I own these glosses in joy, flirt, sugar plum, honey, and a couple of others. Sugar plum and honey are my favourite on my olive skin and I have back ups of these in fact. They are long lasting and not sticky although the amount in each tube is among the smallest I've found in lipglosses and the applicator brush is not great. The noise of the spring when you twist the tube to push product out also sounds very cheap. However, at £1.50 each I can't really complain bearing in mind I like the end result. I keep some in my dressing table, and others in my handbags. They are not terribly pigmented so if I 'urgently' need some gloss I can pretty much grab any of them and it will go with the rest of my makeup. I woudl definitely recommend trying them before you buy more expensive ones. The difference in price between these ones and MAC glosses is not reflected in the difference in quality at all. So try ELF first I say.

I am currently using this in Vixen. I love this stuff! It makes my lips look so kissable and nice. It's dirt cheap and you definitely can't go wrong with it. I always get compliments when using this lip gloss.

This lip gloss is great, and it's only a $1! It's so creamy, and makes my lips look pretty and moisturizing! And their nicely pigmented as well! I have my lip gloss in "Bubblegum". I would definitely check them out! :)

The texture is a bit thick and sticky but that seems to make it stay on longer. The colors I have come out much lighter than I would have liked but for $1 I'll just try different ones. They have scent and taste, if that is concern to anyone, and a small amount of product. Great buy I think!

I hate this lip gloss. For something called "hypershine" it hardly gives any shine to your lips at all (I have tried 4 of them). They are a thick, sticky mess, with a useless brush applicator that makes it hard to use on the go. I was excited to find these because no where around me that I live really sells elf products, but they are a huge let down.

I would say that you get everything you pay for. I bought the blossom shade and it is a nice color without being too dramatic. I especially like the twisting part that avoids any messes and it smells really good too. It does get sticky though if you like to rub your lips together a lot like I do. The only con is that it finishes really quick, in about a week or two to be exact. But it's only a dollar so it doesn't matter.

Just placed my second order on E.L.F. i ordered the makeup mist and set, 2 more hypershine glosses, and eyeliner and the blush and bronzer duo. The first time i ordered, i had a bigish order, about 40 dollars and thats with shipping, i also received a surprise bag, containing a nice few items. anyways, the one thing i liked the best out of the bag was a hypershine gloss. In the shade blossom. what i like the most is that it looks very pink but its actually not, it gives a very light light lightttt pink color, almost not even noticeable. i loved it. it was sticky , although its thickish but its amazing and smells great. i ordered 2 more today. In the colors flirt and vixen. i love red colors , and i love them most for fall. and since falls coming up and i only have 1 red gloss, which is actually the maybelline cherry me baby lips. i decided i needed another pretty red. more of a gloss then a balm. so excited to get these products. i love them, everything about them. the packaging good be a little better considering i dont really like the twist up thing. but i dont really care. the gloss is awesome and its only 1 dollar! and i was on the website once and some were on sale for 50 cents! thats so cheap. dirt cheap. anyways. amazing glosses. if u dont have it go get it! :)

I bought this in Fairy a couple of weeks ago for a dollar and love it. It lasts for at least 4 hours on my lips and that's including smooching an 11 month old all of the time. For the price you can't beat it. It's a nice pretty sheen to your lips and the smell is pretty sweet too.

I discovered these when I rather randomly decided to try one as I was already putting in an order for E.L.F. HD powder - one of my HG products. I didn't expect much for GBP 1.50, but figured I hadn't lost very much if I hated it.

I was very pleasantly surprised, and have since ordered a few of them. Firstly, these don't irritate my dry, sensitive skin at all and they feel quite comfortable and moisturising on my lips. The shades are fun and give a sheer wash of colour and shine which doesn't feel sticky. My favourite is "Berry Cherry", a slightly cool pink that goes perfectly with the "Joy" shade of E.L.F. mineral blush, IMHO.

The packaging is cheap, obviously, and you don't get a huge amount. However, for that price you can afford to stock up and can't really complain.

As someone who eschewed E.L.F. for years, presuming it must be cheap rubbish, I've been quite impressed by some of their products. Yes, some are very much what you pay for, but there are others that seem to bat well above their league.

Adore these. For the price, you cannot beat them. I love all the shades too; haven't found a bad one yet. What I like most about these is the texture; slightly thick and long-lasting, yet not sticky. I love the cotton candy scent too, which must be new, because when these initially came out I hated the scent.

I was looking for a good cheap lipgloss when I saw E.L.F products at Target. I had never used this brand before but they were super cheap ($1 !!!!) so I bought the Mauve color Hypershine gloss. I LOVE IT. Seriously love it. You can wear it solo for light color, or apply over lipstick for a nice combo gloss. Its so pretty and light. I cant wait to try the other kinds! Smell and taste is whatever, just your typical gloss. Not bad but you wont be biting your lip all day because its super yummy either. Sticky lips but not terrible. Very nice. Completely worth a dollar, although I would pay more.

I've come to realize that I really love these lip glosses. They are much nicer than the L'Oreal Infallible. And to think they're only $1! Will be buying more.

This gloss is one that I wear daily. I have this in Blossom & I think it's really cute rose/pink colour. I like the packaging except for the fact that there isn't much product (that's expected though seeing as how it's $1) & that because you have to twist it to use it, it's easy to over-apply. The gloss is a bit sticky, but it I like it because it lasts a long time. I went to work & went home with it still on - not touching up once. I also don't find that it smells any different than most other drugstore glosses.

I don't think anyone should be complaining about the twisting because it literally & directly on the tube that you have to twist it before first application.

I love the line of colors for this product. I have purchased (4) different colors and they have all been very flattering on me. I like that most of the colors are subtle, as I prefer a hint of color with shine. Yes, it is a bit sticky, but I normally will apply a good lip balm first and line my lips with a nude/light color liner. I find that it helps the gloss to go on smoother and last a bit longer. And for the price ($1.00), how can you go wrong!

I LOVE this lip gloss. I didn't expect it too be this good because it was only $1. It's really sticky, but i don't mind because it lasts a really long time compared to all my other lip glosses. The only thing thatt bothers me is how you have to twist it. Sometimes I accidently over twist it and make a mess but I definitely recommend it!

This is a good lip gloss for those who like subtle colour. The colours are very sheer and the texture is sticky, but I like it that way. The gloss lasts and lasts. I like the applicator and don't mind the fragrance. It reminds me of Stila lip gloss, but at a much lower price!

These glosses are seriously AMAZING. I don't find them sticky at ALL. In fact, they're that perfect marriage of thick, but slick that I adore. The smell is delicious too. I've never been a fan of this type of packaging, but that's just me. And for the price? You can't beat it!

What's so funny is what I love the most about this product are actually what people hate about this product, which are:
1. Stickiness/tackiness: Many people are bothered with the tackiness of this product, but I actually loving it! It kinda moisturizes my lips better than the more watery lipglosses (the non-tacky ones) and stays a lot longer too. The tackiness does not bother me at all, as a matter of fact I quite like it.
2. Scent: well, I don't think it has an overwhelming scent. As a matter of fact, I like my lipglosses to have some yummy/nice scent in them.
3. Brush applicator: it allows me to have a more precise application. I really love the brush applicator. And about hygiene...well I don't really share this product to anyone. Other lipglosses' applicators are not that hygienic anyway, even the tube ones.
4. Packaging: it looks like a pen, so slim and easy to travel with since it's not bulky. And the way you have to 'click' it to have the product coming out...I kinda love it too. I think it's cool.
And also loving the colors! Great lipgloss and really really inexpensive!
