I love this color, I also love another similar color from OPI called Jewel of India. This is similar to OPI except it's a tad brighter and has a pearly glow. I love it now I don't have to stock pile Jewel of India because it was a LE release. I think like this color a little more because of the pearly and micro shimmer finish. I love it a lot my HG for my toes and hands for the summer.

The other reviewers nailed it: this is a pretty midtone rose/hot pink shimmer, good for summer manicures. It needs 3 coats to be opaque, which I ordinarily wouldn't mind if the color was unique. This color isn't, though. Although it's a nice color to wear, it's not all that exciting (if you can believe that for a hot pink). There are better choices out there, such as ChG Carribean Temptation or ChG Sexy Silhouette, if you're looking for look-at-me pinks.

This is a pretty pink/rose with shimmer. The application was a little sheer and I needed 3 coats to get enough coverage. Even though this is a pretty shade, its not very unique. I plan on keeping this, but I can't say its a color that you can't live without.

Although International Flare is definitely one of the most compelling colors in my line of China Glaze, I just sort of got tired of this on my nails after 1 day. The color is a cool hot pink with a lot of shimmer, sort of a blue flash to it. It's one of those pearly hot pinks. I loved it the first day but just sorta got tired of it. It's very peppy and bright and I need that some days. But I should probably save this for Summer.



I know I checked the box that I wouldn't buy again but it's not that I would actively avoid it! It's just that if I lost this in hotel, I'd probably buy a different China Glaze. Or maybe I'll swap it.



And its application was the typical nice CG application that I love sooo much!
