I received my shipment today, and I can already tell this has HG potential. It's light, creamy, and really hydrating. It absorbs quickly, but not like other moisturizers that absorb and feel like nothing. It makes my skin feel soft, smooth, and not oily so far. It also doesn't sting or irritate my face, which pretty much every single face lotion I've used prior has done to some extent. It does have a slightly weird smell when you first apply it, but I can definitely get over that for all the other benefits I've noticed already!

Short and sweet review: Sephora SA told me that even though my skin is dry, I could benefit from the calming effects of this moisturizer. She was wrong. The moment I started to apply it, my skin felt sticky and tight. I think if you have combination skin, you'll love this a lot. As for me, I'll stick to the Wild Rose formulation for days when I want light moisture and don't require a high SPF.

This is my go-to face product. I have very sensitive skin and this cream has just enough great ingredients to nourish my skin, but none of the yuckies (like dimethicone) I am allergic to.

I am a Korres junkie, so I buy my products online from pharmacies in Greece. Much much cheaper, even with the shipping, and I get to try Korres products that are not available in North America...(Like Korres Black Pine products, which if you can get your hands on them...OMG...they are the BOMB!)

I bought the Yogurt Regimen kit at a store a few month ago. It came with this cream as well as the mask. I use it as a night moisturizer on top of my ANR serum to seal it in. Also, when I was on my holiday up in the north, I use it as my daily moisturizer.

So far, I have pretty good results. I feel my face is hydrated the whole night without making it oilier. It did feel a bit runny the first few time I use it but I get use to the texture after some time.

The smell is not strong but pleasant. I only need to apply a thin layer and it would last me a long time. At the beginning, I found out that if I put too much on, my face would not absorb it so the cream turned into little bits and fell off my face.

This is my go to daytime moisturizer.

I have combination skin - oily nose and under my lower lip, dry through my forehead and temples, with rosacea on my cheeks. I have my rosacea under control just using prosacea and have not noticed the switch causing additional redness or irritation.

The result from using this cream has been glowing skin, that is relatively flake free. After two months of use, I had the most change and was asked if I was pregnant as I had a "glow". Not sure if that's good or bad! It hasn't made my nose shinier but hasn't really decreased my little bit of shine. The dryness at my temples has reduced with continuous use. I think the combo of natural plant oils for moisture with the lactic acid in yogurt for a slow continued exfoliation is what makes it work so well for normalizing my skin.

It has a slightly thin but sticky texture, that goes away after a few minutes of application. There is a faint smell that is a bit sour (like ivory soap mixed with yogurt). I find it best applied just after your face is cleaned and still moist (blot the water off your face and apply). It is not a super thick moisturizer, and I think in the middle of winter I will need additional moisture. I have been using it for the last year and a bit in a non-winter/slightly humid environment with no issues.

The downsides of this cream is the packaging and the price. The cream is in an open mouthed jar and the cream gets dry/sticky if you don't close the jar properly. The effect some users complained of it pilling up I think may be due to it drying it out slightly which I experienced. The jar is fairly small (40ml) and is $42CAD, which lasts me just over a month of morning and night applications. I normally wait til I go to Europe or the US ($32 or even less with the conversion overseas) and stock up, otherwise I don't think I would be using it.

These two things combined made me take off a lippy, but it's definitely a product worth a try if you have combination skin and want to try normalizing.

I really wanted to love this product due to the raves from people with combination skin. I will say it did not make me any oilier than usual. However, it just felt sticky on my dry spots. The biggest problem I had with this though (and I saw this in other reviews as well on Sephora and MUA) is that it BALLS / PILLS UP on my face! Once it sets, if you rub your hand all over your face or try to put on makeup, it will ball up and come off. What's the point of putting it on if it is just going to come off? Which must mean it's sitting on my face rather than absorbing. And let me say it is not due to one of my acne treatments or anything else I put on my face. I experimented and tried putting it on just post-cleansing and the same thing happened. The biggest dealbreaker for me when it comes to moisturizers is the balling up effect. Sorry, Korres. Back to Body Shop Aloe!

Let me start of by saying that I live in Greece and Korres is a greek brand and is noticeably less expensive than other countries here.
I bought this product for 16 Euros. I have been using this for over 3 months now and I really like it. It hydrates my skin, leaving it soft and glowing. I feel like it has improved the pigmentation of my skin. It doesn't claim to do anything for acne but I found it quite calming although it was nothing special. It is a bit heavy, soI wouldn't say it's ideal for the summer time. But overall I like this moistrurizer and will be repurchasing it in the future.

Age: 19-24   Skin: Combination, Medium, Warm   Hair: Black, Straight, Medium   Eyes: Hazel

This product took my post-pregnancy, hormonal skin from dry, flaky, oily and rough to a smooth, hydrated, soft, normal skin type. I am amazed. Here's what Korres says about this product:

"-Ultra-soothing, non-oily cream for long-lasting hydration and comfort to oily yet dehydrated skin.
-Made with real edible yoghurt.
-Contains vitamin E, olive oil, and macadamia nut oil to provide antioxidant benefits to skin. "

I think it's important to note the, "oily yet dehydrated skin" part before taking the plunge on this $32 moisturizer. I'm not sure how truly oily people would like this cream, as it is quite thick going on at first. (It's a little runnier than the consistency of actual Greek yoghurt.) What's the difference, you might ask? Well, as I understand it, poorly hydrated normal skin can sometimes appear to be oily or combination in some ways, but once it's properly hydrated, will go back towards a normal state. This is more or less what happened for me, making this moisturizer my true HG.

