Truly the worst shampoo & conditioner combo I have ever purchased. I bought this and discontinued use after only a few washes because it was so awful; my hair is absolutely a rat's nest of tangles and dryness. I have very oily hair, so this shampoo is serious business and I can't imagine it not harming another person's hair. It takes me at least five minutes to comb out my hair after I wash it with this stuff. The conditioner doesn't seem to do anything besides smell nice.
The only positive thing I can say about this is that it has a nice scent.

This is a pretty nice shampoo for fine hair (just like it says), it smells great, softens and my hair and doesn't weigh it down. I use a clarifying shampoo a couple times a week, though, so I don't know if it eventually leaves build up. Until (or if) I find something better, I'll just keep using this.

This stuff sure does wake me up in the morning! Smells great, lathers well, rinses easily. I will say, I only use this in the summer though, because of the smell.

I REALLY like this stuff! My hair is fine and gets oily quickly (over-active oil glands). After using this shampoo, my waist length hair is so shiney and mangeable. I use it along with the tip conditioner. The conditioner is great also. Just enough conditioning without weighing my hair down or making it look greasy.

First, this shampoo dried my hair out really bad. Then, by the end of the day it was super greasy.

The smell is heavenly but having the disgusting hair texture is definitely NOT worth it. I will never buy this again.

After about a week of using this shampoo, it completely dried my hair out. No matter how much of the conditioner I used, it didn't help. I wouldn't buy this again. The only good thing is the scent.

My roommate had been using the Citrus Lift for Normal Hair, so I decided to try this version. I like the scent, and as with all the Herbal Essences shampoos and conditioners I've used, I was satisfied with the texture of my hair overall. I didn't notice a difference in volume, though, which is what this product claimed to do.

I just had to jump the gun on this one and at first post a review raving it, Now i needed to post one to say that i had to put this stuff in the trash. It is absolutely awful. It completly dried out my hair so bad that it was coming out everytime i tried to wash it with this stuff. Just got worse everytime. And the conditioner doesn't do anything. Just goes to show you, you should wait a while and use something for a while before you rave about it saying how good it is. I absolutely HATE this stuff now.

I hardly ever write reviews but I just had to give my opinion on this product.
Honestly I would have to say this was the absolute worst shampoo I think I've ever tried.
I was persuaded into buying it after a local beauty mag pumped this product up and rated it with 4 stars.
I must admit that it smells unbelievable and worked well on my hair for like the 1st & 2nd even the 3rd time. Made it super soft and the scent of it was too die for!.....Then my hair started to act funny on me.
The bottle I bought was "Citrus Lift Uplifting Shampoo" for Fine Hair. So just as the bottle read I presumed it would not weigh down my light flyaway fine texured hair.
After a few shampoos my hair started getting really heavy and even greasy by the end of the day. It came to a point where I was washing my hair and no longer had to use conditioner because after using the shampoo it felt like a permenant slick, slimey texture was added to my hair and I could literally run my fingers through my wet hair after only using the shampoo (no conditioner at all).
This is not what I was accustomed to, and like I mentioned previously my hair would become greasy by the end of the day.
I thought perhaps the reason for this was because it had been approx 3 weeks since I had my hair coloured. That sometimes contributes to my roots becoming greasier quickly.
I just couldn't fathom the idea that it might be the shampoo causing the problem seeing that it is supposed to be best for those with Fine hair that need a boost. Well after weeks of using this product I finally did a permenant switch to any other shampoo I could find in my collection other that this one.
It was like someone turned of the Grease Meter Switch....and within 2 washes my hair was looking and feeling beautiful and normal again.
Maybe it's just me.... but this product not only did nothing to give my hair a boost, it actually caused an oil slick catastrophe!
