I really like Ulta eye shadows. I used to be an Estee Lauder devotee for eye shadow, but they're awfully expensive. I think the Ulta shadows are just as good, and you can't beat the price. They're $6 each, and often Ulta has a BOGO sale.
The mink is a really nice eye liner shadow. Blends beautifully and not too much shimmer or glitter.

the shadow is better than it looks in the pan or the pictures above. gorgeous brown that will make brown eyes pop! Ulta products are always have sales and you are getting a lot of product as well. This color is super pigmented and buildable: I have tan skin and still with one light application I get a beautiful elegant eyelid, I can also make it into a darker look easily. I use the shadow lightly on the lid and make a v to give it the two shadow affect. amazing for travel and last literally all day. I like this better than my and of my Naked Palette browns

Such a great brown that I use both as shadow and liner. Velvety and pigmented, zero fall out for me, with minimal shimmer. Ulta does not test on animals and that is another reason I purchase their shadows above other brands. Definitely a staple for me.

I agree w/ one of the previous comments that this is a velvety brown shadow w/ little shimmer, which is what I was looking for. Its very very pigmented as I am finding the Ulta brand shadows to be...I've decided to go w/ this color as my everyday look (w/ Ulta "Naked" or "Silk" eyeshadows) and to tone down some of my other colors.
This is a great buy as it was on sale 3/$10, which is less expensive than some of the Maybelline and Revlon colors I've purchased.
I am really really glad that I came across Mink and will surely be getting more!

Nice shadow--good color payoff, smooth, not too much fall out. I wouldn't buy this though as it can be duped easily in any other makeup line.
I got this free with a gift with purchase.

This looks nothing like the online swatch. I have included 2 pictures: one in the pan, and the other on the skin just to you can envision the color. This is slightly glistening brown, mostly suedey finish but has some sheen to it, its not too shimmery. The color is highly pigmented tiger's eye color. It lasts all day even on my oily eyelids, blends really well too. Its a good buy when its on sale.

Lovely deep, dark brown, neutral/warm in tone & not really shimmery, more a matte finish but with an ultra fine rose gold glitter which adds a little extra warmth. Makes a lovely liner, crease shade or smokey eye without being as harsh as black or gray. This is a new shade in Ulta's new e/s formula & its just gorgeous. It has lots of pigment so apply with a light hand (& there's no chunky gliitter falling out; the ultrafine rose glitter is very subtle). The only reason I'm giving this 4, rather than 5 lippies, is that its so soft & pigmented its easy to make a mess if you aren't careful & overload your brush; this stuff really sticks, particularly with UDPP, so blending away mistakes is tough.

I went to Ulta looking for a nice basic dark brown shadow to use for lining. (I never use pencils, only e/s applied w/ an angle brush.) This fits my needs *perfectly*. It's a beautiful brown, not as dark as I had originally wanted but I like it...like dark hot chocolate, with just a little shimmer. Doesn't fall on my cheeks when applied (which is so annoying), holds up well and looks really classy. A staple in my makeup bag now.

I went shopping for Ulta eyeshadows today because tomorrow would be the last day of their BOGOF deal and the kids would be home tomorrow so this was my only chance. I had a list of shades to swatch that were rated well on MUA, and I had decided to narrow the list to 4. This was one I bought, and I'm glad because after I got home, I took a shower and by chance looked at my hand and saw that the mink swatch was still there! It wasn't quite as dark as when I swatched it, but I had only lightly applied it in the first place to the back of my hand and then rubbed it in at the time. Amazing lasting color...The others that lasted after my shower were eggplant (which I didn't buy) and granite (which I did buy). There was one other swatch that made it through my shower, but I don't remember which color it was. It was either summer, knit, or penny. I didn't buy knit, so perhaps I might next time.

I love this as a liner. I tried (without success) to wear as a smoky brown shadow, but it looked really wierd. I'm not good at eye shadows, but am getting pretty good at using them for a liner. Definitely get it when its BOGO free.

Mink is a very dark eggplant with crimson micro-glitter. Makes a pretty smokey eye when used with Organza as a shimmer