Who might want this?: Someone who's going through a skin issue time and needs immediate hydration that will come from cream that truly sinks into your skin and plumps it up. For that matter, I believe this cream would also be appropriate for oily/combo skins as a nighttime moisturizer, as it is a non-oily formulation. And for anyone who knows they have dehydrated skin, definitely check this moisturizer out.

I saw the hydrating effects of this product pretty much immediately after applying. Like I mentioned earlier, it goes on thick at first, then within 2 minutes it sinks into the skin, plumping it back up to the former glory it once had been.

I use this day and night. During the day I wash my face with Clinique Extra Mild Cleansing Foam, tone with witch hazel, apply this cream and follow up with sunscreen. Then before bed, cleanse with Korres 3-1 milk cleanser, witch hazel, and then Yoghurt cream.

If you're uncertain about this cream, get a sample from Sephora first to try it out for free.

The only gripe I have, if you could even call it that, would be with the packaging. It's a jar of cream, not a tube or a pump, and I've never found them to be travel friendly. I pick up product with a cosmetic spatula, but clean hands should suffice.

WARNING: If you have a nut allergy or macadamia nut allergy, you may want to stay away, as this cream does have macadamia nut oil. (If you are only allergic to one specific nut and it is not macadamia, you should be fine, as I am with my own nut allergy.)

INGREDIENTS:

Water, Yogurt, Butylene Glycol, Steareth-2, Isononyl Isononanoate, Macadamia Nut Oil, Mannan, Olive Oil Unsaponifiables, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil, Steareth-21, Triticum Vulgare, Xylitylglucoside, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Triethylhexanoin, Butyrospermum Parkii, Anhydroxylitol, Amyl Cinnamal, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzyl Salicylate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Coumarin, Dehydroacetic Acid, Hydroxycitronellal, Hydroxyisohexyl 3-Cyclohexene Carboxaldehyde, Isoeugenol, Linalool, Magnesium PCA, Manganese PCA, Panthenol, Fragrance, Sodium Dehydroacetate, Sodium PCA, Tocopheryl Acetate, Xanthan Gum, Xylitol, Zinc PCA.

UPDATE 4/5/2013: I am still using this cream, and I am still loving it! On my 3rd jar now. I wanted to update my review because of an experience I had. Recently, I started using a deluxe sized sample of another moisturizer I had received in a GWP. I used this moisturizer for about a week, and I thought I liked it, but decided it wasn't enough for night time, so at night I switched back to my Yoghurt cream. By 2 weeks, my skin was getting very oily during the day, sometimes even causing my makeup to slide a bit. I knew something was up with my skin, so I went back to the Yoghurt cream full time and within 1 day my skin was back to its usual self. To me, this shows me how much moisture the Korres cream actually delivers compared to other moisturizers and I will not be straying again. I've also taken note on how long it takes me to finish a jar, and with everyday use, day and night, I get about 4 months of use out of each jar.

I got a sample of this at Sephora, and loved it immediately. However, I hesitated to buy it because it was my first expensive moisturizer, but I realized that I was spending the same amount of money on DS moisturizers that broke me out anyway. So I purchased the little kit (so worth it btw), and this is my absolute favorite. I only use this moisturizer and the mask, but I prefer this. When I use this, my oily yet dry and flaky in some areas, super sensitive and acne-prone skin loves it like no other. It also helps fade my marks on my face and just gives me a glow. It's definitely HG and I'm about to get another jar of it tomorrow!

This is a product that I have and will continue to repurchase. This is my go-to Spring/Summer moisturizer. I have skin that is quite dry and I find this to be extremely hydrating without being too heavy or breaking me out. It is slightly pricey, but I feel that it is totally worth it.

This product was recommended to me for my combo skin. This ended up being one of the worst moisturizers I have ever purchased. It felt so completely weird on my skin and I never got used to it. It was sticky and just felt like a weird film on my skin. My skin felt tighter after moisturizing with it than with before. I had to apply something else under or over it. to make my face feel normal. Usually I would just add a moisturizer with spf on top of it. I do however feel like it did a good job of balancing my skin and preventing breakouts and healing the ones I had faster. I definitely recommend testing this product out before making a purchase.

I have probably bought 5 jars of this stuff! It's literally the only moisturizer that I've found that my skin will tolerate. It's even a bit soothing to my very sensitive, acne-prone skin. It gets a bit heavy in the summer, so I usually thin it out with some thermal water spray (spritz face, then dot moisturizer on and gently smooth & pat into skin). I tend to get very shiny with it, but I will sacrifice a matte complexion for nice, non-irritating moisture and hydration which equals less breakouts. Yay for this cream!

