The very strong scent, very similar to BBW Enchanted Orchid, nevertheless gets old in a hurry. There's nothing moisturizing about it - it leaves a residue on my hands, but it doesn't sink in. I use just as much lotion as I would with other soaps, if not more. I have to press pretty hard to break the occasional "shea butter beads," which do nothing other than make a mess in my sink or get stuck under my fingernails. I won't buy this again.

I love this hand soap! I couldn't find their regular moisturizing soap (comes in a beige bottle), so I picked this up instead and its just as good. The tiny little shea butter beads dissolve without leaving any gunky residue behind. My hands never get dried out either! It's perfect for those of us who must wash our hands frequently!

This is my favorite Softsoap hand wash. I prefer this to the milk and honey.

Love this Soft Soap line. I always get this hand soap for my bathroom. I've used many of their scents. I love this one especially for the Fall/Winter because it is moisturizing and smells great!!!

Mmmm! I can't stop smelling my hands after using the stuff. It was only $2 on sale at SDM. The beads don't really do anything unless you pop them, and who really bothers to do that? I wouldn't depend on any hand soap to deliver moisture though, so I don't mind.

One of the worst liquid hand soaps I have ever tried. This soap was very drying. If that wasn't bad enough (and it was), the scent is HORRIBLE. It is your worst nightmare of a cheap drugstore perfume. In this case, you really get what you pay for.

Totally average hand soap. The ingredients show that it's really just regular softsoap with tiny little shea beads that don't do anything. My hands are a LOT drier using this than my Bath and Body Works antibacterial moisturizing hand soap. I won't purchase this again.

I wash my hands several times a day, and I used to have terrible problems with my skin cracking open and bleeding.I have tried many different products, in both bar and liquid forms, and in all price ranges, and found very few cleansers that helped with this problem. Moisturizers applied after washing my hands helped, but I was always looking for a gentle cleanser that wouldn't irritate my skin in the first place. Softsoap Shea Butter Hand Soap has helped in that it is an effective cleanser but very gentle on skin. Also, it's cheap and can be purchased in drugstores and supermarkets, and is frequently on sale. I also like the mild, non-lingering scent. I have re-purchased many times, and will continue to do so.

This is a good hand soap--I especially like that it doesn't dry out my hands. I am pregnant, so I'm in the bathroom all the time, thus washing my hands all the time!!! My only gripe is that it's not an anti-bacterial soap. That might change the fact that it's not a drying soap, though. So I'll stick with the anti-bacterial soap in the kitchen, at least.

Great drugstore handsoap. It doesn't make my hands feel stripped or dried out. This formula is much more moisturizing than antibacterial or Kitchen Fresh. The little shea granules seem gimmicky to me, but SoftSoap seems to have a thing for beads/particles/mircospheres. It has a nice scent: soapy and clean, but also warm and vaguely vanillic.

I don't normally bother reviewing hand soaps but I just love this stuff. I want to try their shea butter bodywash if it feels and smells anything like this.

I always bought the milk & honey one...but this shea butter soap is even better. It has a wonderful soapy sweet scent and almost feels like I'm washing my hands with lotion. They're so soft after each wash. *treks off to explore the body wash*

I love this soap! Most handsoaps leave my hands SO dry after using it, and I hate that feeling. Ugh. But this stuff, is so moisturizing that I don't have that problem. The scent is TO DIE FOR and I think it's cute that it has the little brown beads filled with... shea?
Definitely will repurchase.

Love this hand soap. It has a rich, and very creamy textured lather with little beads of something (don't know what) that disolve with warm water. Also, love the scent of this....very milky and creamy. My hands don't feel "stripped" after using. Very nice!

Cheap and effective! This one contains tiny beads filled with shea butter and has really reduced my need for lotion after frequent handwashings. Nice fresh scent. I will continue to repurchase this one.
