I always seem to fall in love with limited edition Christmas items at LUSH and this one is my absolute favorite. I love it because is is relatively cheap, moisturizing and has American Cream scent. Unfortunately Twinkle is not released every single Chritmas, so I just keep my fingers crossed it will be out this year!

LOVE! Shame that as with a lot of Lush, my favourites are Xmas only. Nevertheless, this is a cute, shimmery lovely bath ballistic, that I used last year as a pre-prep for going out for the night. The smell blends amazingly with my American Cream conditioner and I always think life is best with a few sparkles.
In 2007, this was a standard size bath ballistic, not sure why last christmas it got small. Nevermind though, its still great.

Smells just like American Cream!! Mine thankfully had very little glitter in it, so I was happy abou that. My only complaint is that its small, I wish this was a bigger ballistic so the scent had more impact. Although, my skin is still smelling like it.

My boyfriend bought this as a little extra gift for Christmas. It didn't seem to do anything in the bath, the fizzing was quite unexciting really. The scent was very subtle but pleasant. There wasn't a lot of glitter and it wasn't a particularly softening bath bomb. Overall, it was an okay experience but nothing to write home about.

Call me boring, but I love subtlety, and therefore, I love this little ballistic. I noticed that my water was faintly blue, the scent was wonderful and there wasn't the annoying crap that is loaded into so many other Lush ballistics. It moisturized my skin gently--not as much as Butterball, which makes me feel like an oil slick. I wish Lush would make more like it!

I was taking advantage of the clean slate sale and picked one of these up since the ones I wanted were already gone. It's nothing too special. I liked the smell, but it didn't turn the water a pretty color, didn't moisturize...didn't really do much of anything. I noticed later that my skin was very faintly shimmery (hence, the name 'Twinkle'?), but there are better ones out there.

This would be a 3 if not for the scent - one of the best Lush has to offer, IMO. It's refreshing and comforting at the same time. Otherwise, rather unremarkable.

I got this as a freebie last Christmas and it was very mediocre. Not moisturizing, no smell, nothing to write home about! I love LUSH bath bombs but this was a miss. I will not purchase again and probably wouldn't even use it if it was given for free again.

I really like the scent of this bath bomb- it's the same as Lush's American Cream conditioner- a sophisticated and unique vanilla. So far, so good. My love of the fragrance is what leads to my main complaint, and that's that I wish the scent was stronger. When this bomb hit the water the scent pretty much just disappeared, which was very disappointing. Double or triple the scent and we'd be in business. This is one of Lush's small bath bombs- maybe if it was the larger size it would be better.

sniff before you buy. the vanilla scent was pleasant enough, but it was very boring. i like a bit more excitement from my lush products. the scent was strong and did linger. this bath bomb is very small in comparison to their others, presumably because of the cost of the vanilla scent. the amount of glitter (a very light dusting) was nice.

smelled nice in the bag but in the bath it was HORRIBLE. To be honest this was a waste of money and I won't be repurchasing. Now I remember why balistics are a total let-down.

Smells gorgeous - just like the American Cream conditioner that Lush do. Turned the bath water a very very faint blue colour and didn't seem to have any glitter or sparkle at all. Left a nasty beige froth around the top of the water and then the bath - bleurgh!! Smells gorgeous though so still gtes 3 out of 5

I got this as a present for last Xmas, so it's not fair of me to criticize, but for all the ladies who think/thought of buying this, here it comes. Pros: nice strong powdery scent which freshens up your bathroom (unfortunately does not linger on your skin like you'd wish), nice packaging and doesn't itch. Cons: glitter floats on the water, and there're only abnormally discreet particles which adhere to your skin, so small that I had to OBSERVE for couple of minutes if there's actually anything on me! Reason for that is that they put glitter only on the outer side of the bomb instead putting it inside too (and they should've put app. 100 times more). Also, this is nothing special, and it should've been bigger, since the bomb is pretty small for a regular tub. All in all, 3 lippies since it's a nice present, but nothing special.

This is a 2005 Christmas ballistic. It's smaller than the other Lush ballistics (like Butterball) and has a pale blue/green color with glitter on it. It smells like American cream (vanilla), but not as strong as the conditioner.
I love using it, but wish it was a bit stronger.

This was a seasonal Christmas bomb that looked heavenly (baby blue with sparkles!). Unfortunately it turned out to be better OUT of the bath. It melled similar to baby powder (yuck!) while it fizzed (then the scent disappeared once it settled), there was no hint of color and (worst of all) no glitter! Not even a gleam of shimmer in the water! Serious disappointment on this one.