I have been trying to find the perfect moisturizer for my face forever! I have an oily but dry and very sensitive skin. I break out from anything and everything. For years I have been using benzoyl peroxide spot treatment to clear up few pimples here and there and that has made my skin extremely dry. All I can say is that this product is just the best thing that happened to me and I will highly recommend this to anyone with sensitive and acne prone skin. It has worked so well on my skin that no words can do any justice. I hardly break out anymore ever since I have been using this product because my skin gets the moisture it needs and therefore I feel that my skin stays clear. I have tried every moisturizers out there for oily to combination skin from high-end to low end (DDF,Murad,Caudalie,Boscia,Peter roth thomas,) and pretty everything has caused me to break out within one week of using the products. However with Korres Yogurt Cream I have not had one zit on my face and I have been using this for 4 weeks, instead my face looks hydrated and has beautiful glow. My make up stays on so much better without looking oily at all. I have found my HG moisturizer and I can't live without it as I never thought it was possible.

I love this cream! I have very oily skin, but it gets dehydrated by acne control products. I use a small amount all over my face day and night, it really makes up for lost moisture. It absorbs completely and leaves my face really soft.

I am going to put aside my allergic reaction and give you a review on its performance. But bear in mind that despite my tough-as-nails skin this product made me break out consistently and constantly, so be aware!

The moisturizer, though advertised for "dehydrated" skin, did not hydrate my skin so much as it put a sheen of oil on top. So while I didn't feel as if my skin was dry, I don't think it was actually getting moisturized. The reason my skin produces so much oil is that it is dehydrated, which is what this moisturizer is supposed to help with. Instead, I had to blot twice a day instead of once, and overall my face felt slick.

The consistency is weird - very similar to sticky yogurt - and you only need a tiny amount so despite the grandiose cost for a small container it will last for a while. The smell is pleasant and the packaging is quite pretty (though I would have preferred a pump, as with any moisturizer, but hey)

Wish I loved it, but I'm kind of glad I didn't as it is quite expensive.

CONSIDER FOR:
- Lightweight moisturizer
- Natural ingredients

SKIP IF:
- You have oily skin

This product is good, but not the best for my dehydrated oily skin. I bought this moisturizer because although I have combination skin that gets oily on the T zone, it becomes really dry in the winter and I was having a hard time finding a moisturizer that wouldn't leave me extra oily. This product did improve my skin--it hydrated my skin about 80%, soothed it somewhat, and also somewhat relieved my skin of little red spots. Overall, the texture of my skin certainly improved after using this cream. The reason why i did not give it a 5 is because it did not hydrate my skin 100%, and my face still felt tight and dry, although not as much as before. It also did not completely get rid of my flakiness. Will not repurchase again because of that reason, and also because it is too expensive for such little product. The consistency of this cream is thick and runny, and you use a lot of it. Mine lasted about 1.5 months, and I used it in the morning and at night.

I was very excited when I first heard about this cream. I couldn't believe I had finally found a moisturizer suited for my particular skin type, and that would help control flakies and oilies at the same time! Unfortunately, it didn't work out well for me and ended up being a huge disappointment. :(
.
I purchased the Yoghurt regimen kit at Sephora almost 7 months ago and have been using the cream since then, 2 or 3 times a week. (On a side note, I live in Montreal, Canada, and would have NEVER bought this here because we always get doubly screwed by taxes. I regularly go to the US, though, so I held off until then to buy the kit. It's definitely a great value if you want to try both the mask and moisturizer, but I didn't really like the eye cream and the cleanser was just OK...)
.
Anyway, the jar is ridiculously small, but in its defense, after 7 months, I haven't even used half of it yet. The cream's texture is fairly light, not too thick, and it spreads out easily, so not much is needed to cover the whole face or the problematic areas. I'm pretty neutral about the scent. It smells a bit yoghurt-y (unsurprisingly) and it's not bad, but it's nothing delicious either.
.
I find the cream is sticky and never really gets absorbed into my skin. It leaves my face shiny and I can see/feel it is not moisturized adequately. I also noticed that a few minutes after application, if I touch or rub my face for some reason, the cream peels, as if it were a mask that needed to be rinsed off. At first, I thought it might be caused by improperly washing and exfoliating my skin beforehand, but I've since then tried different cleaning routines and the cream always peels off...
.
Sooooo yep, obviously, this cream works for others, but sadly, not for me.

I got a deluxe sample of this cream. I have been looking for a better moisturizer since we are in fall and winter is right around the corner. I wore it for 2 weeks to see how my oily fussy skin reacts to it.

I liked the the consistency of the cream - its not very liquidy or thick. it goes on nicely and absorbs easily - does not have the silicon feeling (yeah) . It does not make me oily throughout the day. keep my skin hydrated without making it feel heavy. It has a mild smell and it does not irritate my skin

It is an expensive product - does it do anything special that no cheaper moisturizer cannot do ? No. There are some nice cheaper alternatives.

Overall, I will buy the full size for this fall . I may not repurchase
