I have to agree with another reviewer or two on this balm - it was fine at first, and I originally bought it to replace Burt's Bees for an alternative with SPF. I liked that it felt slick on my lips and I could rub them together more easily than with Burt's Bees, and it also gave a bit of shine. I really liked that.. except a week later, my lips dried out. I had to repurchase Burt's Bees. Maybe this would work on top of Burt's Bees? I didn't try it; I misplaced this tube after I bought BB and didn't care to go looking for it. This balm is simply made out of oils that'll sit at the surface of your lips and never sink in, eventually starving your lips of moisture. This is not it.

I usually like Kiss My Face products but this was terrible. I found the texture to be overly oily feeling and it did not leave my lips soft and moisturized. It has a faint mint smell.
The packaging was awkward since you twist at the top of the tube rather than the bottom so I would often accidentally twist the tube as I am trying to uncap it.
Maybe its just the tube that I got but I found that I once I twisted the product up, I couldnt twist it back down.
This sat in my drawer for a couple months until I found it the other day. I decided it give it a second try but it ended up a sticky, gooey soft texture. In the trash it went. Not worth the three or so dollars I had paid for it.

my HG is Burt's Bees lip balm but i wanted something with SPF for the day. this meets all of the requirements i was looking for. it's cheap, natural, smells and feels good, and stays on my lips surprisingly well. it makes my lips look so soft. i was also surprised by the packaging - it's easier to use the dial on a lip balm tube when it's at the top instead of the bottom. i'll definitely repurchase when it runs out or i lose it, whichever comes first.
update: knocking off some lippies because after a week of using this, my lips became dry. i blame the SPF in it. i will not repurchase. have to keep searching for my HG SPF lipbalm...

I am editing my earlier review because I was a little harsh on this product. I have since bought several more tubes to leave in my purse, bedside drawer, makeup bag, etc. It's not the most moisturizing lip balm out there, that's true. I think that I didn't like it at first because with all the sticks I've bought, the first few uses are waxy, and then it softens up. Still, I find that it doesn't really heal super chapped lips- in fact the mint burns a little if my lips are really dry. However, it's good as maintenance to keep them from getting chapped. Plus, the mint makes my breath feel fresh, too!
Just got this a few days ago and I'm already not too impressed by it. I do like the mint scent and cool feeling, but the balm itself leave a lot to be desired. It's pretty waxy and it tends to drag a bit when applying, plus I'm not finding that it moisturizes at all- it may even be drying. With most lip balms, I can put it on at night and wake with moisturized lips- with this one, I wake up with dry lips. I'm still debating whether to use it up or toss it, but I definitely will not repurchase. It's too bad because generally, KMF products work really well for me. There are lots of better balms out there even at this price- I will stick with Burt's Bees in the future.

What really keeps me coming back for this product is the refreshing mint tingle that I feel when I where it, and the pleasant scent.
It offers SPF, is made of lots of organic ingredients, and the packaging in my opinion is pretty cute. I like that that dial to get more product is up at the top by the cap instead of at the bottom.
It gives me a natural sheen, and feels really soothing on my lips without feeling waxy or heavy, which is great for me, especially when kissing a loved one.

I like the mint flavor of this Kiss My Face lip balm (it's my favorite flavor after Strawberry). I like the fact that this is made up of natural ingredients and that it has a nice smell/flavor. The spf is a plus. It runs $3-4, I'd pick up another one next time I'm out of this flavor.

This product is ok, not great. It doesn't irritate my uber-sensitive skin, the texture is nice, I love the smell/taste, and the packaging is reasonable. However, this really has very little staying power on me (~10 min), and hence doesn't really moisturize or protect very well. I will not repurchase. I'll stick with my HG Burts Bees.

I felt that this product initially left me with dry, flaky lips that wouldn't fall off. I kept with it though, and I don't experience that anymore. Pretty unpleasant, though. I do luv the packaging; think it's cute. The reason I started using KMF lip balm was b/c it was organic, but I guess if you have sunscreen in your product it's not truly organic;) The reason I won't buy this one again, is that there are tons of options out there that have SPF and don't cause funky, dry lips ever. Plus I haven't been really crazy about the flavors (I've also done ginger mango and peach).

I love this lip balm. I try to use natural products whenever I can and I'm always coming back to Kiss My Face. I love anything mint and this stuff is no exception. It feels wonderfully tingly when applied and it smells great. It moisturizes well and has SPF. I will definitely purchase again.

My favorite lip balm in general and to use under lip liner and lipstick. It smells, tastes, and soothes well, plus it's organic. What more could you ask for?

This is like any other chapstick/lip balm product, but I like the fact that it has SPF 15 and is made with 70% certified organic ingredients. "Treat Mint" is mint scented and I love how it tingles on my lips after application. The packaging is somewhat different from other chapsticks as it twists at the top of the product, and not at the base like most. I purchased this on sale at Long's for $3.19. Sorta pricey, but I like organic products so I will probably repurchase, but in a different flavor :)
