I miss this color so much! It's such a beautiful color! Anyone could pull this shade off. I hate how MAC is constantly discontinuing products! :[

So sad mac didn't keep this lipstick. it's the perfect shimmery rose with a kick so hot, prettiest pink/rose lipsstick I've seen.

I love this color, its gorgeous! Pink Maribu is a cool berry pink with lots of shimmer. Its sexy, frosty, rich and maybe a tiny bit drying, however I always wear lip balm under lipsticks and clear gloss over them so that solves the drying thing for me. This color is bold and flattering on my PPP complexion. I would repurchase but of course....its limited edition.

I am on the fence with this lipstick. The silver spray in the purple-pink is a bit overdramatic for daytime. It is a bit dark for the NC15 skin. I think I am better off wearing this at night.

It is a lovely shade, kind of frost lilac. Lip balm underneath is a must as it tends to be drying. Will last forever on lips.

I really don't like this lipstick. The silver glitter makes it very difficult to use, especially if you want to apply it lightly. If you try to wipe it off soon after applying, the silver glitter will stick to your lips. Also I find it to be very dry. But I love most other MAC lipsticks and the packaging is very nice.

This was my next choice after I failed to stock up on Fresh Buzz, and since it was a limited color, I got smart and bought two at the time I got the first one. It is a pretty sparkly pink, not nearly as light pink as Fresh Buzz. At first I thought it was too sparkly, but it's turning into everyday wear for me. I usually wear it with MAC plum soft cremestick lipliner, and blend very well with the lipliner.

This lipstick is divine! The perfect rosy-pink colour with silver glitter. I actually love the texture too, it doesn't feel as though it will slip off. This is so beautiful, highly recommended!

I just bought the last one at my store, and I'm so glad I took a chance with such a different color than what I normally wear. It's so pretty, and I'm amazed at how flattering it is against my pale skintone. I would definitely repurchase if I come across it again. It's just a tiny bit drying, and I don't find it to be overly frosty at all. This color has instantly become one of my new favorites. ♥

I love this rosey pink. It does not have too much glitter in it to me but I like frosty shades. I use a bit of clear gloss over it to avoid dryness and that works just fine. This shade brightens my PPP face but I do like it with a mid toned liner. I wear this for day.

What a beautiful bold lippie! This is a sparkly deep pinkish red with sparkles on me (NC42, pigmented lips). I usually top it with a lipgelee (jellybabe or sapilicious are gorgeous) to cut down on some of the glitteriness and grit. It is amazingly wearable however and I can even wear it to work especially if I keep the eyes simple. A fun lippie (great for a night out on the town dancing in the clubs) but relatively versatile.

I got this today in the re-release with A Muse and I have a new favorite. I thought it'd be darker; I was pleasantly surprised when it went on a medium cool rose-pink color. I love the sparkle because it gives it a bit of extra oomph!
I do wear this with a clear gloss over it to cut down on the grittiness, though. I'm not usually a fan of frosts but I love this one.

This fun and frosty rosy pink is just so pretty in the tube, but just a tad too bright on my lips. I’ve been wearing it toned down with a touch of creamy concealer over it. At first I found this shade drying and gritty, but a little lip balm under the lipstick helps with that. This shade is very brightening and lovely on, but it’s been pretty much regulated to “night’s out” lipstick instead of being an every day shade. I guess it’s a novelty color for me.

This shade is way fun! I love the frost, I love the glitter! It's very much like it's namesake...fun and frivolous! Check my profile for a picture of me wearing it.

This color looks so clownish on me. I wanted to love it! In the tube it looks gorgeous. On my lips, it's too sparkly and silvery. Where can i where this? Ick.

Man, I wish this looked on me the way I've seen it look on others :-( ... my review of Pink Maribu isn't based on anything save for the color, which doesn't do a think for my LLL/auburn/blue eyed coloring.
The color is like a deeper pink-toned version of MAC's LE shade, Indie Girl -- it's got some silver microglitter in it, but it's smooth, so there's no grit so far that I can feel. The color is gorgeous, too, but sadly, I don't wear lipstick on the back of my hand, which is where it looked its best (LOL).
So to close, it's not the brand, it's not the formula (LOVE frosts!), it's just the color itself that failed me, so no, I wouldn't repurchase.

OOH! I love this color! I have a hard time with most pink lipsticks because I'm fair with some pink to my skin, but this is gorgeous. It's pretty glittery which makes it a bit drying, but I topped it with Bobbi Brown lip tint in Posey and that seemed to help.

this color did absolutely nothing for me. it was way too frosty and gritty. i looked ridiculous with this on my lips. i really don't care for this lipstick. NW20/NW23 [Update] Added another lippie...Tried this again in natural sunlight and saw that it was quite wearable. I still hate the frost and grittiness, but I'll keep it because it's a very unique color. Besides, a little gloss will correct that. I still hate that this is drying. I wore lip balm underneath, and it didn't help. This is more of a party/clubbing lipstick.

Hhmmm I am a little disappointed with this as it's not exactly how I thought it would be. For reference I am a light-medium olive MMM so I found this a wee bit too cool toned for me and it was a little too frosty as well. I'll have to find something to tone it down a bit. (It's a bright & frosty cool toned rose colour)
I think I'll hang onto it though as it does brighten up my face and is so different to all the other lippies I have.
I don't understand how some people say it's scary dark in the tube, I disagree and I was surprised by how light it actually looks in the tube!

This is a beautiful pink but it's way frosty even for a Frost! I use Quartz liner to fill in the sides of my upper and lower lips after applying the PM. After blending the edges with a lip brush, the PM is more of a highlight at the center of the lip and gives some dimension to the Quartz. This is the only way I can wear this lipstick in my flourescent-lighted office without my lips looking silvercoated. A very feminine color/look, but if you don't like shimmer or frost, stay away!
