These reviews must be from the company, or perhaps there was a formula change, because my experience with this product was completely different.
I used as directed and my hair was nice and soft when I rinsed, and while wet, but once dried it was dull, not soft, or shiny, just nothing special.
I am shocked because so many people rave about this product on here, and a couple other blogs.... That's why I bought this stuff!
Honestly, buy a small bottle or sample some from somewhere. If you buy at London Drugs in Canada you can return it. Which I will be doing.
I wish this stuff was better! I don't recommend it. Not even as good as some drug store brands.

While this is an expensive product (I bought the 25.36 oz jar for approx. $30) it is worth every penny. It smells nice, is very thick and creamy, lasts a long while because a little goes a long way and as it is named, it SERIOUSly conditions ones hair. I love love love love it. So very good. I use it like a mask after washing my hair, and I leave it on for 15 minutes then rinse it out with ice cold water. The result is super soft, smooth, tangle free hair. I would definitely recommend this product and I will purchase again.

LOVE! This is a great great conditioner! I used to always stay away from anything too nourishing but my hair has been so dry this winter that I switched up everything. this is such a lovely conditioner, it made my hair super soft and silky without weighing it down one little bit. I felt as though it even gave my hair some firmness. I used quite a lot just because my hair drank it up immediately but so far I haven't had to wash it sooner than usual, so no extra greasiness. I really recommend this, even for the fine haired ladies out there!

I had my really dark curly hair bleached to platinum blonde peek a boos and it did sooo much damage to my hair. Its very dry and lifeless now! i couldnt even straighten it because the hair would start to sizzle up! i went searching for a deep conditioning treatment and found this! i was soo happy i found this product. it helps my hair stay very moisturized and controls the frizz. I love this product and would repurchase again this is the best treatment i have used. I would reccommend this for people who have very dry curly hair.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this. I've been using for years and buy in quantity, it's just that good (and my cupboards are bulging with crap that didn't work). Anyway .. . . I have fine, delicate hair that is a challenge due to thyroid, I have to walk a fine line between conditioning and weighing my hair down. Well this conditioner gives my hair the strength and substance of a protein rich conditioner with moisturizing properties of a hydrating conditioner. I can use it quickly in the shower or use as a treatment with a cap and towel wrap it. When I use it, my hair has volume AND weight (normal hair is like cotton candy, no weight or swing . . . awful) But this really, really protects and beautifies my hair and doesn't seem to produce buildup. I'll be in the loony bin if they stop making this. Awesome, awesome product worth every single penny!!

Believe the hype on this one ladies! I love trying new deep conditioners as my hair is long, thick and a bit dry and damaged from heat styling. This was a MUA recommendation, and I'm so glad that I gave it a try! After one use, my hair is softer, smoother, more manageable and I think it dried quicker too! Not to mention it works within 3-5 minutes (unlike some which ask you to leave them on 20 minutes!) This is a definite keeper and wins a place in my conditioner Hall of Fame (with Oleo Relax, Redken Smooth Down & Redken All Soft - though sadly the Redken isn't great now I live in a hard water area). I'm keen to keep using this to see if there are any cumulative benefits after a few treatments...

HG Conditioner - This conditioner actually made me log on to MUA and write my first review - ever. That's how utterly in love with this conditioner I am.
About a month ago (against the better judgement and wishes of my hair stylist) I went platinum blonde from dark auburn that was streaked with vibrant purple. Needless to say, my hair took one heck of beating during the color removal and bleaching processes.
On my quest to repair my newly blonde, damaged hair, I tried many different products. Aftar all, I am a hair care junkie - some people drink after a hard day - I buy a new haircare item. :) Anyway, I have tried so, so, so many conditioners (everything from Pureology to Suave) and this by far has been the BEST conditioner I have tried. It has truly helped to save my dry, over processed hair. It softens, moisturizes, and adds shine, without making my hair feel coated or weighed down. I am simply amazed with this conditioner. Is it expensive? Absolutely. It is worth the price? Absolutely!

The best daily conditioner for dry/damaged hair. Leave on for a few minutes in the shower and comb through and voila ... lovely hair.
I leave it on for about an hour to make it a treatment, or sleep with it in overnight.
Comparable with Kerasilk as a good and dependable 'go to' conditioner.

