this product gives a nice, natural glow like i just got back from the beach!but for me and those with previous red/brown marks from acne, is not the best type of bronzer. since it's a gel, it needs to be blended... and i found that this smudged away my concealer/foundation. i tried putting the gel on first and then concealing wherever was needed.. but that looked un-natural. this is a good product nonetheless.

I have this in Or Cuivre, which is the darker shade (the other is Or Dore, as the reviewer below described). Cuivre looks like a dark bronze from the tube but goes on lighter than I expected. I don't use this all over my face, just a tiny dab where the sun normally would hit (cheekbones etc.). Blending it with a tinted moisturizer and/or lightweight foundation does make it look more natural. It doesn't go on as orange, as some bronzers do, but actually tans. No bad smell that I'm aware of, either.

This is a fabulous bronzer! At first, it appears to go on thick and opaque, but it totally sheers out into a beautiful bronze glow. It looks soooo natural. The finish isn't powdery so as to enhance flakies, just a very light matte powder finish. It's matte, but not too matte for those who prefer a satin finish on their skin. The best application is with a foundation brush so you can blend, blend, blend. The Lancome MAs will tell you this too. It comes in two shades, a lighter shade and a darker shade. I have the lighter one, which is Dore 01. It has a slight sparkle to it, but nothing to be concerned about if you hate shimmer. You can use this as a foundation if you want or over your foundation. The product is $30 for 1.35 oz. and comes in a tube. Definitely worth the money.
