I've used this product for years. When you first see the color., it looks pretty intense but it's very versatile. It can be applied to look sheer or if you wet it, the color gets very concentrated. I like to use it with the Emerald eye shimmer from TBS. Very nice combo for a night out on the town.

This color looks great in the pot but on my skin it is not nearly as nice. If you have dark shadows under your eyes (which I have an extreme case of) I would not line my eyes with this at all. I have unfortunately barely used this color as it is just a bit too dark for the looks I typically do and the type of green this is doesn't sit as well on my skin as I'd like. If it were somewhat warmer and more toned down it might be better. It's also too glittery for my taste. It is a very small amount of product but a little goes a very long way.

I bought this colour after my favourite one was discontinued. I love this colour! It is very pigmented and you really do not need much at all! It goes on kind of like a slatey blue colour if you use just a little!
It lasts all day and blends very nicely. I use mine almost daily and it has lasted me over 6 months and I still haven't used half. It applies very nicely and doesn't smudge or crease, even without a base or primer underneath. I love this eyeshadow and I would most definitely purchase again.

I absolutely love this shade. It is so unique; this dark, smoky green. I tried a sample on my hand, and just fell in love with it. Did not regret the purchase, even though it is by far the most expensive and the smallest eye shadow pot I bought!!! It goes on smooth, very blendable, does not crease! Stays on! And most importantly, the color you see in the pot is what you get once you apply it on as well! Just heavenly. I am also happy to report that since the pigment is true, this little pot will last me for some time (thank God)!

This product is my first eye shadow and it still is doing fine! I am amaze by how the colour stays on, just pat a little amount of loose powder on your under eyes and I'm sure it will last a day. I got myself Black and the smokiness it eludes is perfection! The small round surface of the eye shadow allows me to guage the amount I want by just twirling in a few rounds. The down thumb issue is I have to bring my own applicator around, which is a hassle if my bag is small and I'm in a rush. Overall, this product is a wonder. I will definately continue using this.

This adorable e/s made me fall back in love with The Body Shop's cosmetics. I didn't use any for quite a while, after discovering MAC, Dianne Brill, Bobbi Brown etc.
So last Saturday I fell in love with this colour and applied it's even better than I thought! Its texture is silky, smooth and soft. It's perfectly easy to blend, is well pigmented and has a lovely shimmer. Applied over one of the Body Shop's Shimmer Cube e/s, it even becomes "frosty", to speak in MAC language.

I hardly dare say it, but I picked this as a sort of substitute for Dianne Brill's "Venetian Lace" e/s and I was not let down! This one might be a bit darker than "Venetian Lace" but that made me fall for it even more.

It's a perfect shade for a smokey green eye. Must-have!

I think this eyeshadow is gorgeous! As someone mentioned, there is an almost gritty quality to the colour. Often I find teal colours look oddly tame on me, but with this shade I can create a perfect alternative smoky eye look. Teal makes my eyes pop, as they are a similar colour.

It doesn't wear off quickly on me (I always wear a primer underneath eyeshadows though) and I love that it's easy to vary its use, you can make it really heavy and intense or just light with a hint of colour.

I really like the quality of TBS's eye shadows and have several others. I think it's worth its price and lasts a long time too. A lovely buy!

This is a review for TBS Eyeshadow in 'Peacock'.

As one of the previous reviewers said this is a very dark teal, almost charcoal colour with some green shimmers in it.

The overall appearance is relatively matt though.

One con for me is the price $AUS17 for such a small amount of product (about a coin shape's worth).

For such a price I have to say I expected more. On it's own it really isn't anything spectacular, but layered with TBS shimmer shadow in 'Emerald' my eyes look like a christmas beetle (really shimmery, iredescent green).

For this reason I can't live without this shadow, but if you are just looking for a dark teal I would recommend a reputable eyeshadow like MAC etc. The only reason I say this is that to get the desired effect I have to try wayyyy too hard with this product.

Very versatile shade, something I keep going back to. This is a dark smoky green with a bit of shimmer, reminds me of gasoline on dark asphalt. On its own, applied lightly, this shadow can give a very gentle smoky look, much softer than it looks in the pot. Applied wet, it's very intense and dark. If you have a redhead's complexion and you want a bold smoky look, this color is gorgeous. I also use this as eye liner using a wet angled brush - once it dries (10-20 secs) you can blend it to soften the line and still have a very dark contour along your lash line.

My first foray into the world of teals! This is a beautiful dark teal color (much darker than MAC teal pigment) with a good amount of shimmer in it, and it's quite blendable. I wear all of my eyeshadows on top of MAC paints, so almost nothing creases, and this one is no exception. This is great as a crease color, a liner color, or even a lid color if you want to do a unique smoky eye with something other than black and gray. I would like if it had a little more green in it and were a smidge more pigmented, but for 8.50 i'm not complaining at all. I will repurchase when I run out!

Beautiful color! Sort of similar to Pout Miss Ecuador, but "dirtier", if that makes sense. It's darker and not as shimmery. I usually use this as a liner or a crease color when I use teals. The texture is a little rough, but the price ($8.50) excuses that for me.
