The Halo line of shampoos/conditioners is excellent and this Smoothing shampoo is another winner. I have fine blonde colored and highlighted hair and this shampoo does a great job of smoothing down the pesky fly-aways and leaving my hair in great shape. Leaves my hair feeling soft, light and "airy". My only complaint about the Halo line is the high price. I often drift away and use other less expensive shampoos, but end up returning to Halo because of the high quality and how it's absolutely gentle on color treated hair. Good stuff!!

i really like this cleanser i hated cheating on my beloved no poo from deva curl and though i love it when i want to do straigher styles i will admit that no poo in not the best seeing that its for curls. so i wanted to try something to smooth and silk me out. and i hate to say it but it was actually really good. it made my hair feel silky an smooth but not in a greasy kinda way it smells amazing and actually much better than deva curl i must admit. the only thing i was not a huge fan of was the packaging. while very pretty it def not functionable, the bottle is so hard u cant squeeze the product out easy. it kinda looks like a futuristic vessel of some sort its cute but like i said product might be hard to get out when i finally reach the bottom, all in all though it tamed down my frizz and made my hair feel silky and smooth and had a nice luxurious lather it felt expensive. it like enough for med to course hair i would go easy on the conditioner if u have super fine hair i have a hard time reviewing hair products for people w fine hair because any one w curls feels like there can never be enough conditioner
but as far as the cleaser goes its awsome and the smell is amazing
i am def repurchasing this for when i want to straighten or blow out my hair. i also recomend the conditioner my curl detagled themselves
o and it makes your color glow!!!! i have burgandy hair now w some coppery highlights and it deff made it shine!!! i def recomend this product

Smells great, doesn't strip your hair and doesn't ruin your hair color! It's a high hydrating formula that I'm pretty sure came out of the hydrating line and is great for every day use for those of us who hate having to sacrifice our daily shower to save our colored ends. Pricey and the packaging is slightly annoying with the curved edges but you can store it upside down so that's better than most other high end shampoos and conditioners.

I previously used the Hydrating line which was much better. This crap won't rinse out of my hair. My roots were greasy for the first time ever. I also got breakouts along my hairline because of the difficulty washing this product out. Smell is ok. I threw this out before finishing the bottle, which brings me to another point-for some reason the Halo line has bottles with silver-plastic bottoms which pop off and crack at will. Heaven help you if you drop it in the shower.

I think this MAY be my favorite product so far. This got rid of my static and leaves my hair a lot softer than the hydrating line. I don't even need volumizing products with this shampoo..it leaves my hair with body and it also leaves it feeling a bit thicker and it smells WONDERFUL. I can also use a leave in conditioner with this and it is plenty of moisture for my hair.
