I agree with all the reviews who’ve complained that all the color looks the same in this Stila palette. The colors do look pretty different in the pan, but when applied, they are all silvery shimmery similar looking neutral shades! The eyeshadows are pretty “dense” in that you get a nice even distribution of shimmer across the eye lids, but just not very color intensive. Very soft and creamy shades, but for the last time – all very similar! ;) Anyway, it’s still a very nice palette and it really brightens up my eyes in the very subtle, fresh, Springy way. The color gradients are so very very subtle so it’s great palette for those ladies who aren’t into blending or just like a natural, glowy look upon the eyes. I personally would not repurchase this since I am into way more dramatic looks.

Great neutral colors. I have been using it almost every day for a week. I usually get bore of the same look and try to keep my makeup different everyday. The beige color is a great highlighter for the brow bone, . The nudish pink color is great as a wash by itself or with the darker brown color in the crease and outer corner. The darker brown color is light enough to use as a wash and great with a rich expresso e/s for brown smokey eye. The texture of these e/s are great, silky and smooth. The package is convenient, however, the mirror including in the compact is screw up, doesn't give a smooth reflection. It's not problem for me, because I usually do my makeup with a large mirror. Would purchase it again, if it's not a limited edition itme.

I prefer the rain showers trio, but sun showers is very nice too. They are sheer, pretty shades - perfect for spring and summer. I like the lightest shade a lot - it reminds me of french vanilla ice cream. The middle shade is a lovely pink color, and the darkest is a sheer medium bronzey brown. I like to wear this trio with Clinique Chocolate Lustre eyeliner, Stila Lotus rouge pot (pale rose), and Tarte Champagne Brunch lip sheer (nude-pink). The texture and quality of these eye shadows are superb, though I do not care for the light canvas packaging or that mirror...

Sheer Subtle and Glowy! Color descriptions in previous reviews are quite accurate. I love the palette, but the mirror.....what is UP with that?! Horrible! I find myself tilting it back...then forward...every which way and nothing helps the magnified warpiness of my reflection. boo! But the actual magnetic palette is darling.

The colors are gogeous, but they do go on extremely sheer. However, a Stila makeup artist told me that you could apply them wet so the color would look the same on as it does in the palette. This definitely helps a lot. I apply the shadows wet for the evening, and dry for daytime.
The packaging leaves a lot to be desired; the white canvas was not a good idea since it immediately gets dirty, and the mirror gives me a headache when I try to look into it. It's pointless and shouldn't even be in there.
Overall, I think this trio is a good value because you get a lot of shadow for the money, and you can wear the shadows wet or dry. I now wear these shadows everyday and I think the palette will last for several months.

I love love love this. The trio goes so well together and I love the golden undertones. It's very sheer and very versatile. I've only worn it two times but have gotten so many compliments! I got this as a gift (it retails for $41 CDN) and I am so glad because it's so beautiful! Too bad its limited edition, I think its a great staple for any girl.

like other's have said this is a sheer product but that is what i love about it. the colours are warmish which usually doesn't work for me but because of the sheerness i can wear them and they look lovely. i love it, especially the highlighing shade and i don't think stila have anything like it in the regular line at the moment.

I love this trio of shimmmery neutral/warms. The lightest shade is a shimmery pale champagne, the middle is a frosted peachy pink, and the darkest is a shimmery bronzey brown. I like the champagne as a highlight, the peachy-pink on lids, and the brown on the outer lids. I use Bronze Smudge Pot to line and it looks great. The overall look is subtle and glowy. The texture is wonderful; soft, silky, and easy to blend. Stila shadows last almost day on me even without a base, and I have oily lids. With a base they last all day.

These colors are nice but very sheer... you see mostly shimmer and not much pigment. I would prefer more pigment because these colors hardly showed up on my eyelids. They looked nice in the sun and outdoors when you could see the shimmer, but indoors you could hardly tell I had any eyeshadow on.

I am so disappointed in this palette. Its simply stunning in the compact. Its a gorgeous shimmery champagne highlighter shade, a shimmery pinky peach lid shade, and a shimmery coppery brown color. Colors are gorgeous in the pan. however, when i apply these they are so sheer. I can see the champagne color, and the brown is very soft, daytime look. I dont see any color on my lid from the pinky peach color. Just see shimmer. What a disappointment. Also comes in a crappy white fabric compact that is already dirty. Retails for $30. Pretty to look at but the color payout is lacking. The colors were all very silky and shimmery but the only one with enough pigment for me was the champagne.
