My HG lip pencil for years. It's truly MLBB. When I need a long lasting lip look I always fill my lips in with this under my lipsticks and I'm good to go for a long time. One of my favorite combinations with this is my lips filled in and Nars Orgasm lipgloss over. It's just fantastic. On me, I"m FFF with pigmented lips, I'd define this color as a deep rose.

I am a big fan of Prestige waterproof liners. I really think they are the best on the market at any price-- the plastic pencil material eliminates cracking and splintering as with wood pencils; the application is smooth and skip-free; they do an unbeatable job at preventing feathering; and they are creamy enough to fill in the whole lip for a no-transfer matte finish. I bought "Fleur" on sale today as a slightly deeper, cooler-toned companion to "Natural." "Fleur" is a medium YLBB mauve with just a touch of grey, along the lines of L'Oreal "Fawn Fatale" or MAC "Twig" lipstick. It would look great with mauve- or rose-toned lipsticks and glosses. I took off one lippie because the color on the pencil end looks slightly more brown and less gray than the actual product, and gray undertones are just not the best for sallow PPPs. But I think this will work great as a liner, just not to fill in my whole lip (washes me out).