I have tape hair extensions, and my hairdresser recommended I use this on my hair once a week. My hair extensions are real hair from China, that is chemically processed and coloured.
I have used this for a few weeks now, and although I am not a fan of the Tigi S-Factor in other cases, I LOVE this hair conditioner! I leave it on my hair for about 5 mins and follow with conditioner. It leaves my hair incredibly soft and smelling very good! It's hard to describe the scent, but I would say it reminds me of some kind of candy.
I only apply this from the ponytail and to my ends, and you dont need a lot of product at all, so the tube would last quite a while.
I think the product was quite pricy, and I don't think the packaging reflects that as much as I would like for the money that I actually spent on it.
The only thing that pulls down for me is that I do not think it is any kind of organic, which is a must for me to get a top score. Other than that I can really recommend this conditioner!

Best conditioner I've ever used, hands down.
My hair experienced quite a bit of damage thanks to a blodged up dye-job, so I was looking for a conditioner to help with regeneration.
This? Totally delivered. I used it twice a week, and I could feel improvement after two or three weeks. The texture of my hair got a lot better, it looks healthy, feels smooth and became a lot more managable.
The secret: only use a little (pea-sized amount or less) and avoid the roots - the product is very concentrated, so if you use more than that, the greasier your hair could get.

This product truly is a ‘serious’ hair conditioner. The conditioner itself is a thick pink cream that smells sweet and fruity and feels quite substantial when applied to the hair. It doesn't feel as watery as most other hair conditioners, so I felt like I might actually get my money’s worth here. The conditioner is recommended to be used weekly, comes packaged in a very cute 150ml silver tube and retails for £15. Using this conditioner just once a week, drastically improved the condition of my dry, dull and damaged wavy hair. Immediately after use my fair felt soft and smooth, looked shiny and sleek and was easily detangled. Over time this product greatly improved the overall condition and health of my hair and reduced my usual frizz. Totally prefer this to Kerastase oleo relax conditioners. I need to go get me another tube of this stuff asap!

This is my holy grail conditioner. I have extremely thick hair with a bit of curl to it thanks to my Mediterranean roots. If you have thick hair that needs more moisture than what an average conditioner can provide you with, this is an excellent option. The sunflower seed oil in this conditioner really helps to quench thirsty hair. The smell is sort of minty, but not overpowering. The consistency is thicker than an average conditioner and I like this because it feels like it does the job better.
A couple tips: Before putting the conditioner in your hair, towel dry your hair while you're still in the shower to get excess water out of it so your hair can really "drink in" the conditioner. Leave it on while you do everything else before rinsing.
When you get to the bottom of the tube, cut it in half. There's still plenty of product inside the tube and cutting it open helps get every last drop... it will save you a couple dollars. :)

Im on the fence with this product.. I love the way it smells and it does make my hair soft. But I dont really feel like its helping my hair get stronger or healthier. I wanted to see if I could find something I like more then Pureologys HydraCure mask guess this is not it. I gave it three stars since it smells good makes hair soft and not that expensive.

I love this! I have fine, naturally dry hair that is prone to slight frizziness. A small amount of this applied 3x a week for 3-4 minutes makes my hair super soft and silky, like I'd just had a salon blow-dry. Will definitely repurchase! Aaaand the smell's yummy, too.

This conditioner really weighs the hair down and is quite good but not as moisturising as the Kiehls version ( sunflower) I find.

If TIGI ever discontinued S Factor(which I don't think they would), I would die. Die, I said. It is my go to Shampoo/Conditioner for going out because it gives my hair such beautiful movement, but this Serious Conditioner is SERIOUS, alright!!!
That Sunflower Seed Oil is so moisturizing! I have pure sunflower and shea body oil, that I use on my body, it does the same to my hair.
This is a MUST have for a moisture based mask. And I love that you don't have to leave it on for like 10 minutes! haha.

Oh wow
My thick somewhat dry hair that is a little past my shoulders has never looked so good until I used this
I love the minty-strawberry like smell it has and the slight tingle it gives your scalp
Oh and not to mention how amazing it makes your hair feel afterwards
Plus you only have to use a small amount, so the little toothpaste-looking squeeze tube should last me a while, but Im going to have to go back to armstrong to buy the big tub of this once I run out :)
Amazing product

My hair loves this conditioner. It’s very substantial for dry hair that’s coarse and thick in texture, like mine. It adds moisture to my locks, and promotes softness and manageability. The smell is kind of medicinal, but not too off-putting or lingering. I got it online for £13, which I think is a reasonable price for a great conditioner. And I’m always a fan of short and simple ingredient lists. Serious stuff indeed!
