the heck does that work?!? Who cares - I'm sold! If you're thinking about splurging on this, my advice is to go for it - you will not be sorry. It's the bomb!

I've been using this entire B&B "Damaged Treatment" line for about 2 months & love it! My hair is naturally dry/coarse & this transforms it making it silky smooth. It's fairly expensive, but I use it sparingly & so I've barely made a dent in the jar.

I caution everyone to be careful buying these products on ebay. SInce a salon offering B&B is not conveniently located near me I purchased both the shampoo & conditioner from 2 different sellers on ebay & don't think the products are authentic. When I received them the boxes did NOT have the perforated strip torn, however, the top of the boxes had been opened & apparently re-used. I first thought maybe someone had decanted from a larger bottle, but the products don't appear to be the exact color as the authentics purchased from a salon, nor do they work as well. The tubes have a strange seam on them which the salon purchased products don't have, & the lids aren't twist tops, but rather removable lids. I just found it all suspicious & don't plan on buying from anywhere other than a salon in the future, so be careful. :-)

Amazing once a week deep conditioner. Transformed my hair with the first two uses. I leave it on for 15-20 minutes, then rinse. It's expensive, but I swear by it.

I actually use this as a conditioner on my very dry hair that has a tendency to frizz. I'd been using the Dehydration Therapy system, but this masque is so incredible that I just need a tiny bit as a conditioner (I use a variety of different shampoos and as long as I use this product afterwards, my hair looks great!). Leaves my hair shiny, silky, smooth, and never weighed-down. Amazing, amazing, amazing.

I love the Damage Therapy mask. I try to use it once a week, and I leave it in for about 15-20 minutes. I adore the scent, and it leaves my hair soft and well conditioned. I have hightlighted hair that gets heat styled every day, and this helps keep it in good shape. I don't care for the tub packaging, but I'll still repurchase. Pricey, but I think it's worth it. It lasts forever with once a week use.

The entire Bumble & Bumble Damage therapy line transformed my color-treated, high-lighted hair. I also blow-dry and use a fat curling iron almost daily. It's pricey but results are well worth it. If you've abused your hair- nourish it back to health with this line.

This is the best hair mask that I have ever used in my life. It totally conditions my hair, yet it is weightless afterwards and doesn't feel like my hair is coated. After using this my hair feels totally transformed. Amazing.

This product is very expensive, however I think it's worth it. My hair is silky soft and I love the scent. I would recommend using it more than the once a week it prescribes, however, or the price of this product, I'd stick with what they say.

I purchased this line and the Dehydration line and seriously, for the insane amount I spent, I am not impressed. The shampoo is average, the treatment is coating, the conditioner does nothing and the leave-in has such a high alcohol content (and flamable warning) that it dried my hair out over time.

I will continue using the Kerastase Reflection line, which keeps my hair looking like glass and is worth every penny.

I had a wonderful MUA'er CP a travel sized tube of this and for the outrageous price, I wasn't impressed at all. There was no change in my hair and the tangles were seriously nasty. If I'm going to shell out top dollar, I'll continue to do so with Kerastase (which actually works).

Wow! My hair is so shiny and pretty today. And has been for the past 5 days ever since I used Bumble and Bumble Damage Therapy Masque. I have chemically processed hair that I straight iron nearly every day and it can look like straw if I don't baby it - and breakage is always a problem as well. I used this 10 minute masque the evening after a touch-up and foil because my hair always feels so dry after these chemical processes. For 5 days now I have had beautiful shiny, swingy hair and I feel like a movie star. My dry ends have just soaked up this stuff and look fabulous. No frizz, even in the wet weather we have experienced up here in the northwest. I probably used about 1/4 of the jar for this treatment and this product is pretty expensive (though I purchased it on e-bay, it was still more than I like to spend) but I had to try and I'm so glad I did. I will continue to use this product when my hair feels the need for extra TLC.

I've been using this mask a couple times a month for maybe 6 months now, and I still love it! I have naturally dirty blonde hair highlighted to a cool light blonde and my ends tend to get dry because of the chemical processing and the heat styling I do. But this mask makes my hair silky and soft and healthy-looking in about 10 minutes! It's incredible! Plus it smells good too! What else could you want?! :) I'll definitely repurchase and plan on stocking up when my B&B salon has their annual 35% off sale...

My hair is very very damaged, I'm a hair stylist and can't resist changing my hair more often than I should. I have used many products (trust me I have a product CLOSET) the only thing I like next to this is framesi, but this stuff.. I"m so stuck on it. I shelled out the over 200 bucks for the entire set. steps 1-2-3 and 2 styling products. I was so scared it wouldn't work and I'd be out all the money. After the first time using this stuff my hair was felt sooo much better. After using the set for about a month, my hair was like it was BEFORE all the coloring and damaging. Seriously amazing products recommend to all.
