I noticed these elegant tubes while buying some perfumes. Of course I had to buy it :)

First of all very elegant package, easy to apply. Consistency is also great, gel-y and not sticky. Leaves shiny finish. Delicious vanilla scent. Nice cooling effect right after applyng it and smooth, moisturizer lips.
Love it! Of course you can get same results with cheaper lip balms but I love luxurious feel and vanilla scent :)

Slippery but with a nice texture, not too thin, not too thick. The texture doesn't change as time wears on. Not mentholated, very comfortable, and is just the right amount of glossy. Worth the $20.

Love, love, love this lip balm-it is the best there is! It is really thick (not runny like some) and makes my lips soooooo soft! It is a little pricey ($20) but it lasts a long time since you don't need to use much, so it's worth it.

Leaves my lips super soft.

Just purchased this elegant yet handy tube of Jo Malone vitamin E Lip conditioner. Purchased it for $20 at NM with free ship and promotional 9 ml Grapefruit Cologne....a bargain. The lip conditioner glides on smoothly without becoming a gooey mess and the hint of vanilla is wonderful. No dry lips here and it's January in New England! The tube holds many applications So far I am addicted to the whole Jo Malone Vitamin E line.Still on the hunt for the treatment oil.

Good, but not great. I love the vanilla like scent and taste, and the cooling sensation on my lips, but its a bit too thin and greasy, and only lasts about 15-20 min before I have to reapply. For $20 I expected more.

This winter, I'm in search for something more portable and palatable than pure lanolin that I usually use for my lips. I tried this one in store, it seems nice, albeit the artificial honey smell. But it was enough for me to order online when Jo Malone had free shipping promo. After using it for a week, I can say that it is fairly moisturizing, but rather thin and greasy (or glossy, whichever way you look at it) that it has to be re-applied numerous time. It is much like putting a straight oil on chapped lips, so it has no cushiony feel/protection and when it's gone, you end up with pieces of dried, but oily, part of your lips, if that makes sense. I highly doubt if the SPF is photostable, it may even induce some sensitivity. Also, although the flavor is strongly honey, sometimes I can detect the mint as well. I really like the tube packaging (means no fingery mess) but I don't think I'll purchase this again.

I love, love, love Jo Malone. I picked this up with my Jo Malone purchase, after $200, I figured another $20 wouldn't hurt. This is now my favorite lip balm. Here is what I love: It has an SPF 15, which is great for dry, winter days; it has a matte finish, and doesn't look greasy; it's super moisturizing, but still very lightweight; it smooths my lips wonderfully; and it has a pleasant light vanilla scent. Yum!

Overall: Two-in-one lip balm and lip gloss; softens your lips and gives it shine, but feels gooey and doesn't last long. Expensive stuff and hard to find - only available in higher-end department stores.
Texture: Feels like.. vaseline, rich and a little sticky. It has a subtle vanilla flavor and a tingly, cooling effect after applying.
Packaging: Small plastic tubes similar to Lancome Juicy Tubes, lightweight and easy to stick in your pocket. It's all black, which looks a little masculine.

Just a tip, they give a pretty decent sized sample of this lip balm if you ask for it. Mine lasted for about a month and I used it every day.

Now I'm a little sad to have to drop $20 on lip balm but I like this stuff a lot. It's VERY rich and moisturizing so you need only a little bit...I feel a minty little tingle afterwards, too. Makes my lips way soft.

I might just go for samples and use my Burts Bees chapstick on a daily basis.

Who knew Vitamin E could be this sexy? This little tube was purchased on a whim while splurging on Jo Malone fragrances. It was the best choice out of the whole order! This super emollient treatment pampers your lips with just the right thickness and delivers the perfect amount of moisture.

The packaging reminds me of Vaseline lip therapy circa 1995. Thankfully it is a lovely black color with signature Jo Malone crest and flair. Its simple, elegant, and gets the job done.

Because the formula in the tube is thick, some may even say hard, and it melts on contact with your lips, you need just the smallest amount to send your kisser to heaven. I use this every night after I wash my face and use C.O. Bigelow's Lip Buffer (the holy grail of lip buffers). When I wake up my lips are perfectly refreshed, plumped, and primed for the day. Its an instant soother to any windblown or sunburned day as well. I would not recommend using it immediately prior to the application of lipstick or lip gloss, as it is very emollient and will just assist in helping your color slide off.

While it is a tad pricer than most lip balms/treatments, at $20, my tube has lasted me well over 9 months and is still going strong. Its a great investment and your lips will thank you (as well as your significant other). Enjoy!

My HG lip balm ... I Love this stuff ..the texture ..the soft scent ..the way it makes my lips feel. THis is by far the best lip balm I have ever used. I have tried soo many others ..carmex in pot ..carmex in tube, carmex in stick ..BE buzz latte ....and many more ...nothing absolutely nothing compares.

it is a little steep for lip balm i guess ...but it's worth it ..try it ..you will love it !

I have this balm in just about every spot I happen to be at. The price it not too bad in my opinion. We pay more than that for glosses that just add shine, this is nourishing, and I do mean nourishing. My lips are always dry, but when I began using this, that went bye-bye! The moisturizing effects will last for several hours where with most other balms, I would have to re-apply several times per hour. I use another balm that I like alot and it is twice the price! So for the price and quality of this, Its a winner!

This is the best lip balm I have ever used. Ranks higher than Epicuren and Kiehls. Highly recommend, although a little pricey. Love the texture, smell and my lips are very soft.

This stuff is fantastic. It feels great on your lips and tastes and smells wonderful. Sort of minty. If you like Burts Bees and Fresh sugar treatment, you'll love this stuff. It treats and maintains.

No matter what the season, my lips seem to dry out throughout the day. I bought this based on MUA reviews. While I think that $20.00 is relatively expensive for this sort of product, I was able to find it on ebay for less. The packaging is adequate and application is easy and it is not sticky or tacky on the lips. I only use it at night and wake up with soft lips so one tube will last a very long time. The main ingredient is vaseline which is cheap and readily available, but certainly would be very tacky and sticky. While this is definitely not my HG product, I will probably repurchase until something better comes along.

Mediocre. Heavy vaseline, but did not really moisturize.

A nice honey tinge to the fragrance accompanying this balm. It's richly moisturizing, not at all sticky, and a nice consistency. BUT it's also $20. Because it's Jo Malone. I'll enjoy it now but would not repurchase.

My lip had been chapped and flaky for awhile, for like about 6 months. My old lip conditioner wasn't working so I decided to give this a chance. USD$20 is a lot for me to spend on a lip conditioner but I have bleeding problem from time to time with dry, chapped, and flaky lip, and it's so painful, that I didn't care anymore. I just want my lips to be cure. The first ingredient is petroleum, I don't like petroleum to be honest, but Jo Malone can prove that she's better than drugstore brands [which always have petroleum in their lip balm and conditioner]. I looked at the review for Jo Malone Lip Conditioner and decided to get it. I'm very happy that all the reviewers are right, and thanks guys!, that this is very moisturizing and I get soft lips in the morning when I used this at night on the first day! I just used this for 3 days. I haven't have soft, smooth, and problem free lips for so long. I adore this lip conditioner. It's concentrated so I use it sparely and still get the benefit. Could be just me since I have sensitive lips, I have a bit of that minty tingle when I use this, but it doesn't bother me. This smell nice, like rich honey. I have nothing to complain about. $20 for a lip treatment like this is not a bad price to me either. It also exfoliant my dry lips too, save money from buying extra lip exfoliantor =D.
