I use Sisley Paris Lotion with Tropical Resins on a cotton pad to clean my pores and tighten them after cleasing my face - remember this is for those with oily skin so it might be too harsh for u. I definitely recommend trying it out at the counter first before purchasing it. If I have a big zit I'll dab the area with this toner on a cotton pad. It does a good job of drying it out which is exactly what I need.
The consultant at Sisley counter recommended using this in problem areas only and I definitely agree with her if you're combination skin. This does wonders in the summer. It may be too harsh in the cold/dry/windy winter (like in NYC).

I have had small white bumps on my skin around my chin area for my entire life. It has been called "congestion" by dermatologists. I have tried product after product and line after line, with no result. That was until I used this. I have been using this lotion for a month, and my bumps are almost completely gone. I do not use it on my whole face however, just on my problem area. Amazing! Clear skin for the first time!

Lucky I have the deluxe sample of this toner before buying the full size. I am looking for something to help my t-zone and this is not it. I feel that this lotion has too much alcohol. It initially made my t-zone matte..rather too matte that I look older. Then before I knew it, I am oil-slick again... more oil slick than normal as I think this lotion made my sebaceous glands work overtime. Does not control oil, does not keep pores clean nor refined, has the alcoholic-herbal smell and is not pleasurable to use.

I personally like this toner
it contains 30% alcohol!!! and my skin is fine with it
those with sensitive skin might wanna pass this up
if u r very oily, u will be fine with this toner
i love it, although the price is so steep. i don't mind buying it again, but i think using AHA/BHA toner would work better. who knows plants and natural extracts may work better than chemical in the long-run?

This does nothing to improve my complexion. Does not regulate sebum but way better than Chanel similar product. ie T-mat etc. The brochure states regular use will ensures a visible improvement in the appearance of oily or combination skin but this product is quite strong to be used on a daily basis for combination skin. (to be used before Tropical Resins Complex)
